基于形态学提出了多尺度遥感图像分割方法。首先使用面积形态学算子处理原始图像,构造不同尺度下的遥感图像;然后提取多波段遥感图像梯度,充分利用遥感图像的多波段信息;再在不同尺度的图像上使用区域标记方法提取标记,作为分水岭分割算法的生长点;最后使用分水岭分割实现对遥感图像的多尺度分割。该方法在Matlab中予以编程实现,并将其应用于江苏省海安SPOT影像中,实现对图像不同尺度的分割,能够有效提取出多波段遥感图像中不同尺度下的地物。 相似文献

针对面向对象分类方法进行图像处理时出现大量冗余多边形及其分类结果出现斑点等不足,提出基于纹理特征的分割方法。先对原始图像进行纹理增强、主成分分析、低通滤波和图像分割等预处理,得到原始图像的纹理特征二值图;将二值图作为独立波段与其他波段进行假彩色合成,得到纹理增强图,再对其进行多尺度分割和模糊分类。以南京市浦口区2002年9月SPOT图像为例,分别利用上述两种方法提取图像中的水田信息,基于纹理特征的分割方法克服了面向对象分类方法的不足,并且由于在进行模糊分类时分割出的对象大量减少,一定程度上减小了确定模糊区间的难度,较好地提取出水田信息,提高了图像的分类精度。 相似文献

以洪河国家级自然保护区为研究区,选取了多时相的Sentinel-1B和Sentinel-2A影像为数据源,制定出9种多时相主被动遥感数据组合方案,用于沼泽湿地遥感分类;分别对根据9种方案整合的多维数据集,进行基于尺度继承的多尺度分割,得到面向对象的分割影像,建立与不同方案对应的特征数据集;采用随机森林机器学习算法,对多维特征数据集进行特征优化,并进行参数调优,构建沼泽植物的最优遥感识别模型,实现对沼泽湿地中地物的识别与分类。研究结果表明,采用递归特征消除(recursive feature elimination,RFE)算法的变量优选和采样随机森林的参数调优,可以优化随机森林模型,显著减少数据冗余,整合多时相主被动遥感数据方案九的随机森林模型的最佳参数mtry和ntree分别为4和1500,模型训练精度为93.06%,Kappa系数为0.916,其模型训练精度在所有方案中最高;经过变量优选得到最佳特征变量组合,交叉极化方式的后向散射系数(Mean_VH)对于沼泽分类的重要性比同向极化方式的后向散射系数(Mean_VV)高;光谱特征是遥感图像分类的最主要特征,其中,红光和绿光波段(Mean_R和Mean_G)、多光谱红边波段(Mean_REG1和Mean_REG2)、近红外波段1(Mean_NIR1)、红边植被指数(CIgreen和CIreg)都对分类具有较高的重要性;纹理特征熵(GLCM_Entro、GLCM_Ent2)和位置特征像元坐标(X_Min_Pxl和Y_Max_Pxl)对沼泽湿地分类也起到重要作用,相对于其它特征,形状特征对分类的贡献性较小;利用方案九的数据得到的分类结果的总体分类精度为94.42%,主被动遥感数据的特征变量和不同时相的特征变量都对分类做出重要贡献,其中,6月的多光谱特征变量的贡献大于9月的变量;9月的SAR特征变量的贡献大于6月的变量;对分类贡献最大的9月的特征变量为多光谱红边波段2(Mean_REG2),对分类贡献最大的6月的特征变量为绿光波段(Mean_G);融合多时相主被动遥感数据源,可以将不同数据源、不同时相对分类具有较大贡献的特征变量集合在一起,充分利用光谱信息和雷达数据反映的结构信息,构建多维度最佳特征变量组合方案,有效提高沼泽湿地分类精度。 相似文献

高光谱遥感数据具有波段数目多、波段宽度窄、数据量庞大、波段间相关性高等特点,在一定程度上为图像的进一步处理和信息提取带来困难.为解决这一问题,在分析已有降维方法的基础上,提出了基于地物诊断性波谱吸收特征的高光谱遥感图像降维方法,将地物的诊断性吸收波谱特征区间作为一个独立的子空间进行处理,尽可能保留地物独有的吸收特征;在此基础上,进行子空间的特征提取和特征选择.为验证该方法的优越性,将其与传统的基于波谱区间的子空间划分方法进行分类对比,研究表明:基于该文方法降维后的图像分类精度更高,丰富了现有降维方法理论,具有一定的实用和推广价值. 相似文献

在传统的海岸带多光谱影像分类方法的基础上,提出了运用LBV数据变换方法对海岸带多光谱影像进行地物分类识别的方法,通过图像数据变换能够分别提取出表示地物总辐射水平、可见光-近红外辐射平衡和表示波段辐射变化矢量(方向和速度)L、B、V的值.通过应用青岛海岸带TM多光谱影像,提取LBV变换图像并与原始假彩色合成图像比较,分别进行监督分类试验.运用LBV数据变换方法获得的图像信息量更丰富,地物类别更鲜明,有利于图像的目视解译,分类精度提高约3.12%. 相似文献

该文基于土地利用／土地覆盖分类目的,对国产128波段的宜兴市机载成像光谱数据进行了数据导入、镜像变换、辐射畸变纠正、相对反射率转换和几何精纠正以及多航带间的镶嵌试验研究。通过分析发现：经验线性法定标效果明显好于其他两种定标方法;图像精纠正后多条带镶嵌图能够与土地利用现状数据库较好吻合。 相似文献

为了准确地识别红树林中的各种红树物种种群分布区,以广东湛江红树林国家级自然保护区核心区的高桥红树林区为研究区,采用决策树算法、随机森林算法、自适应提升算法、梯度提升决策树算法、极端梯度提升算法和轻量级梯度提升机算法,利用WorldView-2卫星的高分辨率影像数据,构建影像的原始光谱波段、原始光谱波段+植被指数、原始光谱波段+植被指数+纹理特征3种特征组合数据集,识别研究区红树林中的各种红树物种种群分布区,分析各种算法在红树物种识别中的适用性。研究结果表明,5种集成学习算法的分类结果都优于决策树算法,其中,轻量级梯度提升机算法分类结果的分类精度最高,基于WorldView-2影像的8个原始光谱波段+12种植被指数+28种纹理特征,轻量级梯度提升机算法分类结果的总体分类精度值为93.15%,其分配不一致性值为5.07%,数量不一致性值为1.78%;极端梯度提升算法和随机森林算法在红树物种识别中也具有良好的适用性。WorldView-2卫星影像是对红树林中各种红树物种进行遥感分类的理想数据源,其纹理特征能显著提高分类精度,轻量级梯度提升机算法在红树物种识别中具有很大的应用潜力。 相似文献

采用支持向量机对具有RGB 3个波段、分辨率为0.32 m的航空摄影图像进行实验,首次根据表示空间聚集程度的局部Getis因子完成分类。结果表明:1)当应用基于线性、多项式、径向基和Sigmoid 4种常用核函数的SVM进行分类时,基于径向基的SVM分类精度最高,总体精度超过91%。2)从原始图像计算出局部Getis因子,该指标可用于图像分类,且分类精度与局部Getis因子的步长有关;在步长小于变异函数变程的条件下,应用径向基SVM的总体分类精度达95.66%,高于直接使用原始图像RGB波段光谱信息的分类精度,因此局部Getis因子在高空间分辨率遥感图像分类中具有应用和研究价值。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
