城市化和信息化是两个性质不同但又密切联系的社会发展过程，城市化是整个社会信息化的基础，信息化是城市现代化的重要组成部分。文章从理论上探讨了城市化与信息化的关系，分析了中国的城市化与信息化进程，并提出信息化与城市化的协同发展是中国社会经济发展的必然选择。在此基础上，提出了现阶段推进中国城市信息化进程的发展战略。 相似文献

城市基础设施是城市赖以生存和发展的基础，是既为物质生产又为人民生活提供一般条件的公共设施。城市基础设施可以推动城市化进程，同时城市化也可以影响城市基础设施的发展。在阐明城市化进程和城市基础设施关系的基础上，分析了中国城市化进程中城市基础设施建设和管理的现状，并探讨了其存在的诸多问题，认为建立多元化的投融资格局、改革政府投资的决策和管理方式、积极推进城市基础设施行业的国有企业产权转换和机制转换将是中国城市化进程中优化城市基础设施建设和管理的必要举措。 相似文献

文化是新时期城市化发展研究的新视角。在文献综述基础上,对新时期城市化发展动力机制进行理论探讨,分析文化动力对城市化发展的作用机理。结果表明:文化是文化经济时代城市化发展的新动力;文化是城市发展的软实力和动力源,是城市经济新的增长点;通过促进文化产业与文化经济发展、促进人口城市化发展、促进城市集聚与规模扩张,文化促进城市外延扩张、加速城市化进程;通过提升产业与经济发展素质、提高人口城市化质量水平、促进城市文明发展与进步、促进城市现代化进程,文化促进城市内涵发展、提升城市化质量。 相似文献

贫困表现出特有的经济社会特征，严重地制约和阻碍经济发展和社会进步，是发展的大敌。加快城市化进程对贫困落后地区实现资源的优化配置、扩大就业空间、实现劳动力就业转移、增加农民收入、实现“脱贫”致富和现代化具有积极的作用和现实意义。通过对贫困落后地区城市化动力机制的分析，提出加速贫困落后地区城市化进程的相应对策。针对贫困落后地区的区情特征，文章认为加速贫困落后地区城市化进程并非单纯追求城市化的提高，而是城市化质量和内涵的提高。文章围绕这一问题就贫困落后地区的城市化道路、发展模式、城市发展方针进行了探讨。 相似文献

英美等发达国家在城市化进程中注重中小城镇建设、协调城乡发展,日韩等工业后发国家在工业化和城市化进程中加强对农业与农村扶持、积极推动农村现代化.从美、英、日、韩等国家的成功经验看,加快城市化尤其是农村城市化进程、重构城乡空间、改造传统农业,是我国解决“三农”问题、实现城乡一体化、加快农业和农村现代化进程的必由之路.美英日韩等国城市化进程中乡村建设实践对我国当前解决“三农”问题、促进乡村发展的启示主要有：①“城市反哺农村、工业反哺农业”是城市化发展到一定阶段的客观要求;②我国农村城市化正处于加速阶段,迫切需要重构乡村空间结构、实现城乡统筹发展,乡村建设与规划势在必行;③在乡村建设与规划中,要加大对农业和农村的扶持力度,注重农村居民点体系的合理布局、基础设施和公共服务实施完善与配套;④城市化和乡村建设规划是一项系统工程,受多种因素制约,需要处理好城镇和农村、农业与非农业、政府与居民等各方面的关系. 相似文献

振兴东北老工业基地是我国21世纪重要的区域开发战略,作为东北地区重要组成部分的吉林省如何抓住这个机遇,推进城市化进程,提高城市化质量,走出一条新型城市化之路,从而拉动区域经济的发展,已经成为一个亟待解决的问题。本文在振兴东北老工业基地这一宏观背景下,客观分析了吉林省城市化的现状特点、存在的主要问题以及未来发展趋势,指出吉林省新型城市化未来发展重点是加强长吉大都市和区域性中心城市的建设,积极发展中等城市,完善城镇体系,构建“一群三组团”的城市体系格局,形成职能分工明确、功能协调,具有较强的综合竞争力的城市群体。 相似文献
