县域是推进城乡融合的基本单元,如何优化县域发展模式并提升其发展能力,是促进城乡融合、实现乡村振兴的关键。本文从人地关系地域系统理论与协同论出发,构建了基于外源驱动、城镇发展、乡村发展、城乡交互4个子系统的县域协同发展能力分析框架,并以河南省为例,通过对子系统发展能力的识别与测度,探讨县域协同发展水平及其特征。研究发现:河南省县域子系统发展能力呈“核心-外围”空间分异格局,县域子系统协同度与发展能力不匹配。河南省县域协同发展能力整体水平不高且县域差异显著,子系统贡献度变化具有阶段性特征,子系统发展能力结构不合理,县域协同发展效应尚不明显。河南省县域协同发展能力空间分异是政府主导、市场驱动、创新引领和城镇促进四个维度共同作用的结果。通过发挥县域外源驱动、城乡交互子系统作用,促进外源要素落地乡村地域及由城到乡要素流动,可以激发县域子系统的自组织功能,推动县域协同发展及城乡融合。  相似文献

中国县级海岛综合承载水平测度及时空差异分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
运用PSR模型从经济、社会、生态3个方面选取28个指标,构建县级海岛综合承载评价指标体系,测度中国12个县级海岛2009—2017年间的综合承载水平,对其承载水平时空分异特征进行分析。结果表明:(1)各县级海岛综合承载力阶段性特征显著,综合承载力水平在2009—2017年区域差异明显并在波动中上升,近两年相对差异有缓慢扩大的趋势,整体发展态势较好;(2)县级海岛综合承载力空间分异明显,承载水平呈中间高南北低、从中部向南北减弱的特点,空间分布呈现出区域化和集群化特征;(3)县级海岛综合承载力的结构随时间推移有不断优化向好的趋势,各结构之间在发展路径上呈提升状态,其协调度不断波动,发展向正规合理化时期靠近。  相似文献

针对当前国内研究区域城乡统筹水平定量测评方法中存在的问题,如未能区分整体发展指标和协调发展指标,截面和时序数据难以同时体现,以及城乡统筹评价指标体系集成数据导致的“黑箱子”效应等问题,本文建立了涵盖城乡整体发展水平指标、城乡协调发展水平指标及时间指标的三维坐标系统,并通过转化为二维“九宫格”坐标系统的方法,提出一种包含时序数据和截面数据的城乡统筹水平综合评估的方法论,定量地测评一个区域内各城市在某个特定时间段内的城乡统筹演化特征。本文将城乡统筹水平分为经济、产业、基础设施、公共服务4个方向,对川渝19市2006-2011年间城乡统筹演化特征进行了分类研究。研究结果表明,川渝19市在城乡经济和公共服务统筹方面整体差距缩小且成效显著,而在产业和基础设施统筹方面城乡差距仍在拉大;成渝二市的整体成效远超过区域内其他城市。上述研究成果可对川渝19市优化城乡统筹发展方向提供理论指导和方法论工具,亦可为国内其他地区城乡统筹成效的测评方法提供指导与示范。  相似文献

中国酒店业效率的时空演变及驱动机制   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
通过运用DEA模型对我国31省域2002-2013年酒店业效率进行了测算,并对其时空特征和驱动机制进行了分析。研究表明:(1)从时序变化上,酒店业综合效率在波动中呈现增长态势,纯技术效率对综合效率的影响始终占据主导;(2)从集聚特征看,酒店业效率的空间集聚性经过了先减弱后增强的变化过程,空间差异性更加显著;(3)从区域特征看,酒店业效率东部高于中部,中部高于西部,西部高于东北部;(4)从分类特征看,高效率的省份在东部沿海和中南部地区形成一个“S”型集聚带,低效率、低稳定型的省份多集中于我国北部一线;(5)旅游业整体发展规模、市场化程度和信息化水平对酒店业效率产生的正向影响依次减弱,共同驱动着区域酒店业效率的时空格局演变。  相似文献

综合考虑经济发展水平指标、居民生活水平指标和经济结构指标,利用加权主成分分析方法、自然断点法及趋势分析法对多时点数据进行分析,揭示河南省县域经济实力时空差异特征。研究表明:经济发展水平与经济结构及居民生活水平具有较高的相关度,河南省县域经济实力的空间地域差异及空间分异显著,但近10年来总体变化趋势不大;近十年河南省各类型县域的数量波动较大,其空间分布格局的演变由原来典型的"单一核心"结构发展成明显的"多核心"结构;河南省县域总体经济实力普遍较低,且发达县域和不发达县域两极分化显著,两者在经济实力排名上虽有波动,但变化不大;核心城市的带动效应显著,河南省县域经济实力增长呈现明显的"双核心"驱动。  相似文献

以东北地区34个地级市为研究对象,以四维一体为研究视角,综合构建了东北地区城市化测度指标体系,基于时序分析、面板分析以及空间分析等方法,分4个时期对2000年以来东北地区城市化空间分异的时空演变特征进行研究,结果表明:① 投资与消费是影响东北地区城市化发展的主要因素,其城市化兼有“自上而下”与“自下而上”双重性质;② 东北地区城市化尚处于低水平阶段,属于粗放式、低效益型的城市化发展模式;③ 东北地区城市化整体分异与子系统分异特征明显,2000~2008年阶段综合城市化水平由北向南递增,2008~2012年阶段则向南递减,与人口城市化具有一致性的变化特征。而经济城市化、社会城市化、空间城市化则逐年向南递增;④ 东北地区城市化水平东中西分异与沿海内陆分异特征显著,均具有时序性特点。基于研究成果,提出自然条件的基础作用、产业结构优化升级的内部驱动、交通条件的空间导向以及政策和体制的调控约束是东北地区城市化空间分异的整体机制,而东北地区南北城市化分异程度不断缩小主要由于区域发展阶段演进周期理论。  相似文献

以地级行政区为地域单元,采用多指标综合作为衡量指标,对中国滨海地带经济地域分异特征即经济发展水平的峰谷相间特征进行了研究。首先研究了峰谷相间地域格局的发育过程;然后探讨了区域产业结构和城市化水平的时序演化特征;最后总结了上述时序过程和空间过程的时空关联特征。研究的结果表明,中国滨海地带已经形成了区域之间、区域组合之间、南与北之间多层次的地域经济分异。  相似文献

城市和乡村作为区域经济系统的2个共生单元,既存在相互依赖与合作,又存在相互冲突与竞争。从共生理论的视角出发,选择城乡之间共生界面、共生关联度和共生协调作为城乡统筹的一级指标并细分为22个二级指标,对河南省18个地市城乡统筹情况进行了客观综合的评价,并对其统筹水平进行5个等级的划分,揭示了河南省城乡统筹空间分布上西北高东南低的态势。最后,从工业化水平、城镇化水平、区域基础设施、资源条件以及政策导向等方面探讨了河南省城乡统筹水平差异的原因,旨在为中原经济区建设和"三化"协调战略的制订提供依据。  相似文献

率先实现农业现代化是全面振兴、全方位振兴东北老工业基地的重大任务。根据中国农业现代化理论内涵和实践要求,从投入、产出、社会发展3个维度构建农业现代化评价指标体系,对2008年、2018年东北地区40个地级行政单元的农业现代化水平进行测度与阶段划分。结果表明:① 从空间格局看,东北地区农业现代化水平呈现出“沿东北-西南轴线地区较高,轴线东西两侧地区较低”的空间格局,三江平原、松嫩平原及环渤海地区为高值集聚区;② 从发展速度看,东北地区各地市农业现代化水平整体有所提高,北部地区发展速度整体大于南部;③ 从所处阶段看,2018年处在农业现代化“初步实现”的地市占比达86%,东北地区农业现代化水平总体处在由“初步实现”向“基本实现”的转变阶段;④ 农业现代化发展水平3个分维度指标在地理空间上也表现出一定的地域分异格局;⑤ 不同地区应针对发展优势及资源禀赋,走符合自身特点的农业现代化路径。  相似文献

环渤海地区城镇化与农村协调发展的时空特征   总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4  
城镇化是区域发展的必然趋势,探究城镇化过程中农村发展响应对于理解城乡关系、区域城镇化以及农村发展具有重要的指导意义。本文着力构建城镇化与农村发展评价指标体系以揭示环渤海地区城镇化与农村发展时空格局,并探究二者的协调特征。结果表明:1环渤海地区城镇化与农村发展均存在明显的空间差异,二者高低值空间分布不完全吻合,农村发展差距整体上小于城镇化差距;2城镇化能在一定程度上推动农村发展,但随着城镇化水平提升,二者协调程度下降,农村发展分异加大;3协调分析需要紧密结合城镇化与农村发展状态,三者空间分布存在多种耦合情形。认为新型城镇化背景下,统筹城乡发展需要着力打破城乡二元管理体制,创新城镇化与农村发展协调机制;应着力凸显地域主体功能,加强不同功能区间的协同;宜依托区域自身禀赋特征,探索契合当地特色的城镇化道路。  相似文献
