农业资源是一种遍在资源，观光农业是在农业的基础上，农业向旅游业延伸，具有“农游合一”性质的一种复合型产业。广东省是中国的经济强省和旅游强省，观光农业旅游也是率先发展。但广东观光农业开发中存在一些问题和隐患，必须在合理规划的前提下，以市场为导向，在深度开发具有本地特色的现代旅游产品的同时提高服务质量，使其成为深受游客喜爱的旅游产品。 相似文献

旅游是合理开发并保护资源、发展农村经济的重要途径。海螺沟冰川森林公园是我国西南地区山区具有代表性的旅游开发景点之一。以问卷调查为主要数据来源，参考政府部门相关资料，以自然资源的可持续利用以及农民生活的可持续性为研究内容，探讨了在旅游开发过程中带来的一些正面以及负面影响，并对资源的优化管理模式和地方的可持续发展提出了建议。结论表明，旅游开发在对地方基础建设、经济发展起到重要带动作用的同时，对于当地农民没有带来明显的经济增收；当地农民受旅游开发的影响较小，就业机会与增收渠道有限；旅游开发带来的一些负面影响和农民薄弱的环境意识，仍然是当地生态环境巨大的潜在威胁；自然资源的合理开发与保护，农民生活水平的可持续发展，还有待于进一步改善资源管理和利益分配模式；旅游开发的可持续性需要加强管理部门与当地农民之间的信息交流。 相似文献

农业和农村问题是我国社会经济发展的关键问题，在全国农产品呈现大面积过剩，农民增收困难的新形势下，山东省通过农业产业化经营的发展，促进了农业的新一轮发展和农民收入的稳步提高，文章通过对山东省农业产业化地域模式的分析，探讨了其农业产业化经营发展的主要动力和运行机制，认为农业产业化经营是促进区域农业和农村经济发展的动力。 相似文献

发展现代农业是促进我国"三农"问题解决的最有效途径之一,也是今后我国农业发展的根本方向。因而亟需建立一套科学的现代农业评价体系,以便对现代农业发展的水平进行评定并指导现代农业建设实践。该评价体系由农业生产、农村发展、农民生活3个方面构成,并以层次分析法赋予各指标权重。同时,以无锡市现代农业发展为实例对指标进行赋值。研究结果表明,无锡市现代农业正处于程度较高的发展期,但仍存在很大的发展空间。针对其发展过程中出现的问题,今后应采取提升农业规模化、机械化水平,加强信息化建设以及促进农民增收等应对措施。 相似文献

改革开放以来,中国农村建立了家庭联产承包责任制,农业农村改革不断深化,强农富农惠农政策连续出台,"三农"(农业、农村、农民)不断发展。该文梳理和总结了改革开放以来"三农"取得的成就,认为农业综合生产能力得到提高,农业转型加快,农民收入持续增长,农村基础设施明显改善,农村社会事业有效推进,"三农"面貌发生了重大变化。进而分析了"三农"面临的挑战,认为资源约束、发展动力、农民增收和福利保障、生态环境等问题是当前"三农"发展的障碍;农业弱质、农民弱势、农村落后的局面还未得到根本性改变,解决好"三农"问题是全面建成小康社会的迫切要求。 相似文献

随着计算机网络技术在商务活动中的应用，旅游电子商务成为当今旅游业发展的关键所在。从宏观和微观因素分析，旅游产品适合发展电子商务，旅游市场成熟、信息供应及时、配送便利、支付问题的解决等因素为旅游电子商务发展提供了可能，旅游电子商务目前主要有BTOB模式、BTOC模式、CTOC和CTOB模式。根据中国的国情，“酒店平台”管理系统使用于中国酒店销售管理，而中小旅行社可以采取“入主市场”的方式，利用旅游代理商的知名度和资源优势开拓国内及国际市场，大型的旅行社可采用“网社合一”的方式，把旅游网站作为一种新渠道，投入资金、人力完善网上的各种服务，建立国际知名的品牌形象。 相似文献
