辽河流域生态需水估算   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
从辽河流域存在的环境问题出发,在确定主要生态需水类型的基础上,基于水资源分区,分别估算各水资源分区的不同类型的生态需水,包括枯季河道生态需水、汛期输沙需水、入海需水、地下水恢复需补充的水量、河口湿地生态需水等。针对辽河流域季节性河流的特点,提出了枯水季节最小流量法的枯季河道生态需水计算方法。计算结果表明,辽河流域生态需水总量为130.44×108m3,占地表径流的48.3%,其中浑太河、东辽河2个水资源分区的生态需水量占地表径流的比例在60%以上,辽河干流生态需水量占地表径流的53.5%,其余水资源分区生态需水量占地表径流的比例均在50%以下。研究结果为流域水资源配置及水环境保护与恢复提供科学依据。  相似文献

利用AHP(层次分析)和模糊综合评判法,结合2006年玛纳斯河流域土地利用和水资源数据库,并参考流域内各地自然、经济、社会统计资料,选取了4大类20个评价指标对水资源安全进行了综合评价。结果表明,玛纳斯河流域水资源处于不安全水平,其隶属度为0.4699,综合评分值为0.5291;生态安全指数和供需状况指数分别处于基本安全和比较安全水平,水资源量指数和社会经济指数皆处于不安全水平状态。因此,应提高流域的经济技术发展水平和水资源的利用效率,加强水资源的综合管理,控制人口增长,协调好上、下游之间及源流与干流之间的用水关系,以保障流域水资源的安全程度。  相似文献

新疆玛纳斯河流域生态经济功能区划研究   总被引:9,自引:6,他引:3  
水在干旱区维护生态和发展经济中起决定性作用,而水资源的形成、转化和消耗,主要取决于大地貌类型。本文以大地貌类型为单元,将玛纳斯河流域划分为3个生态经济功能区;即南部天山草原森林牧林矿产区,对应为径流形成和水源涵养区;中部玛纳斯河平原农业和城镇绿洲区,对应为径流消耗和转化区;北部古尔班通古特沙漠生态保育沙产业区,对应为少流和无流区。在3个一级区划内,再根据中地貌条件、生态系统类型、产业结构及发展经济和保护生态环境的措施划分二级区,共分为9个。分别论述了各区的生态环境与社会经济特征,有针对性的提出各区生态与经济协调发展的对策,为分区治理提供了科学依据。并提出只有把玛纳斯河流域作为一个完整的生态经济系统,实行以水资源合理利用为核心,以山区的综合治理为基础,以发展绿洲经济为支撑,以防治荒漠化的扩大为保障,才能使其良性互动,实现和谐和持续发展。  相似文献

1958-2006年玛纳斯河流域水系结构时空演变及驱动机制分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
为了研究玛纳斯河流域水系结构演变状况,利用其1958、1976、1987、2006年4期遥感影像图,在ArcInfo支持下进行目视解译,根据解译结果,定量分析了水系长度、密度、分枝比、长度比和分维等参数的变化特征,并探讨其主要驱动因素.研究表明:1958-2006年玛纳斯河流域水系变化满足Horton定律,水网数目及河道平均长度随水网级别呈几何级数变化,并且水网密度、水系长度比、分枝比等参数持续增大;流域内绿洲地区水网密度高于南部源流山区与北部荒漠区,这种区域差异是由不同生态经济单元的自然生态环境类型、社会经济发展状况,综合发展需求及生态修复重建等方面共同决定的;玛纳斯河流域水资源量近50年来不断增加,人口数量持续攀升,耕地与绿洲面积不断扩大等因素是玛纳斯河流域水网结构演变的主要驱动力.然而耕地不能无限扩大,绿洲也不能过度扩张,要以水资源的承载能力为限,因此确定合理的绿洲面积,优化水系结构,提高水资源利用效率将成为今后研究的重点.  相似文献

通过考虑水的自然循环与水在人类活动影响下的循环 (二元水循环),后者包括水资源开发利用率、耗水率、污水排放浓度影响,探讨了二元水循环下河流生态需水“质”与“量”的综合评价,以区别以往仅从自然水循环 (一元) 出发评价河流生态需水的缺陷。建立了二元水循环下的河流生态需水的水量与水质计算方法,并确定了河流生态需水的“质”与“量”的评价标准,实现了河流生态需水水量与水质的综合评价。以辽河流域为例进行实证分析,计算了一元水循环下西辽河、东辽河、辽河干流、浑太河、东北沿黄渤海诸河等水资源分区的河流生态需水,分别占径流的39.3%、63.0%、43.9%、43.3%、43.5%,采用Tennant推荐流量及等级进行评价,结果是:除西辽河属于“中”等级外,东辽河、浑太河、辽河干流、东北沿黄诸河等均在“好”等级以上,东辽河达到“极好”等级。与之对应的二元水循环下的河流生态需水比例分别是57.5%、74.1%、60.8%、60.3%、60.4%,综合评价结果显示:从水量角度评价,西辽河不能达到生态需水“量”的标准,其余能够达标,从水质角度评价,西辽河、浑太河、辽河干流、东北沿黄诸河等均不能够达到“质”的标准,东辽河可以达标。从“量”与“质”相结合的角度评价,仅有东辽河可以达标。因此,水质状况是决定辽河流域河流生态需水是否满足生态系统需求的主要问题。  相似文献

冰川覆盖流域的雪冰融水对河川径流有重要的调节作用。气候变化影响雪冰融水过程和数量变化,河川径流过程和径流量相应变化,其程度与流域冰川情况相关。通过利用CMIP5气候模式输出气象数据驱动流域水文模型,模拟研究天山地区3个不同冰川覆盖率河流(库玛拉克河、玛纳斯河、库车河)的径流对气候变化的响应。结果表明:随着未来气温和降水的持续增加,3个流域的雪融水均有增加,冰融水变化受冰川覆盖面积的影响,在各个流域变化不一致。径流变化主要受降水增加和雪冰融水变化的综合影响,在未来情景下各流域径流均有增加,分别增加了5.8%~14.3%(库车河)、2.9%~11.4%(玛纳斯河)、12.9%~47.1%(库玛拉克河),且冰川覆盖率越大的流域,预估径流不确定性变化区间受冰融水影响越大。预估3个流域的径流、雪冰融水年内分布变化表明,各河流的春季融雪时间提前和融雪量增加使得流域春季径流量较历史时期增大;在夏季,受雪冰融水变化的影响库车河、玛纳斯河夏季径流峰值量减小,而库玛拉克河径流峰值量增加,且预估的各流域夏季径流变化不确定性区间明显大于其它季节。  相似文献

依据玛纳斯河流域生态功能区划,从生态系统的结构、功能和相互影响上,将流域划分为上游山地生态服务区、中游平原绿洲生态收益区和下游荒漠生态受损区。并据此分析了各区主要的生态问题:(1)山区植被退化,林地面积减少,草地质量下降,削弱了山区水资源涵养和水土保持的功能。(2)绿洲区水资源超负荷利用,地下水过度开采及水质恶化,造成绿洲与沙漠过渡带的土地沙化。(3)荒漠区由于植被破坏,导致沙丘活化,危害农田。根据流域生态环境存在的问题,提出应该以经济发展支撑流域的生态补偿,采取"抓中间,补两头",以中游绿洲生产提高上游山区的服务功能,补偿下游生态受损的战略思路,并从水资源利用,天然植被保护和防治土地荒漠化等方面,提出了相应的生态补偿重点领域、途径和措施,目的是为流域生态补偿研究提供科学指导,促进绿洲经济发展,实现流域生态经济的良性循环。  相似文献

基于肯斯瓦特水文站54 a的逐月径流实测资料,运用参数、非参数检验和R/S分析探讨了玛纳斯河径流量的趋势、跃变及未来的变化趋势,并利用径流量年内分配特征指数描述了径流量年内分配状况。结果表明,玛纳斯河径流量在1995年发生跳跃式的突变,并达到极显著水平,这也与径流量累积距平显示的结果一致;径流量的赫斯特指数大于0.5,具有持续性,预示其未来变化仍将保持增加走势;计算表明,玛纳斯河肯斯瓦特站径流量高度集中于夏季(6、7、8月),年内分配指数中的集中度比不均匀系数具有更强的分辨能力与灵敏性,集中期所对应的最大径流量出现时间与实际月份相同,并且各特征指数间存在关联性。  相似文献

柴达木盆地气候干旱、水资源缺乏、生态脆弱,盆地周围的高寒山区是其重要的水资源形成区。关注柴达木盆地高寒山区流域未来气候变化及相应径流变化具有重要意义,然而相关研究较少。本研究选取柴达木盆地东北部典型高寒山区流域—巴音河上游祁连山区,采用局部缩放法和方差缩放法,基于实测降水、温度数据对CMIP6下BCC-CSM2-MR模式SSP1-2.6、SSP2-4.5、SSP5-8.5 3种气候情景未来气候变化数据进行校准,将校准后的气候数据与SWAT模型耦合,模拟及预测历史及未来时期气候变化对巴音河出山径流的影响。结果表明,SWAT模型对巴音河出山径流的模拟效果满足评价标准,其适用性较好;巴音河上游祁连山区在3种气候情景下,2015—2100年降水量、最高温度、最低温度、出山径流量均增加,暖湿化趋势较为明显;3种情景下,2015—2100年巴音河流域地表径流将呈现先增加后减少的趋势。侧向流、地下径流、总产水量、融雪量将呈现增加趋势。研究结果可为柴达木盆地水资源管理和可持续发展提供科学依据和理论支撑。  相似文献

黄河中上游河道生态水短缺价值损失探讨   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
作为生态系统中最为关键和重要的因素,黄河中上游的水资源十分短缺,而如何定量计算由于水短缺而导致的生态价值损失是一个复杂的问题。本文首先对生态价值进行分类,并对国内常用的评估方法进行介绍。根据黄河中上游的特点将生态需水分为输沙需水、基本生态需水和蒸发需水三个部分,在此基础上,利用市场价值法和影子工程法对短缺水量引起的生态价值损失进行了计算。结果显示2002年黄河中上游生态价值损失中由泥沙淤积引起的部分最大,达到了35.3亿元,其次是水质污染和渔业损失,分别为15.5亿和8.0亿元。由于数据的限制,本文未对水土保持、净化空气、科学文化功能等其他生态价值损失进行计算。最后提出跨流域调水是弥补生态损失的有效方法。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
