火烧对三江平原湿地土壤养分状况的影响 总被引：11，自引：2，他引：11
在三江平原腹地，洪河国家级自然保护区当年火烧地段以及中国科学院三江生态实验站烧后一年地段，设置当年火烧、火烧后一年与未烧湿地对照区，用对比法分析了火烧对湿地土壤养分状况的影响。结果表明，火烧会减少湿地土壤的有机质含量，火烧当年洪河保护区草根层与腐殖质层有机质含量下降尤为明显；火烧次年生态实验站火烧地表层土壤有机质含量仍低于未烧湿地。同时，伴随有机质的迅速分解与矿化，无论火烧当年还是次年，土壤草根层与腐殖质层全氮、全磷含量都较未烧湿地低，而全钾含量提高。火烧当年保护区土壤速效氮、速效磷含量虽然降低，但速效氮、速效磷占全量的比例较未烧湿地高；草根层土壤内速效钾含量较未烧湿地高，占全量比例也较高，但在其他层次内未见提高。三江生态实验站内火烧后一年的土壤，除速效氮占全氮的比在腐殖质层及潜育层内仍高于未烧湿地外，其他速效养分含量占全量比值普遍低于未烧地。另外，火烧后湿地土壤的pH值略有升高。以上结果均在湿地草根层与腐殖质层表现明显，火烧对湿地土壤潜育层影响不明显。 相似文献

小流域自然土壤与耕作土壤养分比较及影响因素分析 总被引：3，自引：0，他引：3
通过对河北省易县观坐岭小流域自然土壤和耕作土壤有机质、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾及微量元素有效含量的测定分析,得出了该小流域自然土壤和耕作土壤的肥力状况.结果表明:自然土壤中有机质和速效氮含量处于较高水平;速效钾含量丰富,速效磷比较缺乏;有效Fe、Mn含量处于高水平,有效Cu、Zn含量中等.自然土壤开垦为耕作土壤后,有机质和速效氮含量下降;由于施肥原因,速效磷含量明显增高;速效钾含量因母质影响有所下降.海拔与土壤养分变化的相关性小明显,不同坡位土壤养分表现出向下汇集的趋势.并从自然环境、人为影响、地形母质等方面分析土壤养分变化的影响因素. 相似文献

西北半干旱地区生态系统脆弱,土地养分流失严重,而过量施肥和连作会导致土壤性状恶化。为了满足当地饲草需求及改善土壤状况,本研究对紫花苜蓿和玉米进行连续间作,研究其对根际土壤养分、生物活性及稳定性的影响。结果表明:根际土壤pH在间作下较单作大幅降低。间作根际土壤有机质、有效磷和速效钾含量均显著大于玉米单作,根际土壤碱性磷酸酶活性显著大于紫花苜蓿单作,而过氧化氢酶活性则表现相反。间作土壤脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性显著大于玉米单作。细菌/真菌数量在间作根际土壤中显著大于单作。间作根际土壤细菌、放线菌数量及细菌序列数显著大于玉米单作,拟杆菌门和疣微菌门相对丰度显著大于紫花苜蓿单作,土壤绿弯菌门和放线菌门相对丰度显著大于玉米单作。土壤酶活性和细菌数量均与pH呈极显著负相关,而与有机质、全氮、碱解氮含量极显著正相关;拟杆菌门与pH呈极显著负相关,与有机质、碱解氮及速效钾含量极显著正相关;酸杆菌门、疣微菌门与pH显著正相关,而与有机质、全氮、碱解氮及速效钾含量极显著负相关。紫花苜蓿/玉米间作可改善根际土壤碱性条件及微生物环境,同时改善玉米根际土壤养分。紫花苜蓿/玉米间作是防止西北半干旱区土壤退化、改善土壤稳定性的有效措施。 相似文献

对纳帕海湿地区的弃耕地-中生草甸土(AFMMS)、中生草甸土(MMS)、湿草甸土(WMS)和沼泽土(MS)的0～10 cm、10～20 cm、20～30 cm层位采样,分析各层土壤速效氮(RAN)、溶解有机氮(DbN)、铵态氮(NH4+-N)、硝态氮(N0,-N)含量.发现:本区4类土壤中,沼泽土各层速效氮素组分含量都显著高于其他3类土壤对应层的含量.4类土壤上层均为RAN和DON的主要分布层,且两者在上层的分异都为AFMMSMMS>WMS>MS,而上中层DON/IN分异为AFMMS>WMS>MMS>MS.这一研究表明,水分和植被生态分异对该湿地区土壤速效氮素组分分异具有重要影响;测得的3类速效氮素组分占RAN的比例极低,土壤中大量的易分(水)解有机氮尚待加强研究;相较于较低比例的无机氮而言,土壤中可被有效利用和易随水分运移发生流失的DON具有更重要的氮素供应和环境指示意义,湿地旱化会增加土壤DON的相对比例从而可能加剧土壤DON的流失,应加强流域中上游湿地土壤的DON动态变化研究. 相似文献

为了揭示黑龙江哈尔滨白渔泡国家湿地公园沼泽、林地和农田土壤物理、化学和生物性质的差异,于2018年7月25日~8月2日,在湿地公园内,在天然芦苇(Phragmites australis)沼泽、林地、旱田和水田中设置采样地,采集不同深度(0~10 cm、10~20 cm和20~30 cm)的土壤样品,测定土壤样品的物理、化学和生物指标。研究结果表明,白渔泡国家湿地公园不同采样地土壤指标存在差异;与天然芦苇沼泽土壤相比,其它采样地土壤的含水量明显偏低,土壤全氮、全磷、碱解氮和有机质含量都明显偏小,水田土壤速效磷含量偏大;天然芦苇沼泽土壤脲酶、硝酸还原酶、纤维素酶、蛋白酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶活性都高于林地和农田土壤,水田0~10 cm和10~20 cm深度土壤的硝酸还原酶活性显著高于旱田和林地;与天然芦苇沼泽土壤相比,旱田土壤小于0.25 mm的小团聚体含量偏大,而其它采样地土壤的各粒级团聚体的比例变化较小,水田土壤团聚体平均重量直径比天然芦苇沼泽和旱田土壤低。 相似文献

为了探讨与高寒区沼泽化草甸及由其退化的草甸、沙地土壤中的有机碳、氮和磷转化相关的酶活性的变化机制,在青海湖流域小泊湖区的沼泽化草甸、草甸和沙地中,分别采集0~10 cm、10~20 cm和20~30 cm深度的土壤样品,比较不同采样地土壤的理化性质、7种水解酶和酚氧化酶活性的差异,并分析土壤理化性质对酶活性的影响。研究结果显示,与沼泽化草甸相比,草甸土壤β-葡萄糖苷酶、纤维二糖酶、几丁质酶、亮氨酸氨基肽酶和甘氨酸氨基肽酶的酶活性分别下降了44.6%、47.1%、35.7%、66.9%和82.5%;相应的沙地土壤酶活性则分别下降了91.3%、79.4%、76.2%、79.1%和94.7%;草甸土壤酚氧化酶活性很高;各采样地土壤β-葡萄糖苷酶、纤维二糖酶、几丁质酶活性与水溶性有机碳、氮含量显著相关,土壤含水量和水溶性有机碳、氮含量能够解释不同采样地土壤肽酶活性的差异,硝态氮和有效磷含量能够解释不同采样地土壤磷酸酶活性的差异;土壤含水量、p H和水溶性有机碳对酚氧化酶活性影响显著。与沼泽化草甸土壤相比,草甸和沙地土壤中与碳、氮转化相关的水解酶的活性明显降低。 相似文献

以长白山白江河泥炭沼泽为研究对象,于2017年6月10日、7月4日、8月4日、9月7日和10月12日,在天然泥炭沼泽和排水泥炭沼泽(指经过排水的泥炭沼泽)中,采集表层(0～10 cm深度)土壤样品,测定土样中3种水解酶(β-1,4-葡萄糖苷酶、β-1,4-N-乙酰葡糖胺糖苷酶和酸性磷酸酶)和2种氧化酶(过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶)的活性以及土样的理化指标,分析天然和排水泥炭沼泽表层土壤酶活性的变化特征及其影响因素。研究结果表明,排水泥炭沼泽表层土壤含水量显著低于天然泥炭沼泽;天然泥炭沼泽表层土壤中的有机碳质量比为344.57～405.84 g/kg,其比排水泥炭沼泽表层土壤有机碳含量大25%左右;排水泥炭沼泽表层土壤中的全氮和全磷含量略大于天然泥炭沼泽;排水泥炭沼泽表层土壤中的β-1,4-葡萄糖苷酶和β-1,4-N-乙酰葡糖胺糖苷酶活性分别为0.83×10~3～1.56×10~3nmol/(g·h)和0.26×10~3～0.38×10~3nmol/(g·h),其显著低于天然泥炭沼泽;排水泥炭沼泽土壤的酸性磷酸酶活性为1.49×10~3～8.28×10~3nmol/(g·h),9月7日和10月12日其低于天然泥炭沼泽;排水泥炭沼泽表层土壤中氧化酶活性显著高于天然泥炭沼泽;天然泥炭沼泽表层土壤酶活性主要受土壤含水量的影响,排水泥炭沼泽表层土壤酶活性主要受土壤中全氮和全磷含量的影响。 相似文献

以纳帕海湿地天然沼泽、沼泽化草甸和草甸为研究对象,研究土壤有机碳和土壤微生物量碳含量的时空分布及其变化。结果表明,天然沼泽、沼泽化草甸和草甸0~40 cm深土层的平均有机碳含量在(18.02±0.24)~(258.44±3.37)g/kg之间变动;三者10~40 cm深土壤的各土层平均有机碳含量随着土壤深度增加在不断减小,且差异显著(p0.05);其土壤表层(0~10 cm)的平均微生物量碳含量都较高,分别为(446.23±98.72)mg/kg(沼泽化草甸)、(204.23±44.90)mg/kg(天然沼泽)和(158.64±65.24)mg/kg(草甸);三者0~40 cm深土层的微生物量碳含量差异明显,沼泽化草甸的微生物量碳含量最高,为940.00 mg/kg,天然沼泽次之,为472.23 mg/kg,草甸最低,为359.78 mg/kg;在垂直分布上,三者的土壤微生物量碳含量表现出与土壤有机碳含量一致的规律;土壤有机碳含量和土壤微生物量碳含量都与土壤含水量显著相关,表明纳帕海湿地土壤有机碳含量和土壤微生物量碳含量主要受土壤水分的影响,而人为疏干排水是导致土壤水分下降的诱因。 相似文献

2011年8月,在辽河口芦苇(Phragmites australis)沼泽采集土壤样品,在室内对土样进行测试分析,研究芦苇群落退化演替过程中,芦苇沼泽土壤营养元素和含盐量的变化.结果表明,在芦苇群落退化过程中,土壤有机质含量先增加后减少,土壤全氮和全磷含量的变化也有相似规律,二者与土壤有机质含量呈显著正相关,说明土壤中氮和磷的来源主要是动植物残体积累;土壤速效钾和易溶盐含量呈逐渐增加的趋势;土壤营养元素和含盐量的垂直分布表明,随着土壤深度的增加,土壤有机质含量、全氮含量、速效钾含量和易溶盐含量逐渐降低,但全磷含量无明显变化. 相似文献

将山东黄河三角洲国家级自然保护区湿地分为新生湿地、退化湿地、天然稳定湿地和耕作区湿地。采用土壤质量指数法,利用GIS技术,对黄河三角洲湿地土壤质量进行综合评价及土壤质量分区。结果可见,湿地土壤质量总体较低,土壤有机质和全氮含量平均值分别低于全国第二次土壤普查养分的分级标准6 g/kg和0.5g/kg,属于最差等级。土壤盐度和有效磷含量空间变异性很高(变异系数100%)。从14个土壤理化指标中筛选出全磷含量、全氮含量、盐度、铵态氮含量和全硫含量,构成最小数据集,用于计算土壤质量综合指数;耕作区湿地的土壤质量最高,新生湿地和天然稳定湿地土壤质量居中,退化湿地土壤质量最差。基于克里金(Kriging)空间插值,将研究区湿地的土壤质量分为4个区域,结果与4种湿地类型的分布基本一致。对于新生湿地,2012年的土壤质量综合指数高于2007年,表明土壤质量明显提升。 相似文献
