为有效实施植被信息获取及监测,亟需分类准确及易于推广的植被信息识别技术。本文利用无人机航拍获取植被光学影像,利用深度语义分割技术建构植被种类识别模型,为植被变化动态监测提供准确的植被类别信息。首先,基于安溪县龙门镇崩岗区的采样点,获取20 m航拍高度的无人机影像,构建FCN-VGG19植被识别模型,探讨不同特征融合结构对FCN-VGG19识别性能的影响,测算出各植被的覆盖面积;其次,取安溪县另一取样点的无人机影像作为验证集,分析FCN-VGG19的迁移学习能力,验证模型稳健性。结果表明:(1)基于20 m高度的无人机影像建立的FCN-VGG19-8s模型识别正确率最高,为86. 30%;(2) FCN-VGG19-8s识别精度高于FCN-VGG19-32s;并从测试集中随机抽取一张图,测算该测试图的马尾松覆盖面积为78. 38 m2,芒萁覆盖面积为12. 77 m2,柠檬桉覆盖面积为0. 89 m2;(3)在模型的迁移学习能力试验分析中,当A数据集占训练集的比例下降时,对模型识别B数据集的影响不大;当B数据集的数据量减少时,其识别精度稍有下降,仍有84. 5%。本文基于无人机光学影像,结合深度语义分割模型进行植被识别,以福建安溪县为例验证模型稳健性,分析模型在测算植被覆盖面积的适用性,旨在为植被识别研究提供新思路。 相似文献

以位于中国科学院内蒙古草原生态研究定位站灌丛化样地实验平台为研究区，基于低空无人机遥感影像，结合实地调查，开展草原灌丛遥感辨识方法研究。通过对灌丛、草地和裸地归一化植被指数（NDVI）的方差统计分析，确定了裸地与植被的分割阈值为-0.08，并使用该阈值提取植被覆盖区，然后分别利用面向对象的决策树（DT）、贝叶斯（Bayes）、K最邻近（KNN）、支持向量机（SVM）机器学习分类器进行灌丛辨识。研究表明：借助Estimation of Scale Parameter（ESP）最优分割尺度评价工具可以快速确定分割参数，获取灌丛、草地影像对象；利用特征空间优化工具选取了18个的对象特征，可以有效避免盲目选择而导致的计算量增大；通过对不同分类器分类结果的对比和样本数量敏感性实验得出：Bayes分类器精度稳定、无需设置参数，灌丛分类精度最高，总体精度和Kappa系数分别达到92%和0.83，结果与影像地物嵌合最好，能够精确识别单株灌丛；根据Bayes分类器分类结果统计得研究区灌丛盖度为14.74%，平均冠幅为0.6 m2，与样方调查结果基本一致。由于4种分类器的算法特征以及对训练样本数量的敏感性各不相同，因此选择合适的分类器还需根据具体影像的地物特征、空间分辨率和研究区范围来确定。 相似文献

应用定量地貌学的原理和方法,对天水市南北两山已有黄土滑坡进行了自动识别研究。首先,引入地形可视性辅助遥感影像目视解译,以选择滑坡和非滑坡样本;其次,综合滑坡的地形特征和遥感特征,通过采取SEaTH算法遴选出能有效区分滑坡与非滑坡的特征差异指标建立滑坡有效识别指标体系;最后,基于滑坡有效识别指标特征集进行面向对象分割,通过建立多层感知器的滑坡自动识别模型对分割后的对象进行识别,并作精度评价。结果表明:1)针对该研究区的已有黄土滑坡,粗糙度、高程变异、切割度、起伏度、坡度、可视性6种地形指标具有识别价值;2)该模型对滑坡的识别精度达71.03%,非滑坡的识别精度达92.02%,较好地识别出了该区域的滑坡范围。 相似文献

基于多时相单极化TerraSAR-X影像,提取后向散射系数特征影像、变差函数纹理特征影像、干涉特征影像,并对其波段组合,在基于eCognition软件多尺度分割的基础上,选择训练样本对象,充分挖掘样本对象的光谱、纹理特征信息,通过建立特征分离性指标,降低特征维数,最后应用面向对象的分类方法实现了建筑区的自动提取,提取精度达93.50%。这一研究表明特征组合影像具有较大的分割优势,特征的优化选择在减少特征冗余的同时维持了较高的信息提取精度,且弥补了eCognition软件纹理特征计算慢的不足。 相似文献

城市地物具有多尺度分布特点,尺度鉴别与确定是分类的前提。提出改进的面积相对差指标,根据城市植被的分布状态确定最优分割尺度。采用面向对象方法,利用对象的光谱和空间信息对高空间分辨率影像进行植被分类。与基于像元的传统光谱分类方法和单尺度分类结果比较,最优分割尺度的鉴别和面向对象的分类方法分类精度较高,6种城市植被的分类总精度达85.5%,Kappa系数为0.83;同时有效抑制了光谱数据分类中存在的地物破碎问题。 相似文献

黄土高原植被覆盖变化对生态系统服务影响及其阈值 总被引：10，自引：0，他引：10
黄土高原是退耕还林工程的核心区域,是中国生态恢复成效最显著的区域。明确黄土高原植被恢复对生态系统服务的影响,识别植被影响的阈值效应,是学术研究和管理实践共同的需求。然而,目前相关研究仍存在研究空缺,特别是在区域尺度对生态系统服务随植被变化阈值进行识别的研究较少。本文选择植被覆盖度（FVC）为指标表征2000—2015年黄土高原植被恢复情况,以土壤保持服务、产水服务和碳固定服务为指标表征研究区生态系统服务情况,对二者的时空变化及交互作用进行分析,评估植被覆盖变化对生态系统服务的影响,并对影响的阈值进行定量识别。结果显示：① 2000—2015年黄土高原植被显著恢复;生态系统服务变化差异明显,碳固定服务明显增强,土壤保持服务得到一定改善,产水服务较为稳定。② 植被覆盖变化与生态系统服务变化的相关程度存在差异,植被覆盖与碳固定服务的关联性最强,其次为土壤保持服务。③ 植被覆盖增加能够促进区域生态系统服务总体提升,但促进作用存在阈值效应。植被覆盖影响的阈值在林地区、林地—草地区、草地区和草地—沙漠区分别为44%、32%、34%和34%,超过上述阈值,植被覆盖增加的促进作用趋于减弱。 相似文献

以中国东北赤峰市美林地区5种典型优势树种为研究对象,采用与当地森林植被生长期相对应的5景Senti-nel-2影像,借助支持向量机模型(SVM)与递归特征消除算法(RFE),根据可见光-近红外波段(VNIR)与不同红边谱段(RE)及红边指数(REVI)组合条件下的森林优势树种可分性测度及结果精度差异,探讨Sentinel-2影像不同红边谱段及其指数特征对区域优势树种遥感识别的影响.结果表明:Sentinel-2影像红边谱段的不同组合方式对不同生长期优势树种识别影响存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中VNIR+B5+B6为生长盛期的最佳组合方式,能够在VNIR基础上将生长盛期的识别精度均值提升约7.71％;叶全变色期是进行优势树种识别的最佳时期(P<0.05),该时期基于VNIR波段的识别精度均值达71.28％,在叠加红边波段B5+B6后提升至75.41％.此外,采用SVM-RFE算法构建适用于不同生长期的最佳REVI组合,其平均识别精度能够在全年5个生长期达到72.00％～84.31％,相比同时期基于RE+VNIR组合的最优识别结果平均提升了10.77％;在此基础上,构建适用于全生长期的优选植被指数PSRI+mSAVI+CIred-edge时间序列,可实现89.03％的平均识别精度,比单时相最佳REVI组合提升了4.72％～17.03％.研究证明Sentinel-2影像红边谱段及其衍生指数特征在区域森林优势树种识别中具有较高的应用价值,可为快速、准确地提取不同生长期森林植被信息提供技术方法参考. 相似文献

基于2001-2018年的MODIS-NDVI和MODIS-LST以及土地利用、交通、人口等多种人文社会数据,通过温度植被干旱指数反映黄土高原土壤水分状况,利用残差法剔除土壤水分得到植被覆盖变化的人为影响,辅以趋势分析、Hurst指数、地理探测器等方法探讨了黄土高原植被覆盖的人为影响变化特征、未来变化趋势以及人为影响的归因。结果表明:(1)黄土高原2001-2018年植被覆盖人为影响变化趋势为0.36×10-2 a-1,人为对植被覆盖的影响向正作用方向发展。(2)黄土高原植被覆盖人为影响的未来变化趋势由正作用转为向负作用方向发展,值得注意的是退耕还林重点实施区植被覆盖的人为正作用未来变化呈减弱趋势。(3)综合相关分析与地理探测器结果,确定影响植被覆盖变化的人为主导因子主要包括高级别旅游景点、城市分布、交通和土地利用。(4)未来退耕还林工程的实施以及生态建设工程的维持,应在注重城市经济发展的同时重视生态建设,减缓交通业对生态环境所带来的危害,加强绿色旅游业发展以及减缓土地变化等人为活动的影响。 相似文献
