以MgCl2溶液模拟氯氧镁水泥孔隙液,研究了A3钢在MgCl2溶液中的腐蚀行为和腐蚀速率,并利用电化学测试仪对A3钢腐蚀过程的电化学特征进行了研究。实验结果表明,随着MgCl2浓度的减小以及在MgCl2溶液中浸泡时间的延长,A3钢的腐蚀失重速率逐渐变小;极化曲线测试与腐蚀失重试验结果相吻合;阻抗曲线(EIS)研究发现,随着A3钢在MgCl2溶液中浸泡时间的延长钝化膜的电阻变大;扫描电镜观察表明,经MgCl2溶液腐蚀后,在A3钢样品表面产生了许多腐蚀产物,XRD分析证实主要产物为Fe3O4和MgFe2O4。 相似文献

利用迎头气相色谱分析、量热法、热重法、X -衍射法和化学分析相结合 ,对氯化镁水合物吸水和脱水过程进行了热力学研究。在不同温度下对MgCl2 ·4H2 O和MgCl2 ·2H2 O对水的吸附等温线所进行的数学模拟结果表明 ,Bolzmann函数是描述该等温线较为理想的方程。两种氯化镁水合物对水的吸附热分别为 -1 3 0 6kJ/mol和 -1 6 1 1kJ/mol。也给出了该吸附过程的吸附平衡常数。从所获得的数据来看 ,以部分脱水的氯化镁水合物为吸附剂来吸附水氯镁石脱水设备尾气中的水蒸气 ,从而使保护性气体HCl得以循环使用 ,从热力学角度而言存在这种可能性。 相似文献

The solubilities of ammonium chloride in aqueous ammonia decreased first and then increased with increasing ammonia concentrations, but the mechanism of this phenomenon has not been clarified. In the present work, the ATR-FTIR and Raman spectroscopy were employed to investigate the corresponding mechanism. The spectra analysis was focused on the region between 2500 and 4000 cm-1. It was firstly discovered that the N-H???N hydrogen bonds between ammonium ions and ammonia molecule was mainly formed in the NH4Cl-NH3-H2O system with concentrations higher than 10% ammonia, but N-H???O hydrogen bonds between ammonium ions and water molecule took advantage in the system with lower ammonia concentrations. Correspondingly, the phenomena of hydrogen bonding redshift and blueshift was observed respectively compared in NH3?H2O solution. Moreover, the hydrogen bonding structure of the saturated solution was obtained by means of MD simulation. The present work provides some theoretical basis for the separation of ammonium potassium chloride. 相似文献

根据NH4Cl、LiCl的化学特性,选用烘渣法分析大量NH4Cl存在的水盐体系中LiCl的含量。t≤450℃时,LiCl在烘渣过程中不会发生转变,烘渣得到的LiCl净重与加入时相等。通过调整烘渣温度、烘渣时间、冷却时间等操作条件,得到了最佳的烘渣条件。在此条件下,NH4Cl分解完全,保证了LiCl分析结果的相对误差不超过0.08%。进一步探讨了高NH4Cl与LiCl质量比及低LiCl含量时此方法的适用性。实验结果表明,分析结果相对误差不超过0.1%。 相似文献

针对氯化钾生产中不同类型的光卤石原矿,因其镁钾比和钠钾比失调,而影响浮选工艺的控制,使最终产品质量和收率低下,不能使原矿得到充分有效利用。通过原矿的掺兑可以改善原矿的组成结构,并可调整原矿镁钾比和钠钾比。比例掺兑后不仅使原矿得到有效回收和利用,也大幅度提高了最终产品氯化钾的质量和产量,在实际生产中具有积极的推动作用。 相似文献

The solubility of ammonium chloride in aqueous ammonia decreases then increases with increasing ammonia concentrations. The molecular mechanism behind this trend is unclear. In this study,ATR-FTIR and Raman spectroscopic techniques were used to determine the effect of ammonium chloride on hydrogen bonding in aqueous ammonia and ultimately explain the observed solubility trend. Spectral analyses were conducted in the wavelength range of 2500-4000 cm~(-1). The results showed that the addition of ammonium chloride endorses the formation of N-H…N hydrogen bonds between ammonium ions and ammonia molecules when the concentration of ammonia is greater than 10% ammonia. However,for concentrations lower than 10%,ammonium ions mainly bond to water molecules,leading to hydrogen bonds of the N-H…O type that are generally less stable than N-H…N bonds. The spectral analyses are confirmed by MD simulations. The results presented herein are useful in the development of novel techniques for the separation of ammonium potassium chloride. 相似文献

柴达木盆地西部大浪滩梁中矿区软钾镁矾沉积的矿物组合特征 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
柴达木盆地西部大浪滩梁中矿区是一个以液体钾矿为主、固液并存的大型钾镁盐矿田。通过对梁中矿区大浪滩凹地钾镁盐矿点实地考察,以兴元钾肥厂开挖的固体钾盐(软钾镁矾、钾石盐和杂卤石等矿物)剖面为研究载体,采集73件固体盐样。通过XRD矿物组成分析,发现梁中凹地盐类呈石盐+泻利盐—石盐+泻利盐+软钾镁矾—石盐+泻利盐+钾石盐—石盐+钾石盐+光卤石—石盐+水氯镁石矿物组合变化。其中,在Ⅱ阶段(5.32.6 m)沉积了层状的固体钾盐矿物(包含软钾镁矾、钾石盐和光卤石)。地层中沉积的软钾镁矾,结晶良好。通过对比分析认为,软钾镁矾的形成条件:1)外来水体的混入,溶滤了地表盐滩中可溶性钾;2)(全新世)相对较高的温度条件,芒硝等矿物的溶解,会使湖表卤水中硫酸盐含量明显增加,卤水组成点易落在25℃介稳相图的白钠镁矾相区,有利于软钾镁矾结晶析出;3)干旱的气候条件。 相似文献
