国家湿地公园是重要的自然保护地类型之一,也是重要的生态旅游目的地。基于游客网络评论文本和"认知-情感-整体"旅游形象模型,采用共现高频词组、语义网络分析和情感分析对广东省国家湿地公园旅游形象进行研究。结果表明:(1)广东省国家湿地公园认知形象维度包括旅游环境、旅游景观、旅游活动和旅游服务与设施;游客对旅游环境、旅游景观和旅游活动的感知较好,对旅游服务与设施存在服务人员态度和门票价格方面的负面评价;(2)情感形象以积极情感为主;(3)整体形象为"生态型"和"休闲型"。研究结果验证了"认知-情感-整体"旅游形象模型,丰富了国家湿地公园和旅游形象的研究结果,对广东省国家湿地公园管理与建设具有实践指导意义。 相似文献

基于游客的旅游资源分类及旅游空间模型构建——以西安"十一"游客为例 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
选取西安国内游客为研究样本,运用合图法(co-plot)综合游客的特性和游客造访的景点(区)特征对西安旅游资源进行分类,结果发现西安旅游资源划分成四大类,属于同一类的旅游资源在游客旅行特征和资源特性方面存在共性,各类之间的旅游资源在此两方面存在差异,并进一步构建了西安的游客旅游空间模型。通过研究可以得出合图法在图形展示上具有传统多元统计方法不具有的优势,同时,基于游客和资源的综合分析为旅游资源分类和旅游空间模型的认识提出了新的方法和思路。 相似文献

基于第一手调查资料,采用实证主义研究方法,利用了数理统计和李克特量表法,以中国六大旅游城市——北京、上海、西安、广州、桂林、昆明为例,分析了北美游客对中国六大旅游城市的旅游认知状况和旅游评价,得出游客对西安旅游服务质量满意,对西安、广东城市旅游产品价格评价稍高,对昆明城市接待形象评价高等结论,针对此提出了加强对国际旅游市场的促销力度,进一步改善旅游业支撑环境,加强基础设施建设和旅游服务设施建设等建议。 相似文献

通过对上海世博会大样本游客调研数据的分析与处理,研究中外游客消费行为特征、偏好差异及其产业影响。研究表明:(1)国内游客住宿以经济型饭店为主,住宿地集中在世博园区周边及城郊区域,入境游客以星级饭店为主,住地集中城市商业中心附近区域。(2)中外游客在世博园区餐饮消费以快餐及地方特色餐饮为主,消费偏好维度中游客最关注的是菜肴维度与服务维度,国内游客更关注菜肴,入境游客更关注服务。(3)国内游客购买世博商品主要留作纪念,入境游客主要用于馈赠,消费偏好维度中国内游客最为关注是商品主题文化属性和设计加工维度,入境游客最为关注商品的商业维度和功能效用维度。(4)国内游客市内游憩空间区域集中程度高于入境游客;中外游客市内交通以公共交通为主,入境游客选择出租车出行较多;国内游客晚间活动以游览世博园为主,入境游客选择其他娱乐活动较多。对世博游客行为特征与消费偏好进行深入比较研究,理论上丰富了重大事件旅游研究内容,实践上对于重大事件旅游市场开发与目的地产业建设具有重要的指导意义。 相似文献

游客满意度评价是旅游研究的热点问题,惯常思维下往往被视为一个"经济问题",事实上游客满意度评价同样是一个"地理问题"。主题公园作为一种人工构筑的旅游吸引物,有效突破了传统旅游资源的开发模式,然而,当前游客满意度的研究尚未完全兼顾主题公园的特殊性。通过构建主题公园游客满意度指标体系,将游客满意度分为情感表达维度、旅游功能维度、场所环境维度、主题价值维度、负面评价维度,借助中华恐龙园的实证研究,探讨主题公园游客满意度的多维度影响因素。运用偏最小二乘法进行回归分析,得出"各个维度对中华恐龙园游客满意度的影响重要性由大到小依次为情感表达维度、负面评价维度、主题价值维度、旅游功能维度、场所环境维度"的结论。通过对主题公园游客满意度多维度的设计和思考,打破传统测量系统中更多的关注旅游功能维度的简约化测评局限,兼顾了游客情感层面和负面评价层面等相关指标的设计。同时,基于中华恐龙园游客满意度测评分析,探讨了中华恐龙园游客管理理念和模式的空间扩散意义。 相似文献

写生旅游是古村落旅游开发中极富特色的一种旅游产品形式,构成了研学旅游市场的重要组成部分。以黟县古村落宏村为例,开展古村落旅游地写生游客满意度评价研究。研究发现:(1)黟县古村落写生客源地来源广泛,主要集中于中、东部地区;写生消费总量可观、经济贡献比普通游客大。(2)识别了古村落写生游客满意度评价6个维度,按满意度由高到低依次为:写生核心吸引物、专门管理与服务、写生氛围、公共服务设施、写生环保设施、食宿设施。(3)总体上写生游客对黟县古村落写生旅游产品有着较高的满意度水平,写生游客满意度6个因子均对总体满意度有显著影响,其中写生核心吸引物影响最大,公共服务设施次之。(4)开展了游客满意度—重要性矩阵分析,对优势因素、重点改进因素、后续改进因素和维持因素进行了识别。研究成果有助于提升写生旅游者游客体验和促进古村落旅游可持续发展。 相似文献

通过对590位有过安徽汤池旅游经历的游客进行问卷调查收集数据,使用多元回归和层次回归分析方法检验温泉旅游地认知形象对游客体验和行为的影响以及旅游动机的调节作用。研究发现:温泉旅游地认知形象对游客体验和游后行为意向都有显著的正向影响,但不同的认知形象因子有着不同的影响模式和效应,总体而言,旅游设施与活动和温泉品质2个形象因子的影响效应要大于旅游交通和整体环境2个形象因子的影响效应;旅游动机在特定形象因子影响游客满意和重游意向的过程中产生了显著的调节作用,具体地说,旅游动机正向调节了旅游交通形象对游客满意的影响,负向调节了设施与活动形象、正向调节了温泉品质形象对游客重游意向的影响。 相似文献

通过内容分析法对携程和马蜂窝在2009—2019年的7 815篇关于西安的网络游记进行文本分析,从游客感知角度识别西安旅游品牌个性,并以5年为界分析其历时性变化。对其旅游品牌个性和旅游要素进行相关性和对应分析,以此解释西安旅游品牌个性来源。研究发现:(1)游客对西安旅游品牌个性感知主要集中在“仁”“雅”“智”3个维度,但在不同阶段,游客感知到的品牌个性维度存在差异,表现为“仁”降“雅”“智”升,“智”“乐”词汇增加。(2)西安旅游品牌个性与旅游要素相关关系显著,游客对西安旅游品牌个性感知的变化主要集中于社会旅游资源方面。 相似文献

重大事件网络演绎中浏览者感知态度、评价及其影响——以上海网络世博会为例 总被引：1，自引：1，他引：0
以2010上海网络世博会为例,采用SPSS18.0和AMOS17.0数据分析软件,通过对网络浏览者调研数据的分析与处理,建立重大事件网络虚拟旅游消费者感知态度的测量模型,并进行测度研究,通过建构SEM模型探索网络虚拟游客消费感知态度及评价对行为意图的影响关系。研究结果表明:①上海网络世博会虚拟旅游消费感知态度包括实用维度和享乐维度2个测量维度。②上海网络世博会游客旅游消费感知态度总体均值较高,10个测量指标均值均达到满意水平,网络游客对于实用维度的感知均值高于享乐维度;女性群体感知态度的均值在两个维度上均高于男性;未婚群体在实用维度上感知均值高于已婚群体;参观过世博会的旅游者的享乐维度感知均值高于未参观过世博会的群体。③感知评价满意度是网络游客感知态度影响行为意图的中介变量,网络游客感知态度通过对感知满意评价的显著影响而影响网络虚拟旅游者的网络行为和其世博旅游行为意图。④网络游客消费感知态度中的享乐维度对网络游客世博游览行为意向产生直接而显著影响,而实用维度的影响不显著。该研究有益拓展了游客消费行为理论和方法的研究领域与实证应用,对世博会等类同国际性重大事件的营销推广与可持续发展具有一定的理论和现实意义。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
