Since the Global Positioning System (GPS) satellites broadcast signals travel a long distance, the received signals are attenuated below the thermal noise level. Such weak signals are seriously subject to intentional or unintentional interferences from hostile or friendly noise sources. We propose an NN-based predictor for GPS anti-jamming applications. This new method exploits the adaptive notch filter as a cascade filter and the simple structure of Sigma-Pi neural network (Σ-Π NN). The Σ-Π NN can be trained quickly while avoiding the huge exponential computation for updating weights and thresholds in each layer, which allows easy hardware implementation. Simulation results show that its signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) improvement factor exceeds the factors of conventional multilayer perceptron, recurrent neural network, and other compound methods in single-tone and multi-tone continuous wave interference environments. Besides improving SNR, the anti-jamming performances are evaluated by computing root mean squared (RMS) prediction error and space vehicle (SV) observation number. The proposed algorithm provides the desired SV observation number, even for more than four vehicles, increases SNR improvement by about 46 % on average, and reduces RMS by about 27 % in average in both jamming mitigation processes.  相似文献

窄带干扰抑制的关键在于抑制干扰的同时尽可能地减少有用信号的损耗,论文基于时频域结合的干扰抑制方法,在完成频域干扰参数检测的基础上,重点针对影响干扰抑制效果和有用信号损耗的关键环节——无线冲激响应(IIR)陷波器的设计展开研究,根据零极点配置原理,通过理论研究和详细的推导分析,提出通过增加一对零极点,并结合理论计算确定极角与极径,在保证通带增益可控且过渡带对称的前提下,使陷波器得到更为陡峭的带阻特性,理论上可减少有用信号的损耗、提高抑制干信比. 与目前主流的时域最小均方算法(LMS)算法、基于快速傅里叶变换(FFT)的频域抑制算法和传统型时频域结合算法的仿真结果对比证明,提出的方法捕获峰噪比分别提升了53.47%、8.369%和5.907%,平均输出载噪比分别提升了5.1472 dB、2.0037 dB和0.5086 dB,在有效抑制干扰的同时,保留了更多的导航信号.   相似文献

窄带干扰(NBI)是罗兰C接收机接收信号中普遍存在的一种干扰。这种窄带干扰经常淹没有用的罗兰C信号,因此,去掉NBI对罗兰C接收机的正常工作尤为重要。分别采用最小均方误差(LMS)自适应算法和二阶自适应格型滤波器算法对带有窄带干扰的罗兰C信号进行处理。仿真结果得出:LMS自适应滤波器对同步干扰和近同步干扰都有很好的效果;但是由于罗兰C信号本身的编码信息而比较难获取期望信号,加上LMS自适应滤波器实现阶数较高,实现相对困难。二阶格型自适应滤波器由于是完全除去干扰频率点,不能用于同步干扰,但其对近同步干扰和非同步干扰仍然有很好的效果,且其实现较为简单,易于在工程上应用。  相似文献

Due to the very low power of satellite signals when reaching the earth’s surface, global navigation satellite system receivers are vulnerable to various types of radio frequency interference, and, therefore, countermeasures are necessary. In the case of a narrowband interference (NBI), the adaptive notch filtering technique has been extensively investigated. However, the research on the topic has focused on the adaptation of the notch frequency, but not of the notch width. We present a fully adaptive solution to counter NBI. The technique is capable of detecting and characterizing any number of narrow interfered bands, and then optimizing the mitigation process based on such characterization, namely the estimates of both interference frequency and width. Its full adaptiveness makes it suitable to cope with the unpredictable and diverse nature of unintentional interfering events. In addition to a thorough performance evaluation of the proposed method, which shows its benefits in terms of signal quality improvement, an analysis of the impact of different NBI profiles on GPS L1 C/A and Galileo E1 is also conducted.  相似文献

单频干扰对卫星导航系统的破坏性很强,仅靠系统自身的抗干扰能力很难保证系统正常工作。因此,有必要引入干扰抑制技术。在现有的众多抑制单频干扰的信号处理手段中,时域陷波抑制技术因其实现简单、抗干扰性能好等优点而被广泛使用。针对单频干扰对卫星导航接收机的影响,分析了IIR陷波器的陷波原理,比较了直接型和格型两种陷波器的性能,研究了陷波器参数与零陷深度、陷波带宽的关系,并基于二阶陷波器扩展分析了高阶陷波器的抑制性能。通过仿真实验,验证了上述结论的正确性。  相似文献

将空时自适应处理建模为一个有限冲激响应(FIR)滤波器,分析了空时自适应处理对导航信号的码相位偏移。该滤波器的响应同时取决于信号的频率和入射方向,将滤波器的输出与本地序列进行相关,可求得互相关峰值的偏移量。以GPS中的C/A码为例,针对空时自适应处理中典型的最小方差(MV)和最小方差无失真响应(MVDR)准则进行了仿真实验。结果表明,干扰从低仰角入射时影响范围更大,而MV准则在抑制干扰的同时,带来的互相关峰值偏移较MVDR更加明显。  相似文献

Global Positioning System (GPS) is being actively applied to measure static and dynamic displacement responses of large civil engineering structures under winds. However, multipath effects and low sampling frequencies affect the accuracy of GPS for displacement measurement. On the other hand, accelerometers cannot reliably measure static and low-frequency structural responses, but can accurately measure high-frequency structural responses. Therefore, this paper explores the possibility of integrating GPS-measured signals with accelerometer-measured signals to enhance the measurement accuracy of total (static plus dynamic) displacement response of a structure. Integrated data processing techniques using both empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and an adaptive filter are presented. A series of motion simulation table tests are then performed at a site using three GPS receivers, one accelerometer, and one motion simulation table that can simulate various types of motion defined by input wave time histories around a pre-defined static position. The proposed data processing techniques are applied to the recorded GPS and accelerometer data to find both static and dynamic displacements. These results are compared with the actual displacement motions generated by the motion simulation table. The comparative results demonstrate that the proposed technique can significantly enhance the measurement accuracy of the total displacement of a structure.  相似文献

提出了一种基于EMD-自适应滤波干涉图去噪方法,该方法基于信号和噪声经过经验模态分解后在不同的IMF上有不同的特征,即先对信号进行经验模态分解,然后对各个高频IMF信号分别选用不同的滤波梯度参数进行自适应滤波处理,从初始干涉图上减去与斑点噪声所对应尺度信息,从而达到噪声抑制的目的。通过实验对比研究了该算法与Goldstein滤波、圆周期中值滤波、EMD分解方法和梯度-自适应滤波去噪的降噪效果。实验表明,该方法不仅能有效地去除InSAR干涉图的噪声,并且能很好地保持相位的细节信息和条纹的边缘信息。  相似文献

 An adaptive finite-duration impulse response filter, based on a least-mean-square algorithm, has been used to mitigate multipath effects, and to derive tectonic and fault movement signals from continuous global positioning system (CGPS) data. By applying the filter on both pseudo-range and carrier-phase multipath sequences from CGPS observations on consecutive days, multipath models have been reliably derived. The standard deviations of residual time series are reduced to about one-quarter on pseudo-range and to about one-half on carrier phase. The adaptive filter is then used to process baseline solutions from a five-station array. In order to estimate the satellite clock offset in a real-time mode, a new algorithm of adaptively robust Kalman filter with classified adaptive factors for clock offset estimation is proposed. Compared with standard Kalman filter clock offset model, the new method can detect and control outliers and clock jumps automatically in real-time. Moreover, the clock model parameters, which contain the clock offset, clock speed and clock shift, are classified to decide the adaptive factors in the new model. Thus, clock jumps with different characteristics can be distinguished more effectively. Meanwhile, the dynamic noise characteristics of clock offset series are used for stochastic modeling. An actual numerical example is presented, which shows that the proposed filter can give a better performance than other commonly used filters.  相似文献

针对卫星扩频通信中的强窄带干扰,提出了一种基于频域处理的自适应窄带干扰抑制技术.该方法是将时域信号通过傅立叶变换形成一组近似正交的分量,在不相关的各频率点上分别进行LMS滤波.采用FPGA芯片EP2S60F48414完成自适应滤波器设计.结果表明:该频域算法运算量以及收敛性都优于时域滤波,具有很好的抗干扰性能.  相似文献

根据干涉图信号和噪声时频分布差异的特点,提出一种改进的基于经验模态分解EEMD的InSAR干涉相位滤波方法。该方法首先利用可有效降低模态混叠的EEMD算法,对干涉图的实部及虚部分别进行2维经验模态分解,获得具有不同时间尺度的模态分量;然后根据信号和噪声分量的时间尺度分布特性的差异,采用适用于非线性信号分析的KECA算法对噪声识别、分离;最后利用去除噪声后的模态分量重构干涉图。为了证明本文方法的有效性,分别利用模拟数据及真实InSAR差分干涉相位进行滤波试验。对比本文EEMD-KECA滤波方法、Goldstein滤波、圆周期—中值滤波、EMD分解、EMD-PCA方法的滤波效果,采用相干斑指数、均方差指数、边缘保持指数进行定量评价。结果表明,与经典InSAR干涉图滤波方法相比,本文联合EEMD-KECA算法的滤波方法能有效滤除干涉图噪声,且在条纹边缘等细节信息的保持上也具有较大优势。  相似文献

针对步频检测中容易出现步数过计、错计等问题影响行人航迹推算(PDR)室内定位精度,提出一种自适应步频检测算法. 由于智能手机内置加速度传感器直接采集得到的数据存在大量干扰噪声,提出一种组合滤波去噪方法,即将加速度数据依次通过赫尔指数移动平均法、卡尔曼滤波(KF)和低通滤波的预处理滤波组合去除噪声. 然后在不同场景下,如上下楼、水平地面和不限制步速,经过峰谷值去异、自适应动态阈值、峰谷值成对的检测算法后获取峰谷值个数,实现在多场景和多步态下的准确计步. 实验结果表明:相比峰值检测和动态阈值算法,该方法能有效剔除伪真步数且适应于上下楼场景,综合场景下的实验平均精度达到99.44%.   相似文献

针对目前北斗与惯性导航系统的组合导航系统的导航性能和鲁棒性较差,基于衰减因子和噪声加权的自适应卡尔曼滤波技术,研究了组合导航系统在不确定性噪声干扰下的组合新算法。并在Matlab中进行了仿真实验,通过对比传统卡尔曼滤波技术,验证了新算法的有效性。并在Matlab中进行了无人机数据后处理实验。结果表明,改进的自适应滤波算法可以有效地降低不确定性干扰对组合导航系统的影响,从而提高了系统的导航性能和鲁棒性。   相似文献

数学形态学滤波是从激光雷达数据中识别地面点、创建数字高程模型的一种重要方法,在应用中取得了较好的效果,但也具有一些明显不足。在分析现有方法优劣及城市地形特点的基础上,提出一种应用于城市环境的自适应形态学滤波算法。该方法采用分层识别策略:首先通过分割得到地面主体部分;之后利用正规化高度值寻找其余地面区域;最后估计地物覆盖区域地面点取值。采用三个不同分辨率、不同地形/地物特点的数据集进行了实验,结果表明该方法能有效识别地面和地物点,并解决了窗口尺寸限制、粗差误判等问题。  相似文献

The Galileo E5a/E5b signals and the Global Positioning System (GPS) L5 signal lie within the aeronautical radionavigation services (ARNS) band. They suffer interference from the services in this frequency band, in particular, pulsed signals from distance measuring equipment (DME) and tactical air navigation (TACAN) systems. To maintain system accuracy and integrity, interference mitigation is beneficial and necessary. We first present the real DME/TACAN environment at Stanford, CA as an example to illustrate the need for mitigating DME/TACAN interference. We then propose a time and frequency joint mitigation algorithm—Hybrid Blanking and its simplified version, frequency domain adaptive filtering (FDAF) for hardware implementation. Finally, a flight measurements campaign was performed over a European DME/TACAN hotspot near Frankfurt, Germany, to record a worst-case DME interference environment. Recorded data from the flight tests mixed with injected GNSS signals verify the effectiveness of the proposed mitigation algorithm.  相似文献

针对民航飞机利用陆基增强系统(GBAS)进行精密进近着陆过程中,GBAS机载甚高频数据广播(VDB)接收机所受到的同频干扰问题,提出采用盲信号分离算法,对VDB接收机所接收到的期望信号与同频干扰信号进行分离,并通过识别解码数据中的机场标识(ID),得到所需期望信号,从而抑制同频干扰信号. 分析并仿真了基于快速固定点(Fast ICA)算法、自然梯度算法和等变自适应分离(EASI)算法,对VDB接收机接收到的混合信号进行分离的机理和同频干扰抑制的实现. 仿真结果表明,这三种算法均能有效分离期望信号与同频干扰信号,进而进行同频干扰抑制,并通过比较三种算法的收敛速度、串音误差和误码率,得出 Fast ICA算法更适合用于VDB信号的同频干扰抑制.   相似文献

After reviewing the two main approaches of adaptive Kalman filtering, namely, innovation-based adaptive estimation (IAE) and multiple-model-based adaptive estimation (MMAE), the detailed development of an innovation-based adaptive Kalman filter for an integrated inertial navigation system/global positioning system (INS/GPS) is given. The developed adaptive Kalman filter is based on the maximum likelihood criterion for the proper choice of the filter weight and hence the filter gain factors. Results from two kinematic field tests in which the INS/GPS was compared to highly precise reference data are presented. Results show that the adaptive Kalman filter outperforms the conventional Kalman filter by tuning either the system noise variance–covariance (V–C) matrix `Q' or the update measurement noise V–C matrix `R' or both of them.
