滑坡危险性区划是滑坡预警预报和防治的基础,应用合理指标对模型进行检验和筛选决定了最终成果的质量。现有研究多使用基于混淆矩阵的ROC曲线和AUC值等指标对模型效果进行评价,随着模型种类的增多以及分类性能的提升,现有指标对初步筛选后的各模型常常无法进行统计意义上的显著性区分。实际的滑坡风险管理工作仅能采用一个最终的危险性区划模型,使用现有指标无法完全满足要求;同时,滑坡危险性区划中的训练数据通常较少,在全区中的占比很低,训练得到的模型应用到全区时,必须对滑坡危险性区划的总体质量做出评价和控制,而现有评价指标体系中尚无相关评价指标。针对上述问题,该文提出了应用空间聚集度指标,从模型预测滑坡危险性空间分布合理性的角度,对区划模型应用到全区时进行补充性评价,并以深圳市为例进行了实例验证,结果表明该指标合理可行,能够依据空间分布合理性有效区分不同模型的效果。该研究成果可以为滑坡危险性区划及相关地学建模工作提供直接的借鉴和支持。 相似文献

历史滑坡样本的准确性对基于统计机器学习的滑坡危险性区划建模工作有着决定性的影响。针对滑坡样本中普遍存在的可靠性问题,该文探索利用一类分类模型的异常探测能力,将其应用于历史滑坡样本筛选和甄别,以期筛除滑坡样本中可靠性较低的点,提升滑坡危险性区划的建模效果。以深圳市为实例研究区,对该方法的可行性和应用效果进行了验证。实例研究中采用支持向量数据描述方法(SVDD)进行样本筛选,利用GAM进行滑坡危险性区划建模,并对样本筛选前后的建模效果和模型应用效果进行了对比分析。使用SVDD模型进行样本筛选时,筛除比例设置为0~30%,以5%为步长递增,共得到7个筛选样本集,之后基于7个样本集分别进行了GAM建模。建模效果对比分析表明,当筛除比例为20%时,模型建模效果最佳,显著优于原始样本集所对应模型。实例研究说明,一类分类模型的异常探测能力适用于历史滑坡数据的筛选甄别工作,并能够显著提升建模效果,模型输出的滑坡危险性区划与历史滑坡分布也更为一致,可为滑坡灾害管理工作提供更为可靠的参考。 相似文献

该文以提升滑坡危险性评价精度为核心目标,对深度神经网络在滑坡危险性评价中的可行性和适用性进行研究,以期充分发挥深度神经网络强大的非线性学习和拟合能力,取得更加合理的滑坡危险性评价结果。选取滑坡灾害多发的深圳市作为实例,基于深圳市815条历史滑坡数据,开展了深度神经网络建模训练;通过与广义线性模型及分类与回归树模型训练效果的对比,对深度神经网络的建模效果进行了评价,深度神经网络、广义线性模型和分类与回归树模型的AUC值依次是0.908、0.861和0.857。将训练所得的模型应用于深圳市全区,对3种模型输出的滑坡危险性评价成果的合理性和可靠性进行了对比分析,结果表明:深度神经网络建模精度良好,优于常见的广义线性模型和分类与回归树模型,输出的滑坡危险性评价成果具有合理性,适用于滑坡危险性评价工作。 相似文献

本文论述了用于建立判别和定量划分滑坡危险性和灾害地理信息系统的原理和方法。滑坡灾害评价程序包括四个层次：①基础信息分析;②精坡危险体评价;③滑坡危险性评价;④滑坡灾害评价。研究区选择在德国渡恩地区,评价结果表明大量复杂的信息能有效地通过GIS集成和分析,确定研究医滑坡危险性和灾害的等级并作出其分区图。本文由地貌学家提出的滑坡灾害评价为规划者和工程师提供了对区域规划和建筑工程非常有价值的拄术方法。 相似文献

以阿坝藏族羌族自治州地质灾害频发的理县为研究区,从地形地貌、地质环境、水文条件和人类工程活动等方面选取11个影响因子,通过皮尔森相关系数研究各因子之间的相关性,从而构建滑坡易发性评价指标体系。利用信息量模型计算各影响因子的信息量值,从信息量模型得出的极低和低易发性分区中选取非滑坡样本,在此基础上将样本数据代入随机森林和径向基函数神经网络2种机器学习模型开展滑坡易发性评价,并通过接收灵敏度（Receiver Operating Characteristic,ROC）曲线进行精度验证。结果显示：随机森林模型预测出的高易发区单位面积内分布的滑坡点数量更为集中,在仅占6.666%的区域分布了74.026%的灾害点,评价结果优于径向基函数神经网络模型。ROC曲线中两模型AUC（Area Under Curve）值分别为0.893、0.874,说明随机森林模型具有更高的可靠性,比径向基函数神经网络在该区域地质灾害易发性评价中更具优势。 相似文献

基于随机森林模型,以GF-6影像和ALOS DEM数据为基本信息源,结合高程,地形起伏度及地形湿度等11项因子,对山西省柳林县进行滑坡敏感性空间区划。模型精度评价表明：随机森林模型精度为0.75,支持向量机模型精度为0.7,表明随机森林更适合柳林县的滑坡敏感性评价。指标重要性分析结果表明：高程、坡度、距道路距离以及距河流距离,是影响柳林县滑坡发育的主要因素。敏感性空间区划结果表明：高度敏感区约占柳林县总面积的28%,主要分布在三川河流域的南北边界及邻近区域内,其中贾家垣乡分布面积最广。从时间成本、训练难度、稳定度以及精确度考虑,随机森林模型更适合滑坡敏感性评价这类非线性计算问题。 相似文献

滑坡是怒江流域主要的地质灾害,对流域内人民生命财产和生态系统安全带来了极大的危害,因此本研究针对研究区内滑坡灾害主要诱发因子进行判识。利用1991～2006年云南省减灾年鉴、长系列流域内相关站点的年平均降雨量、2006年云南省1：5万的TM影像数据等,以GIS技术为平台对其相关因子关联性进行统计与分析。研究发现：沿怒江干流发生的滑坡灾害主要受到坡度、植被盖度、降雨强度及公路建设等因子的影响,分析灾害点的分布与相关因子间的相关性,发现相关性比较密切的是坡度〉25。的地带;植被盖度为30％～70％的地带;年降水量达到1250—1500mm的地带,以及公路沿线的地带,并以相关性作为灾害发生风险度评价的权重,建立了基于GIS的滑坡灾害危险性评价模型,实现了对怒江干流区域滑坡灾害危险性区划。 相似文献

次生滑坡灾害的影响是震后较长时间里人们持续关注的焦点,对其开展敏感性评价具有重要意义。选取5.12地震的重灾区汶川县北部作为研究区,利用遥感与地理信息技术提取地震滑坡信息,在全面分析滑坡与高程、坡度、坡向、岩性、断裂带、地震烈度以及水系等7个影响因子相关特性的基础上,采用信息量法与逻辑回归模型进行灾害敏感性评价,将研究区划分为极轻度、轻度、中度、高度和极高危险5个级别,并对不同模型的适用性开展分析和对比。结果表明,逻辑回归模型在描述区域滑坡灾害危险度总体特征方面稍具优势。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
