针对利用TM影像进行土地利用传统分类精度不高的问题,该文提出了一种综合应用影像纹理与光谱特征对TM影像进行土地利用模糊分类的方法。采用主成分分析法对研究流域TM影像的光谱及纹理特征信息进行压缩与融合,并对融合后的TM影像数据进行3个组别的多尺度分割,在影像分割对象单元的基础上应用面向对象的模糊逻辑隶属度函数法实现影像的软语义分类。相对传统分类方法而言,该方法在充分利用影像光谱信息的基础上综合了影像的纹理信息,且分类理论思想更加符合人们对于客观事物的认知规律,分类精度有了显著的提高,为TM影像分类方法的改进提供一定的参考。  相似文献

利用彩色空间变换、比值变换及相关系数法分别对SAR影像与TM3 、TM4 、TM5 三波段影像进行融合处理。文章介绍了影像融合中的具体技术问题及其处理方法。因侧视雷达图像一般有明显的孤立噪声,所以,在进行影像融合处理之前,先对SAR影像进行预处理,文中用δ滤波法抑制孤立噪声(光斑) .最后,从视觉效果、熵、平均梯度值以及标准差等4 方面评价了影像融合的质量。  相似文献

单一雷达影像数据通常不能提供足够的用以监测干旱地区盐渍化的信息。雷达图像与TM图像的融合可以提高遥感数据的利用率,增强数据的可靠性和信息的互补性,有助于提高分类精度。本文采用了GramSchmidt变换融合法将Radarsat和TM图像进行融合,并将该融合方法与一些常用融合方法(HIS融合、PCA融合、Brovey融合)进行了比较,结果表明该融合方法优于其他方法。最后采用支持向量机分类法(SVM)对Radarsat、TM融合后的图像进行了分类。结果表明:同单独Radarsat影像和TM影像分类结果相比,该融合分类法将分类精度分别提高了近30%和2%。因此该融合分类法更适合于遥感图像盐渍化信息监测。  相似文献

为探究时序合成孔径雷达(SAR)影像在干旱地区土地利用分类中的能力,该文以新疆石河子市为研究区域,基于时序Sentinel-1A SAR影像,采用随机森林、CART决策树、支持向量机3种分类方法对时序SAR影像进行分类并与单时相SAR影像分类结果的进行对比.结果表明,时序SAR影像相较于单时相SAR影像可以更加有效地获取高精度土地利用信息,3种分类方法的分类效果均优于单时相SAR影像,其中随机森林分类的分类精度最高,总体分类精度和Kappa系数分别达到92.77%和0.91.  相似文献

以洞庭湖区典型的产量大县——南县为研究区,针对Landsat回访周期较长及长江中下游阴雨天气较多的特点,利用STARFM模型融合高时间分辨率的MODIS数据与中等空间分辨率的Landsat TM数据,获取融合时间特征的Landsat TM时序数据,基于作物物候特征提取水稻的种植面积,并与单时相Landsat TM影像分类结果进行对比分析。结果表明,基于时序Landsat NDVI数据的水稻作物分类精度较之单时相Landsat TM影像分类结果有较大的提高。  相似文献

本文从实际应用的角度出发,以城市地区的Landsat7ETM+影像和QuickBird影像为例,对小波法(WT)、Gram_Schimdt法(GS)、合成变量系数法(SVR)以及基于平滑滤波的亮度变换法(SFIM)四种融合方法在不同尺度的遥感影像之间的融合效果进行了研究,通过定性和定量评价指标对融合结果进行了评价。结果表明:在不同尺度遥感影像的融合中,SVR变换法具有最好的空间信息保留效果,GS变换法、SFIM法以及WT法分别次之;GS变换法具有最好的光谱信息保真效果,SVR法、WT法和SFIM法分别次之。  相似文献

给出了一种评估不同分割尺度的总分类精度,搜寻最高精度分类结果的半自动面向对象SAR影像分类方法.首先训练像素样本;然后利用分水岭分割SAR数据的幅度影像,基于极化散射特征合并初始分割区域,得到不同尺度下的影像分割结果,利用样本坐标确定分割区域,计算各区域内强度、散射角、熵、反熵以及相干矩阵的最大特征值(λ1)等特征的平均值.将上述平均值作为分类特征以训练对象样本;再利用SSVM执行分类,通过评估不同分割尺度下的分类结果,搜寻最高总分类精度.该方法在减少人为干预的条件下,半自动搜寻到了适合分类的分割尺度,解决了尺度选择问题,实现了面向对象的SAR影像分类.采用该方法对荷兰Flevoland地区的SAR影像进行了实验.结果表明,本文方法的总分类精度达到了93.32%,与基于像素的分类精度(76.52%)相比,精度得到了提高.  相似文献

影像融合是将SAR影像与光学影像进行结合使用的重要环节,由于SAR影像纹理信息丰富,与光学影像结合使用,可以使融合影像既包含SAR影像的纹理信息,又包含光学影像的光谱信息。重点研究了SAR影像与中、高分辨率光学影像之间的融合算法,详细地介绍了影像融合原理、常用算法以及融合精度评价,提出了基于平移不变离散小波变换(SIDWT)图像融合算法,在此基础上,将Terra-SAR数据分别与高、中分辨率光学影像进行融合试验。对比不同算法的融合结果,实验证明SIDWT变换算法在处理SAR影像和高、中分辨率光学影像时,在影像的亮度、信息量、图像细节反差和地物的纹理特征的表现,以及光谱失真方面都起到了一定地改善作用,与传统方法相比具有明显的优势。验证了SIDWT变换法在提高影像的清晰度,增加地物的细节信息,减少影像的光谱失真等方面均具有优越性。  相似文献

针对融合算法对影像分类精度具有明显影响的问题,本文选择连云港海岸带埒子河口滨海湿地为研究区,以GF-1卫星影像为数据源,首先分别使用Gram-Schmidt算法、PCA算法及Brovey算法进行影像融合。然后在eCognition软件平台上,基于面向对象多尺度分割技术,利用随机森林算法对影像进行土地利用分类,并对分类结果进行精度评价。试验结果表明,不同融合算法影像融合效果明显不同,其中,Gram-Schmidt算法融合后的影像质量最好,且分类精度最高;Brovey融合算法对植被和水体有较好的光谱保真性,并且改变波段组合后分类精度有明显提高;PCA算法在3种融合算法中精度最低。  相似文献

分析了基于亮度调制的多源遥感影像融合方法,利用HIS变换和àtrous小波变换,根据逐步对亮度分量进行调制的思想,实现了武汉城郊地区SPOT、TM和ENVISAT SAR影像的融合,使融合影像在保持光谱信息、提高空间分辨率和增强纹理信息方面取得了较好的效果,有利于目标判读和影像分类等后续处理.  相似文献

This research explored the integrated use of Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) and radar (i.e., ALOS PALSAR L-band and RADARSAT-2 C-band) data for mapping impervious surface distribution to examine the roles of radar data with different spatial resolutions and wavelengths. The wavelet-merging technique was used to merge TM and radar data to generate a new dataset. A constrained least-squares solution was used to unmix TM multispectral data and multisensor fusion images to four fraction images (high-albedo, low-albedo, vegetation, and soil). The impervious surface image was then extracted from the high-albedo and low-albedo fraction images. QuickBird imagery was used to develop an impervious surface image for use as reference data to evaluate the results from TM and fusion images. This research indicated that increasing spatial resolution by multisensor fusion improved spatial patterns of impervious surface distribution, but cannot significantly improve the statistical area accuracy. This research also indicated that the fusion image with 10-m spatial resolution was suitable for mapping impervious surface spatial distribution, but TM multispectral image with 30 m was too coarse in a complex urban–rural landscape. On the other hand, this research showed that no significant difference in improving impervious surface mapping performance by using either PALSAR L-band or RADARSAT C-band data with the same spatial resolution when they were used for multi-sensor fusion with the wavelet-based method.  相似文献

将小波的多分辩率分析与IHS变换相结合,提出了叠加融合的新方法。它先对高分辨率影像进行了小波分解,得到的各小波面叠加到多光谱影像经IHS变换后的强度I影像像中,使得融合影像最大限度地保留了多光谱影像的光谱信息,保持了原多光谱影像的反差,同时提高了它的清晰度和空间分辨率。  相似文献

Many data fusion methods are available, but it is poorly understood which fusion method is suitable for integrating Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) and radar data for land cover classification. This research explores the integration of Landsat TM and radar images (i.e., ALOS PALSAR L-band and RADARSAT-2 C-band) for land cover classification in a moist tropical region of the Brazilian Amazon. Different data fusion methods—principal component analysis (PCA), wavelet-merging technique (Wavelet), high-pass filter resolution-merging (HPF), and normalized multiplication (NMM)—were explored. Land cover classification was conducted with maximum likelihood classification based on different scenarios. This research indicates that individual radar data yield much poorer land cover classifications than TM data, and PALSAR L-band data perform relatively better than RADARSAT-2 C-band data. Compared to the TM data, the Wavelet multisensor fusion improved overall classification by 3.3%-5.7%, HPF performed similarly, but PCA and NMM reduced overall classification accuracy by 5.1%-6.1% and 7.6%-12.7%, respectively. Different polarization options, such as HH and HV, work similarly when used in data fusion. This research underscores the importance of selecting a suitable data fusion method that can preserve spectral fidelity while improving spatial resolution.  相似文献

An Improved Synthetic Variable Ratio (ISVR) fusion method is proposed to merge high spatial resolution panchromatic (Pan) images and multispectral (MS) images based on a simulation of the panchromatic image from the multispectral bands. Compared to the existing SVR (Synthetic Variable Ratio) family methods, the ISVR method manifests two major improvements: a simplified and physically meaningful scheme to derive the parameters necessary as required by SVR, and less computing power. Two sets of IKONOS Pan and MS images: one in urban area and another one in a forest area, were used to evaluate the effectiveness of classification-oriented ISVR method in comparison to the Principal Component Substitution (PCS), Synthetic Variable Ratio (SVR) and Gram-Schmidt Spectral Sharpening (GS) methods that are available in the ENVI software package. Results indicate the ISVR method achieves the best spectral fidelity to facilitate classification compared to PCS, SVR, and GS methods.  相似文献

首先介绍了遥感影像融合的理论和方法 ,然后在讨论多进制小波理论的基础上 ,提出了一种基于特征的多进制小波变换的影像融合算法 ,该算法根据待融合影像分辨率之比确定采用多进制小波 ,从而最大限度的利用了待融合影像的信息 ,防止影像信息的丢失。通过对具体影像的实验 ,证明融合后的影像最大限度地保留了待融合影像的光谱信息 ,同时提高了待融合影像的清晰度和空间分辨率。文中给出了SPOT全色影像与SPOT多光谱波段影像、SPOT全色影像与TM影像的融合结果 ,并与其他方法进行了比较 ,证明了本方法的优越性和自适应能力  相似文献

遥感图像的数据融合是当前遥感界研究的热点问题之一。论述利用小波变换提取合成孔径雷达(SAR)图像的多尺度纹理信息,基于小波纹理信息将SAR图像与TM图像进行融合。选取徐州市南郊风景区的Radarsat卫星SAR图像和TM图像进行试验研究,并与颜色变换法融合图像进行对比分析,结果表明,无论是目视解译还是定量分析,该融合方法与颜色变换法相比,将获得更理想的高空间分辨率多光谱的融合图像。  相似文献

To date, there is little work concerning the application of fusing images with significantly different spectral and spatial resolutions. In this paper, a novel method based on support vector machine (SVM) is proposed to quickly estimate soil erosion using the fused results produced from fusing such multisensor images by à trous wavelet transform (AWT). In the proposed method, the AWT is used to derive the high-resolution vegetation coverage image (HVCI) while the SVM overlays the HVCI and the slope image to derive the soil erosion map. By taking MODIS and TM images as an example, the potential of the proposed method is evaluated both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results show that it is feasible to perform the fusion of MODIS and TM images and the soil erosion map produced from the fused images by the proposed method can be achieved with an accuracy level comparable to that solely from the TM images. The merging of MODIS and TM images partly solves the constrains associated with the TM data availability which is caused by the lower revisit frequency and narrower spatial coverage.  相似文献

首先探讨了基于像素的多源遥感影像高频调制融合法,根据成像系统特性和Heisenberg测不准原理,设计的高斯滤波器对高分辨率影像滤波的方法是合理有效的。在研究BP神经网络的基础上,采用动量法和学习率自适应调整的策略,提高了BP神经网络学习算法收敛速度,并增强了算法的可靠性。提出并实现了多源遥感影像像素级融合分类与决策级分类融合两种分类方法,并进行了比较。采用Landsat TM3,4,5和航空SAR影像进行试验,结果表明两种分类方法是行之有效的,均适用于多源遥感影像分类。  相似文献

Multi-sensor image fusion using the wavelet approach provides a conceptual framework for the improvement of the spatial resolution with minimal distortion of the spectral content of the source image. This paper assesses whether images with a large ratio of spatial resolution can be fused, and evaluates the potential of using such fused images for mapping the Brazilian Savanna. Three types of wavelet transforms were used to perform the fusion between MODIS and Landsat TM images. Five quality measures were defined to assess the quality of the fused images. The results showed that it was possible to perform the fusion of MODIS and TM images and the pyramidal in Fourier space wavelet transform provided the best quality measures for the fused images. Classification results showed that fused images could be used for mapping the Brazilian Savanna with an accuracy level comparable to the Landsat TM image.  相似文献
