为提升建筑物变化检测精度,尽可能保留变化区域的边缘信息,提出一种边缘感知网络(Edge Sensing Net-work,ESNet),用于较大范围内的高分辨率遥感影像建筑物变化检测.ESNet由主干网、粗预测分支和精预测分支三部分组成:主干网用于提取多层次的特征差异图;粗预测分支通过跳跃连接的方式融合深层特征图与浅层特征图,以获得变化检测的粗预测图;精预测分支选取粗预测图中预测不确定性较大的点,通过融合点的深层和浅层特征实现点的变化属性再判别,从而获取建筑物变化区域的精细化边缘信息.在航空影像和卫星影像建筑物变化检测数据集上的实验表明,相比STANet、UNet++MSOF等变化检测方法,该方法变化检测精度最高,且能有效保留边界的细节信息. 相似文献

提出一种利用光学遥感影像自动获取建筑区域的方法。该方法利用基于结构张量的和算子、乘算子预计建筑区域的概率,按照融合规则将两种概率图融合,通过主动轮廓从融合的概率图中提取建筑区域。选取多幅ALOS影像对此算法进行试验分析,并与基于Gabor滤波法和Harris角点检测法进行比较。试验结果表明,与其他两种方法相比,该方法从光学遥感影像上自动提取建筑区域的结果具有更高精度。 相似文献

基于传统图像拼接方法对低空航拍图像进行拼接时,会出现局部扭曲、重影等问题,且得到的全景图存在非正射的对象。为解决此问题,该文提出大视差补全法(Large-Parallax Patch):首先利用特征点匹配筛选出大视差区域,然后将大视差区域以外的区域统一作为低地物区进行拼接,同时从大视差区域序列图像中筛选出正射效果最佳的图像,将其修补到低地物区拼接结果图中,最终得到类似正射影像的全景图。与Pix4D生成的正射影像相比,该方法拼接后的图像质量更好、耗时更低;与APAP算法相比,该方法速度更快,提取的大视差区域的正射效果更好,明显减轻了高建筑对周围地物的遮挡问题;与PTGUI生成的全景拼接图相比,该方法提取的大视差区域无重影和错切,拼接图效果更佳。 相似文献

Harris算法提取的角点定位精度高,但不具尺度不变性,SURF算法虽具有尺度不变性和旋转不变性,但提取的特征点并非视觉角点。针对此问题,该文提出一种Delaunay三角网约束下的Harris-SURF图像匹配方法。首先,采取阈值评估策略对图像进行SURF粗匹配,利用RANSAC算法进行粗差剔除,得到的匹配点用于构建Delaunay三角网;然后以相似三角形作为约束,将其作为Harris特征点精匹配的限制区域,提高Harris点匹配的可靠性。实验表明,该算法具有匹配准确率高、鲁棒性较好等特点,对无人机影像的匹配效果明显优于其他算法。 相似文献

特征参数的抽取,是实现地形图中点状符号自动识别的关键。本文根据点状符号在扫描图中可能出现的旋转、缩放等情况,归纳和总结出了４种易于计算的不变性特征,并给出了这些特征的提取方法和部分实验结果。这４种特征参数是:复杂度——用以描述符号外围的复杂程度;扁率——用以反映符号的扁平程度;比重——符号的黑色部分在其整个覆盖区域中所占的比例;偏心率——用以反映符号重心与符号的几何中心的偏离程度。这４种特征参数具有旋转不变性和大小不变性,且便于提取、容易计算。 相似文献

在空间域中进行道路特征检测容易受图像亮度、对比度和噪声的影响,为了克服这一缺点,该文采用在频率域中进行道路特征检测。基于频率域的相位一致性道路特征检测方法具有亮度和对比度不变性,特征在频率域中表现出最大的相位一致性,通过计算影像6个方向的相位一致性值得到相位一致性值之和的灰度图,对灰度图进行二值化,然后使用数学形态学方法进行细化,去除噪声,检测出道路特征。实验表明,该方法对对比度、亮度变化不敏感,能够精确地检测出与人眼视觉相一致的道路特征。 相似文献

针对面向对象分类方法进行图像处理时出现大量冗余多边形及其分类结果出现斑点等不足,提出基于纹理特征的分割方法。先对原始图像进行纹理增强、主成分分析、低通滤波和图像分割等预处理,得到原始图像的纹理特征二值图;将二值图作为独立波段与其他波段进行假彩色合成,得到纹理增强图,再对其进行多尺度分割和模糊分类。以南京市浦口区2002年9月SPOT图像为例,分别利用上述两种方法提取图像中的水田信息,基于纹理特征的分割方法克服了面向对象分类方法的不足,并且由于在进行模糊分类时分割出的对象大量减少,一定程度上减小了确定模糊区间的难度,较好地提取出水田信息,提高了图像的分类精度。 相似文献

以广州花城广场为案例,通过设计以认知地图、照片拍摄以及眼动实验环节的视觉研究方法,对花城广场的空间感知进行分析。结果表明：1）通过分析认知地图以及眼动数据可以发现,认知地图中高频率出现的要素和眼动实验得出的参与者感兴趣要素相一致,花城广场的建筑物、边界、场所和区域是参与者比较感兴趣的要素,以上要素在眼动实验中首次进入时间短,在认知地图中出现频率高;2）通过分析注视点注视时间热点图,可以得出在城市开敞空间的规划中应注重建筑物、构筑物、装置和场地的合理结合,注重空间层次和空间秩序,注重营造场所的规划设计结论。在应用上,照片拍摄、眼动实验等视觉的神经科学研究方法的使用可以为城市开敞空间的规划设计提供公众参与的新思路。 相似文献

传统基于灰度的影像匹配方法难以适应红外多光谱影像波段间的非线性灰度差异。该文提出一种基于相位一致性的角点筛选与特征匹配方法。首先基于相位最大矩提取影像边缘图,并利用角点的结构属性进行稳定性判断和角点筛选;然后利用相位一致性的幅值和方向信息构建特征描述符,并采用双向最近邻方法实现初始匹配;最后采用RANSAC算法剔除粗差,得到优化后的匹配结果。实验结果表明,该文提出的角点筛选算法能使匹配点中稳定角点的比例由37.9%提升至85.2%,将最大残差由2.765降到1.766,RMSE由0.854降到0.751。与HOPC模板匹配算法相比,该特征匹配算法能在保证匹配精度的同时,将效率提升了3倍。 相似文献

城市道路数据的完整性和实时性是保障位置服务和规划导航路径的关键支撑。该文提出一种基于共享单车轨迹数据的新增自行车骑行道路自动检测和更新方法:首先,结合缓冲区方法和轨迹—路网几何特征检测增量轨迹;其次,基于分段—聚类—聚合策略提取更新路段,利用多特征融合密度聚类算法与最小外包矩形骨架线法提取增量道路中心线;最后,基于拓扑规则完成道路更新。以广州市共享单车轨迹为例,将该方法与传统栅格细化法进行实验对比,结果表明:该方法能有效更新道路网络,且在2 m和5 m精细尺度范围内提取的新增道路覆盖精度提升14%左右;在7 m尺度下精度达90%以上,在10 m尺度下精度达96%以上。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Much science-fiction literature is based upon the creation and exploration of alternative environments. Stanley G.
