本文论述了美国的外国直接投资额、外国直接投资密度和外国直接投资年增长率的地区差异，并用这三个数量指标来综合评价各州投资环境的优劣，按综合得分值的高低将美国本土划分为四类区域：Ⅰ类投资环境区、Ⅱ类投资环境区、Ⅲ类投资环境和Ⅳ类投资环境区。 相似文献

以东南亚地区为例,在传统投资风险评价的基础上,借助地缘位势概念融合了国家博弈互动,建立了大国竞争视角下的地区投资风险框架。研究表明：1）东南亚各国的基础投资环境风险呈现明显的空间分异变化,总体上表现为北高南低、北变南稳;2) 2010—2019年中美对各国的地缘位势呈现区域异质和演化异构特征;美国在绝大部分区域拥有着地缘位势优势,但中国的差距在逐步缩小;3）结合地缘位势和基本投资环境风险后的综合风险也存在显著的区际差异;高、低综合风险地区空间分布稳定且发展演替存在惯性;中等综合风险地区呈现为逐渐南向分布;4）对中国而言,在东南亚地区综合投资风险的集中化趋势在消解,各个国家的综合投资风险处于向均衡化发展的态势。 相似文献

在“一带一路”倡议下，中国与土库曼斯坦的投资合作成为“中国—中亚—西亚经济走廊”建设的重要内容。土库曼斯坦油气资源丰富，已成为各国投资商的重要关注点。不过，该国较为封闭，相关数据资料相对匮乏。在此背景下，本文基于土库曼斯坦自然资源、经济、社会文化和投资管理等条件，借助熵权法对土库曼斯坦各州和直辖市的投资环境进行了综合评价。研究表明，自然资源是各州和直辖市投资环境演变的核心推动力量，同时投资管理特征和经济发展也发挥重要作用，社会文化特征的影响则不显著。因此，由于资源在空间上分布不均衡，土库曼斯坦各地区的投资环境也存在较大差异，从而导致油气资源不足的地区对投资管理形成较大依赖。总体来看，巴尔坎州和莱巴普州投资环境较好，而马雷、达沙古兹等地区仍有待提高。 相似文献

随着城市间经济联系日益密切,资本跨区域流动逐渐成为影响区域发展的关键因素,企业异地投资是资本流动的微观体现,探讨企业异地投资特征对于区域发展具有重要意义。为此,论文以1998—2018年中国上市企业异地投资数据为研究对象,构建中国异地投资网络,从全国和东中西3大地区角度分析异地投资网络的空间演化特征及影响因素。研究发现：全国和3大地区异地投资网络节点中心性空间集聚特征明显,主要集中在5大城市群地区;异地投资网络空间上表现出明显的层级结构、空间集聚性、路径依赖等特征;投资净流入和净流出城市仍主要位于东部地区,但投资活动存在向中部和西部发展的趋势;城市的经济发展水平、产业结构、金融环境等均对全国和东中西3大地区呈现差异化的影响。 相似文献
