In this study,a 3D virtual reality and visualization engine for rendering the ocean,named VV-Ocean,is designed for marine applications.The design goals of VV-Ocean aim at high fidelity simulation of ocean environment,visualization of massive and multidimensional marine data,and imitation of marine lives.VV-Ocean is composed of five modules,i.e.memory management module,resources management module,scene management module,rendering process management module and interaction management module.There are three core functions in VV-Ocean:reconstructing vivid virtual ocean scenes,visualizing real data dynamically in real time,imitating and simulating marine lives intuitively.Based on VV-Ocean,we establish a sea-land integration platform which can reproduce drifting and diffusion processes of oil spilling from sea bottom to surface.Environment factors such as ocean current and wind field have been considered in this simulation.On this platform oil spilling process can be abstracted as movements of abundant oil particles.The result shows that oil particles blend with water well and the platform meets the requirement for real-time and interactive rendering.VV-Ocean can be widely used in ocean applications such as demonstrating marine operations,facilitating maritime communications,developing ocean games,reducing marine hazards,forecasting the weather over oceans,serving marine tourism,and so on.Finally,further technological improvements of VV-Ocean are discussed.  相似文献

Noise level in a marine environment has raised extensive concern in the scientific community. The research is carried out on i4Ocean platform following the process of ocean noise model integrating, noise data extracting, processing, visualizing, and interpreting, ocean noise map constructing and publishing. For the convenience of numerical computation, based on the characteristics of ocean noise field, a hybrid model related to spatial locations is suggested in the propagation model. The normal mode method K/I model is used for far field and ray method CANARY model is used for near field. Visualizing marine ambient noise data is critical to understanding and predicting marine noise for relevant decision making. Marine noise map can be constructed on virtual ocean scene. The systematic marine noise visualization framework includes preprocessing, coordinate transformation interpolation, and rendering. The simulation of ocean noise depends on realistic surface. Then the dynamic water simulation gird was improved with GPU fusion to achieve seamless combination with the visualization result of ocean noise. At the same time, the profile and spherical visualization include space, and time dimensionality were also provided for the vertical field characteristics of ocean ambient noise. Finally, marine noise map can be published with grid pre-processing and multistage cache technology to better serve the public.  相似文献

With long-term marine surveys and research, and especially with the development of new marine environment monitoring technologies, prodigious amounts of complex marine environmental data are generated, and continuously increase rapidly. Features of these data include massive volume, widespread distribution, multiple-sources, heterogeneous, multi-dimensional and dynamic in structure and time. The present study recommends an integrative visualization solution for these data, to enhance the visual display of data and data archives, and to develop a joint use of these data distributed among different organizations or communities. This study also analyses the web services technologies and defines the concept of the marine information gird, then focuses on the spatiotemporal visualization method and proposes a process-oriented spatiotemporal visualization method. We discuss how marine environmental data can be organized based on the spatiotemporal visualization method, and how organized data are represented for use with web services and stored in a reusable fashion. In addition, we provide an original visualization architecture that is integrative and based on the explored technologies. In the end, we propose a prototype system of marine environmental data of the South China Sea for visualizations of Argo floats, sea surface temperature fields, sea current fields, salinity, in-situ investigation data, and ocean stations. An integration visualization architecture is illustrated on the prototype system, which highlights the process-oriented temporal visualization method and demonstrates the benefit of the architecture and the methods described in this study.  相似文献

以科学可视化、3维GIS、3维地学模拟及其在地质采矿与岩土工程中的应用为背景。系统分析了国内外3维地学领域面元构模、体元构模和混合构模方法的优缺点及其适用范围,指出了其存在的基本问题。介绍了广义三棱柱(GTP)的真3维地学构模原理、方法与技术特点,及其基于采样数据、本质开放与内合拓扑关系等性能优势,进而分析了基于GTP的真3维地学构模中亟需研究解决的核心问题和主要内容。指出:海量地学空间数据组织是3DGMS的心脏;在真3维地学模拟系统研发方面需要吸取科学可视化技术与3维GIS的营养,并充分利用VC 和OpenGL的图形函数,实现灵活方便、用户友好和可交互的地学可视化操纵。  相似文献

现有的三维模型大多利用关系数据库和文件系统进行管理,在对其可视化的过程中,存在调用模型速度慢、前端绘制不流畅等问题。为解决上述问题,提出了一种基于redis内存数据库的三维模型管理方法。首先,将不同格式的三维数据批量转换成glTF格式或Binary glTF格式,继而分析redis的存储机制并设计分层结构管理三维数据,然后搭建Web服务程序发布数据,最后利用Cesium引擎实现三维模型可视化。通过实验验证,结果表明:采用本文提出的方法管理三维模型,模型调用速度显著提高,可视化效果更加流畅。  相似文献

森林景观格局分析是森林景观优化配置与实施规划的基础。本文以森林资源二类调查数据为基础,采用森林景观定量空间分析方法,在自主开发而成的森林景观可视化系统VisForest支持下,利用VS2008开发平台、ArcEngine组件与OSG图形渲染引擎,集成景观指数计算模型和地理信息系统的分析方法,形成森林景观格局分析与景观三维可视化模拟系统,实现了景观格局分析的定量化和景观可视化;并以闽侯县白沙国有林场2013年的数据为例,按优势树种划分森林景观类型,计算分析了景观组成结构、斑块特征和景观异质性等。结果表明,杉木林、马尾松林、湿地松林、木荷林、非林地是白沙林场的优势景观类型,总体景观类型丰富、景观异质性较高;木荷作为隔离带树种,以小面积狭长斑块居多,其形状指数和分形维数最大,斑块形状复杂而不规则;森林景观的三维可视化模拟为研究景观格局提供了一个直观、交互的展示平台。  相似文献

区域化探数据中包含了丰富的地质信息,提取出蕴含在这些数据中的地质体空间分布信息,对于区域地质研究和找矿勘查具有重要意义。区域化探数据通常包括数十个元素,属于高维数据,隐藏在这些高维数据中的地质体空间分布信息无法直接从数据中观察到。针对这个问题,构建了一个基于t分布随机近邻嵌入(t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding,简称t-SNE)算法的高维区域化探数据降维可视化模型。t-SNE算法是一种非线性降维方法,特别适用于高维数据集的降维和可视化。选择对岩性鉴定比较稳定的元素,通过t-SNE算法将高维化探数据降维到人眼可观察的一、二、三维,把降维之后的变量表达为栅格图,通过三原色混合等方法进行可视化,从而把隐藏在高维化探数据中的地质体空间分布信息可视化表达出来。以英格兰西南部某地区水系沉积物区域化探数据为例进行研究来检验t-SNE算法在高维化探数据可视化上的实际应用效果。结果显示:①通过t-SNE算法对高维化探数据进行可视化得到的结果能够很好地反映研究区的地质体空间分布情况;②可视化的效果与t-SNE算法的目标维度和复杂度两个参数密切相关。在t-SNE算法中设定要降维到的目标维度越高,所显示的地质体信息越详细。③基于t-SNE算法的化探数据降维可视化效果比基于主成分分析(PCA)的化探数据降维可视化效果更好。本文研究表明基于t-SNE算法的化探数据降维可视化方法能够很好地将地质体空间分布信息可视化表达出来,对于推断地质体的空间分布有一定的指导意义。   相似文献

随着海洋观测技术的不断发展,人类获取的海洋数据也快速增长,由于海洋流场是整个海洋系统物质流和能量流输送的主要渠道,基于这些观测数据进行海洋流场迁移变化规律分析及可视化表达研究,对所有涉海领域均具有非常重要的意义。然而,由于海洋时空大数据集合的多源性和异构性等原因,至今尚未有令人满意的海洋流场数据集成共享和动态可视化分析工具,从而导致这些异源异构数据难以实现统一标准下的集成组织与语义共享。为了实现海洋流场语义层次上的统一描述,本文在分析了海洋流场多维特征、拓扑特征、模糊特征等基础上,基于本体论的语义构建思想,提出并构建了基于四元组O=(C,P,R,I)的本体组织基础结构,其中C表示概念集合、P表示属性集合、R表示概念间的关系集合、I表示实例集合,通过对概念、属性、关系结构的进一步定义,共同组合构成了海洋流场整体本体结构。为了给出清晰的本体语义建模过程,以海流现象局部本体构建为例,在对成因性、空间性、时间性、运动性等本体属性分析的基础上,进行了海流概念、本体属性、语义关系的描述和定义,从而为海洋流场组织提供一个规范性框架。进而借助OWL语言本体建模的优势,以地转流为例进行了其形式化表达和本体类构建。研究结果表明,基于本体的海洋流场语义分析方法能有效地解决传统海洋现象描述中的异构问题,可为海洋信息共享与集成研究提供参考。  相似文献

目前,GIS大部分空间数据的静态网络可视化共享及其服务器端数据集中管理提供底层数据服务的方式,不仅难以满足与日剧增的多源异构海量空间数据共享需求,同时从应用角度也难以满足对动态性较强的海洋环境信息进行实时可视化共享的需求。而网络Web服务和网格技术的快速发展及其与网络GIS的有机结合,使得分布式、一站式的空间数据实时动态网络可视化共享成为可能。因此,本文针对海洋矢量场信息,深入分析其网络实时动态可视化需求及相应的技术难点,并以Web服务为基础,探讨了在Web服务与网络GIS技术基础上建立一站式海洋环境矢量场网络动态可视化共享系统的技术方法和具体系统结构。文章最后以海洋流场数据为例,具体采用ArcGIS Server的网络服务技术,以及Arc Engine的高效可视化技术,具体实现海洋流场的网络动态可视化共享平台。实践证明,基于Web服务的海流网络可视化系统较好地满足了用户对矢量场数据网络共享与可视化的需求。  相似文献

Over the past few decades, an increasing number of marine activities have been conducted in the East China Sea, including the construction of various marine structures and the passage of large ships. Marine safety issues are paramount and are becoming more important with respect to the likely increase in size of ocean waves in relation to global climate change and associated typhoons. In addition, swells also can be very dangerous because they induce the resonance of floating structures, including ships. This study focuses on an investigation of swells in the East China Sea and uses hindcast data for waves over the past 5 years in a numerical model, WAVEWATCH III (WW3), together with historical climate data. The numerical calculation domain covers the entire North West Pacific. Next, swells are separated and analyzed using simulated wave fields, and both the characteristics and generation mechanisms of swells are investigated.  相似文献

地理数据的增强现实(AR)技术,是地理信息可视化的重要发展方向之一。受限于头戴式AR设备有限的计算能力,已有的地理信息AR研究多集中于地理信息的可视化,并未提供复杂的空间分析计算功能。本文提出了一套基于边缘计算与云计算协同的AR空间分析计算框架。AR端完成空间数据的可视化、人机交互、数据预处理等;云端则完成复杂的空间分析计算任务以及空间数据的持久化存储;边云二元存储方法和三维可视化模型-三维地理模型间的坐标转换模块完成AR端和云端间的高效链接;从而达到高效率的、端对端的协同计算。基于该框架,本文利用头戴式AR设备Hololens,并基于武汉市的建筑物三维数据和天空可视因子算法,实现了在AR可视化的同时进行复杂的空间计算。结果表明,在保证空间分析计算效率和精度的同时,Hololens性能表现稳定,三维空间可视化的体验良好(FPS约35),证明了边云协同框架下的AR在空间分析计算具有广阔前景。  相似文献

矿体建模是矿山可视化的重要内容之一。在矿体建模过程中,模型编辑是建模的关键环节。本文从软件开发的角度,探讨了三维矿体线框模型编辑器的设计与开发方法。介绍了开发环境、建模方法、空间数据模型以及模型编辑等关键技术,并重点讨论了人机交互编辑的具体实现过程。该编辑器已经能够在三维可视化环境中交互绘制矿体剖面轮廓线,并通过轮廓线快速地构造矿体的线框模型。最后以矿体断面图为实例验证了该编辑器的有效性和易操作性。  相似文献

The past decade has seen a growing interest in ocean sensor networks because of their wide applications in marine research,oceanography,ocean monitoring,offshore exploration,and defense or homeland security.Ocean sensor networks are generally formed with various ocean sensors,autonomous underwater vehicles,surface stations,and research vessels.To make ocean sensor network applications viable,efficient communication among all devices and components is crucial.Due to the unique characteristics of underwater acoustic channels and the complex deployment environment in three dimensional(3D) ocean spaces,new efficient and reliable communication and networking protocols are needed in design of ocean sensor networks.In this paper,we aim to provide an overview of the most recent advances in network design principles for 3D ocean sensor networks,with focuses on deployment,localization,topology design,and position-based routing in 3D ocean spaces.  相似文献

Numerical models and correct predictions are important for marine forecasting,but the forecasting results are often unable to satisfy the requirements of operational wave forecasting.Because bias between the predictions of numerical models and the actual sea state has been observed,predictions can only be released after correction by forecasters.This paper proposes a spati-otemporal interactive processing bias correction method to correct numerical prediction fields applied to the production and release of operational ocean wave forecasting products.The proposed method combines the advantages of numerical models and Forecast Discussion;specifically,it integrates subjective and objective information to achieve interactive spatiotemporal correc-tions for numerical prediction.The method corrects the single-time numerical prediction field in space by spatial interpolation and sub-zone numerical analyses using numerical model grid data in combination with real-time observations and the artificial judg-ment of forecasters to achieve numerical prediction accuracy.The difference between the original numerical prediction field and the spatial correction field is interpolated to an adjacent time series by successive correction analysis,thereby achieving highly efficient correction for multi-time forecasting fields.In this paper,the significant wave height forecasts from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts are used as background field for forecasting correction and analysis.Results indicate that the proposed method has good application potential for the bias correction of numerical predictions under different sea states.The method takes into account spatial correlations for the numerical prediction field and the time series development of the numerical model to correct numerical predictions efficiently.  相似文献

This paper introduces a new method for reconstructing three-dimensional (3D) coastal bathymetry changes from Airborne AIRSAR/POLSAR synthetic aperture data. The new method is based on integration between fuzzy B-spline and Volterra algorithm. Volterra algorithm is used to simulate the ocean surface current from AIRSAR/POLSAR data. Then, the ocean surface current information used as input for continuity equation to estimate the water depths from AIRSAR/POLSAR data. This study shows that 3D ocean bathymetry can be reconstructed from AIRSAR/POLSAR data with root mean square error of ±0.03 m.  相似文献

Effect of wave-induced Stokes drift on the dynamics of ocean mixed layer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The wave-forcing ’Coriolis-Stokes forcing’ and ’Stokes-vortex force’ induced by Stokes drift affect the upper ocean jointly.To study the effect of the wave-induced Stokes drift on the dynamics of the ocean mixed layer,a new three-dimensional(3D) numerical model is derived using the primitive basic equations and Eulerian wave averaging.The Princeton Ocean Model(POM),a 3D primitive equation ocean model is used with the upper wave-averaged basic equations.The global ocean circulation is simulated using the POM model,and the Stokes drift is evaluated based on the wave data generated by WAVEWATCH III.We compared simulations with and without the Stokes drift.The results show that the magnitude of the Stokes drift is comparable with the Eulerian mean current.Including the Stokes drift in the ocean model affects both the Eulerian current and the Lagranian drift and causes the vertical mixing coefficients to increase.  相似文献

微焦点X射线CT扫描(μCT)技术作为实现岩石内部孔-裂隙结构可视化最有效的方法之一, 仍需进一步探究其在致密砂岩孔-裂隙三维成像应用中的有效性。以白鹤滩水电站坝址区致密砂岩为例, 通过超高精度μCT技术与分割算法, 探究了不同扫描精度下试样的孔-裂隙三维成像特征, 并进一步结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试分析了其对获取关键结构信息的影响。结果表明: 交互式阈值法和Top-hat组合的分割法可更精细化的提取致密砂岩孔-裂隙信息, 其中交互式阀值法适用于较大孔-裂隙提取, Top-hat法适用于微小裂隙提取; 致密砂岩结构中微小孔隙、微裂纹十分发育, 且孤立孔隙较多; 0.62μm相对于1.5μm的扫描分辨率呈现了更加清晰的孔隙网络模型, 但由于纳米级的测试范围受限, 关键结构信息特征可能被放大化; 当扫描分辨率大于2μm时, 关键微结构信息可能被忽略。因此, 在致密砂岩孔-裂隙三维特征研究中, 应采用较高的扫描精度并进行多区域信息采集, 以有效的揭示关键微结构特征, 这一基础性工作为进一步有效地揭示致密岩石结构演化信息提供了支撑。   相似文献

冰凌作为一种复杂的自然景观与自然灾害,其可视化模拟是冰凌信息管理、监测和预警的重要手段,对防凌减灾工作意义重大。本文深入分析Multipatch数据模型的底层结构,探讨冰凌的三维表达技术途径,提出了复杂冰凌三维可视化的技术实现方法,即模拟冰面的自然形成机理,确定软件系统中冰面在河道中的范围,依据地形DEM数据插值确定冰面边界点高程,模拟冰凌的自然形成过程来切分冰面,采用随机方法生成凌锥和凌柱及其方位角等以体现无序性,以实际照片为纹理贴图以增加真实感,通过虚拟内存、纹理压缩和缓存技术完成三维场景中的冰凌叠加展示。最后,结合系统研究与开发,实现了冰凌三维模型的自动建立和可视化管理。  相似文献
