自1944 年阿伯克隆比主持编制了世界上第一部特大型城市区域规划-《大伦敦规划》以
来,每一阶段的伦敦地区发展规划都主要立足于自身需求和可行的程序性工具,以利于指导首都
地区未来20-30 年的发展。进入21 世纪,作为英国第一个引入空间发展战略的地区,伦敦先后三
次制定出台了大伦敦地区规划。本文以不同社会经济发展背景下的伦敦规划演变为基础,重点对
大伦敦地区空间发展战略规划(2011)的核心内容、重要特点及其相关启示进行评介和分析,以期促

采用全国县级以上城市数据,运用最近邻与空间自相关分析,定量分析了1985-2010年中国城市体系的空间分布格局的时空特征与演变规律.结果表明:在1985-2010年间,中国城市的整体分布主要呈集聚型,其集聚程度有着逐渐增强的趋势.不同规模的城市在空间上的分布类型存在很大差异.集聚强度随着城市规模的变大而降低,表明随着城市规模的扩大,互斥作用不断加强.超大型、特大型城市由均匀分布转变为随机分布说明随着经济的发展,城市化总体水平的提高,城市发展对自然条件的依赖相对降低.从局部区域上城市的空间集聚或空间关联性质来看,其集聚特征的反差十分鲜明.东部地带不同规模等级城市都较为发达,形成了高水平均衡模式.没有通过显著性检验的城市主要集中分布在中部地区.西部地区城市分布表现出较为强烈的空间极化特征. 相似文献

伦敦、纽约、东京等国外大城市建立了较为完备的规划实施评估体系,能够为完善中国城市体检评估制度提供参考。城市体检与规划实施评估是对城市发展中阶段性问题的响应,也是政策制定和制度安排的产物。城市体检评估已成为中国城市规划实施效果评价的新模式以及进行规划动态维护的重要依据。受社会体制、历史文化等因素影响,国内外大城市形成了差异化的“实施前协商-数据采集-分析论证-问题诊断-实施后反馈”评估框架。从评估指标体系来看,中国城市体检评估指标以宏观经济社会指标为主,伦敦等国外大城市还会对新建项目、新增设施情况进行动态监测。从评估方法来看,大数据与智能化数字平台的发展有力增强了评估的精准度和科学性,国外大城市在社区微观层面评估和多元主体参与协作方面进行了较多探索。基于此,提出以下优化中国城市体检评估体系的对策建议,包括动态优化指标体系、挖掘利用多源城市数据、加强多层级评估的协调、完善常态化保障机制。 相似文献

基于出租车轨迹数据的城市空间结构变化研究——以深圳市为例 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
在地理大数据大量涌现的背景下,利用深圳市2009年5月和2016年9月2期出租车轨迹大数据,通过构建2层空间网络,并使用Infomap社区发现算法,发现网络中的全局空间社区和局部空间社区。通过对比空间社区的变化,并结合遥感数据和规划政策等,探讨深圳市长时期多层空间结构的动态变化,揭示了城市基础设施建设以及规划政策制定等对城市空间结构的影响。结果表明：全局尺度下,城市的空间结构趋向于紧凑式发展,如深圳市郊区的小空间社区合并成了5个大空间社区,这与深圳2020年总体规划有较大的关联。局部尺度下,城市的空间结构趋向于多中心式发展,如围绕深圳高铁北站和南山中心的2个空间社区分裂成了多个小空间社区,这与重大基础设施建设和经济发展有较大的关联。 相似文献

珠江三角洲城市空间形态及其演化机制对比 总被引：2，自引：1，他引：1
改革开放以来,珠江三角洲地区的经济增长和城市空间形态的演变引人注目。利用RS与GIS技术方法,并结合经济、政治、规划等因素,对比回顾了改革开放30年来珠江三角洲六大城市——广州、深圳、佛山、东莞、中山和珠海城市形态的时空演化。研究发现,1979-2008年间,各主要城市在各自的地理条件和制度实践的基础上,演变出不同的空间形态。广州、深圳和珠海是自上而下的发展管治模式,其城市用地随着产业发展和优化而扩张并调整,但不同的城市发展政策造成了各异的空间形态;佛山、东莞和中山是自下而上的发展管治模式,空间形态总体上较为分散破碎,并在不同地理区位呈现不同程度的空间联系。 相似文献

京津冀地区城镇空间扩张模拟与分析 总被引：7，自引：2，他引：5
准确把握城镇扩张过程中空间形态的变化规律对城镇规划水平的提高具有重要的现实意义。当前,京津冀的协同发展已上升为国家战略,为了对京津冀远景的城镇增长进行预测,本文将北京城市空间发展分析模型(BUDEM)扩展到京津冀(JJJ)区域,构建了京津冀城镇空间发展分析模型(BUDEM-JJJ)。该模型以城市增长理论和约束性元胞自动机(Constrained Cellular Automata,Constrained CA)模型为基础,以京津冀区域为研究对象,以Logistic回归和单一参数循环方法(Monoloop)为模型参数识别方法,利用2000-2005年和2005-2010年两个历史阶段的城镇建设用地数据对模型进行了参数识别,并进行了模型验证。在此基础上,对京津冀区域2049年的城镇形态进行了多种情景模拟,分析了不同发展情景(Scenario)下京津冀地区城镇空间发展格局的变化,可为当前京津冀城镇发展方向的调整和下一轮的城镇规划提供参考。 相似文献

城市规划实施的时空动态评价 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
规划实施评价是近年来中国城市规划领域的研究热点。已有研究主要侧重于以整个规划范围为研究对象,在一定时间范围内对比规划实施结果和发展现状的一致性,属于时空静态的针对规划实施结果的评价方法。但城市规划的实施效果在时间维度和空间维度都具有异质性,而且城市扩展同时受到市场力量和政府因素的影响,城市规划作为一种政府主导的制度性因素,并不是制约城市扩展的唯一因素。本文提出了基于Logistic回归和GIS的时空动态的规划实施评价方法,其在考虑实施结果的同时更侧重对规划实施过程的评估,考虑了城市扩展的框架下城市规划对空间控制的实施效果,并以北京市域1958、1973、1982、1992和2004年编制的五版城市总体规划为例进行实证分析。根据规划执行的时间跨度,将1947年至2008年分为5个时间阶段,分析各个阶段城市扩展的驱动因素,识别各版城市规划在不同阶段所起到的城市扩展促进作用。并以2004-2008年为例,以各个区（县）为子区域,探讨2004版总规在中心城市、近郊区和远郊区实施效果的空间变化,识别总规在城市扩展中的空间异质性,并给出相应的政策含义。结果显示,随着时间的推移,建国后北京市城市规划的控制作用呈现出逐渐增强的趋势。远郊区县的规划作用效果明显高于近郊和中心地区。 相似文献

运用交通出行满意度的调查数据,对北京市交通出行环境的空间分异状况进行了实证分析,并对造成空间分异的原因进行了解析。①空间分析结果表明,北京市交通出行环境表现出显著的地理空间和社会空间分异。目前北京市交通出行矛盾最严重的几个地区包括前门王府井地区,亚运村-北苑-天通苑地区,中关村和回龙观地区,东长安街以南的双井-劲松-南磨房-王四营乡一带,西北五环以外的香山-植物园地区,大兴黄村,通州区。②在交通出行行为方面,北京市居民分化为四个具有明显差异的组群,他们的空间分布呈现出显著的不均匀性特征。③公共交通布局规划对于提升满意度具有明显效果,其中,各地800m范围内公共交通站点布局以及公交线路配置的作用尤其显著。在上述结论的基础上,分析了造成各地区交通出行矛盾的城市空间结构、土地利用规划、交通规划和公共政策方面的主要原因,提出了改善交通出行环境的对策。 相似文献

利用探索式空间数据解析北京城市空间经济发展模式 总被引：13，自引：1，他引：12
城市经济空间结构是城市研究和城市规划基本内容之一。利用其探索式空间数据分析方法,根据1949-2004年企业登记就业数据在邮政区尺度上对北京市1949年以来城市空间经济发展进行了探讨。基于空间邻近矩阵和不同距离矩阵的Global Moran'sI和Local Moran'sI都表明解放后市区并没有明显的经济集聚,50多年来空间经济发展模式几乎都是以市区为核心集聚式发展;尽管郊区一些重要乡镇呈现出发展势头,但几乎没有和周边地区形成互动关系,而是和市中心或其它地区保持较强的联系。分析还表明,北京地区经济的空间相互作用在计划经济时代大体在60km以内,市场经济时代(1983-2002年)提高到75km。北京经济空间模式经历了以下6个阶段:①1957-1982年,中心集中发展;②1983-1987年,沿京津廊道空间组织;③1988-1992年,北部为主的城市中心发展;④1993-1997年,城市中心集中扩张模式;⑤1998-2002年,城市中心填充发展;⑥2002-2004年,出现了城市空心化结构态势,空间经济组织面临新一轮重组。 相似文献

城市体系位序-规模特征的空间计量分析——以中部地区地级以上城市为例 总被引：8，自引：2，他引：6
随着"中部崛起"战略的实施,中部地区的城市快速发展并引起广泛关注。为增进对中部地区城市体系发展规律的认识,根据1985～2009年城市人口数据,利用非参数密度估计方法得到该地区地级以上城市的Kernel密度图,发现城市规模的核密度曲线不断右移,城市整体规模日益扩大;采用空间计量模型对该地区地级以上城市的位序-规模特征进行分析,结果显示城市间的空间依赖性使空间滞后模型估计的Zipf指数值比OLS估计结果要小,表明考虑空间效应的城市体系规模分布更为集中。随后进一步解析空间依赖性影响城市规模结构演化的内在机制,认为要素集聚、产业调整和创新扩散等造成的空间相互作用提供了空间依赖性赖以存在的基础,影响城市体系的演化和位序-规模变动,使城市体系规模分布更趋均衡。结论对于明晰城市在区域城市体系中的定位,确定合理的发展战略具有参考价值。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
