通过腹腔注射药物、尾静脉取血、放射免疫测定激素含量等方法研究L-多巴等几种药物对草鱼鱼种生长激素分泌的影响,发现腹腔注射L-多巴、阿朴吗啡可以显著提高草鱼鱼种血清生长激素水平,而腹腔注射多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素和6-羟多巴则可明显降低草鱼鱼种血清生长激素水平。说明儿茶酚胺类参与了草鱼鱼种生长激素的分泌调节,L-多巴或其代谢物是通过中枢神经系统促进草鱼鱼种生长激素分泌的,而多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素和肾上腺素则是在脑垂体水平上抑制草鱼鱼种生长激素的分泌。  相似文献

本文对高产养鱼池塘中白鲢鱼苗鱼种阶段的生长特性和规律进行了研究。经统计分析表明:1、白鲢鱼苗鱼种阶段的生长过程中,全长和时间的关系均呈直线相关(L=a bt)。鱼种全长以7-8两月生长最快。日增长率、瞬时增长率以鱼苗阶段居高,鱼种阶段次之。2、白鲢鱼苗阶段体重和时间呈指数相关(W=ae~(bt)),体重生长之速度(dw/dt)和加速度(d~2w/dt~2)与时间成正比。3、鱼种阶段体重与时间呈“S”形曲线相关(W=K/1 ae~(-bt)),体重的生长则以7~9月间最快。生长曲线拐点在t=-1n(1/a)/b;W=k/2。体重生长之速度和加速度分别呈“正态”和“正弦”曲线形。日增重率、瞬时增重率和相对增重率亦以鱼苗阶段较大,鱼种阶段次之。  相似文献

采用流水式的密封装置测定了胭脂鱼鱼种在18~30℃温度范围内的耗氧率,结果表明,在实验温度范围内,胭脂鱼鱼种耗氧率随温度上升逐渐升高,符合函数关系:y=-0.000 8 x2+0.044 0 x-0.438 1,R2=0.990 6。胭脂鱼鱼种耗氧率昼夜变化测定实验表明,其昼均耗氧率(0.204 2±0.011 0)mg?g-1?h-1,略低于夜均耗氧率(0.205 7±0.012 2)mg?g-1?h-1,二者差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05),表明胭脂鱼鱼种耗氧率并不存在明显的昼夜节律。在不同实验温度下,随着胭脂鱼鱼种规格的增大,其耗氧率均呈下降趋势。  相似文献

与传统数据调查技术相比,时空大数据具有高采样率、大数据量、连续性和实时性等特点,为城市规划实施过程中的动态评估提供了全新的“智慧规划”技术手段。首先,从城市评估实施评估的理论和实践展开回顾;其次,借鉴本体论方法,在城市规划实施评估应用领域范畴,梳理多源时空大数据,提出“价值取向—评估内容—指标—模型—数据”实证分析逻辑;最后,以温州市为案例,介绍多源时空大数据在温州市规划评估应用实践的技术路线,实施评估内容包括人口规模、协调发展、空间布局、公共服务设施效能、交通设施效能等5个领域。相关研究成果可参考作为国土空间规划实施评估的一个子集。  相似文献

针对经典Beverton-Holt模型计算单位补充量渔获量时对生长模型的限制,利用数值方法计算了不同生长模型时非经典Beverton-Holt模型的单位补充量渔获量。结果表明,本方法可以以较高的精度获得任一生长模型时的单位补充量渔获量的数值解;数值计算结果的误差主要是由体长与体重关系中的参数引起的;同一鱼种的不同生长模型的单位补充量渔获量会存在一定差异。为了获取更为可靠的评估结果,应采用最适生长模型。本文还以辽东湾小黄鱼和阿留申平鲉作为实例进行了分析。  相似文献

泥石流沟的危险性进行了评估,并将评估结果与它们在2010及2011的两年里实际发生冰川泥石流情况进行了对比。对比结果
表明:多因素综合评估法评估的中巴公路沿线典型冰川泥石流沟的危险等级与实际发生情况吻合较好,因而多因素综合评估法在

Harmful algal blooms(HABs),caused by the overgrowth of certain phytoplankton species,have negative effects on marine environments and coastal fisheries.In addition to cell-counting methods using phytoplankton nets,a hydroacoustic technique based on acoustic backscattering has been proposed for the detection of phytoplankton blooms.However,little is known of the acoustic properties of HAB species.In this study,as essential data to support this technique,we measured the acoustic properties of two HAB species,Akashiwo sanguinea and Alexandrium affine,which occur in the South Sea off the coast of Korea.Due to the small size of the target,we used ultrasound for the measurements.Experiments were conducted under laboratory and field conditions.In the laboratory experiment,the acoustic signal received from each species was directly proportional to the cell abundance.We derived a relationship between the cell abundance and acoustic signal received for each species.The measured signals were compared to predictions of a fluid sphere scattering model.When A.sanguinea blooms appeared at an abundance greater than 3 500 cells/mL,the acoustic signals varied with cell abundance,showing a good correlation.These results confirm that acoustic measurements can be used to detect HAB species.  相似文献

Anchovy is a key species in the Yellow Sea ecosystem. An accurate estimate of anchovy abundance is vital for the management of the anchovy stock and measurement of the ecosystem response to changes in anchovy abundance. However, the acoustic fish abundance estimate may be biased by 30%?C40% if the fat-content induced target strength variation is not taken into account. We measured the monthly variation in the fat content of anchovy (Engraulis japonicus) in the Yellow Sea, and evaluated the potential effect of variation in fat content on the acoustic assessment of anchovy abundance. The fat content of anchovy varied seasonally, with two maxima and two minima in a year. The highest fat content (14.75%) was measured in the pre-spawning period in May, and the lowest fat content (2.48%) was measured during the post-spawning period in October. Fat content appeared to correlate with water content, but not body size. Assuming that the target strength is decreased by 0.2dB for every 1% increase in fat content, the seasonal difference in the target strength of anchovy may be as high as 2.45 dB. Given this, the acoustic abundance estimate may be biased by between 43% and 76%. Our results highlight the need for more information on the changes in fat content of fishes whose abundance is estimated by acoustic surveys.  相似文献

作为时间序列模型的一种,AR模型由于参数估计和定阶简单而广泛应用于系统辨识。在多维AR序列的最小二乘建模的基础上,结合卡尔曼滤波算法,推导了应用卡尔曼滤波技术的多维AR序列参数估计方法以及加入衰减因子后的卡尔曼滤波算法。该算法不需要保存历史数据,在得到新的“观测”数据后可以对AR模型的估计参数进行实时改正。在确定AR模型阶数时,提出了快速F检验法,大大减少了建模过程中的计算工作量,有较好的应用价值。  相似文献

The Liwan (Lw) gas field located in the northern slope of the South China Sea (SCS) is extremely complex for its sea-floor topograghy, which is a huge challenge for the safety of subsea facilities. It is economically impractical to obtain parameters for risk assessment of slope stability through a large amount of sampling over the whole field. The linkage between soil shear strength and seabed peak amplitude derived from 2D/3D seismic data is helpful for understanding the regional slope-instability risk. In this paper, the relationships among seabed peak, acoustic impedance and shear strength of shallow soil in the study area were discussed based on statistical analysis results. We obtained a similar relationship to that obtained in other deep-water areas. There is a positive correlation between seabed peak amplitude and acoustic impedance and an exponential relationship between acoustic impedance and shear strength of sediment. The acoustic impedance is the key factor linking the seismic amplitude and shear strength. Infinite slope stability analysis results indicate the areas have a high potential of shallow landslide on slopes exceeding 15° when the thickness of loose sediments exceeds 8 m in the Lw gas field. Our prediction shows that they are mainly located in the heads and walls of submarine canyons.  相似文献

We measured the target strength (TS) of three commercial fish species: whitespotted spinefoot (Siganus canaliculatus), black porgy (Acanthopagrus schlegelii), and creek red bream (Lutjanus argentimaculatus), in the South China Sea. The TS of caged or tethered fish (n=76 total) was measured using a Simrad EY60 portable scientific echosounder at 120 kHz. We evaluated the relationship between TS and total length (TL, cm) for the three species. This is the first attempt to use split-beam acoustics to measure single-fish TS in the South China Sea by Chinese researchers. Our results will improve the accuracy and precision of acoustic abundance estimates of commercially important species and further the development of underwater acoustic survey techniques in fisheries in the South China Sea.  相似文献

This paper describes the design of modulation, compression coding and transmission control in underwater acoustic color image transmission system. This design adapts a special system of modulation and transmission control based on a DSP(Digital Signal Processing) chip, to cope with the complex underwater acoustic channel.
