In this paper, we have investigated a five dimensional Kaluza-Klein space-time in the frame work of Brans-Dicke (Phys. Rev. 124:925, 1961) scalar-tensor theory of gravitation when the source of energy momentum tensor is a bulk viscous fluid containing one dimensional cosmic strings. We have obtained a determinate solution of the field equations using the special law of variation for Hubble’s parameter proposed by Bermann (Nuovo Cimento B 74:182, 1983) We have also used a barotropic equation of state for the pressure and density. Some physical properties of the model are also discussed.  相似文献

A spatially homogeneous and anisotropic Bianchi type-III space-time is considered in the framework of a scalar-tensor theory of gravitation proposed by Brans and Dicke (Phys. Rev. 124:925, 1961) in the presence of bulk viscous fluid containing one dimensional cosmic strings. We have found a determinate solution of the field equations using the plausible physical conditions (i) a barotropic equation state for the pressure and density, (ii) special law of variation for Hubble’s parameter proposed by Berman (Nuovo Cimento B74:182, 1983), (iii) shear scalar is proportional to scalar expansion and (iv) the trace of the energy tensor of the fluid vanishes. We have also assumed that bulk viscous pressure is proportional to energy density. Some physical and kinematical properties of the model are, also, discussed.  相似文献

A locally rotationally symmetric(LRS) Bianchi type-II space-time is considered in the frame work of a modified theory of gravitation proposed by Canuto et al. (Phys. Rev. Lett. 39:429, 1977) when the source for energy momentum tensor is a bulk viscous fluid containing one dimensional cosmic strings. A special law of variation for Hubble’s parameter proposed by Bermann (Nuovo Cimento B 74:182, 1983) is used to obtain determinate solution of the field equations. We have also used the barotropic equation of state and the bulk viscous pressure is assumed to be proportional to the energy density. The physical and kinematical properties of the model are also discussed.  相似文献

A spatially homogeneous and anisotropic LRS Bianchi type-II space-time is considered in the frame work of second self-creation theory of gravitation proposed by Barber (Gen. Relativ. Gravit. 14:117, 1982) in the presence of bulk viscous fluid containing one dimensional cosmic strings. A determinate solution of the field equations is presented using special variation for Hubble’s parameter given by Berman (Nuovo Cimento B 74:182, 1983) and some physically plausible conditions. The solution represents a bulk viscous string model in the second self-creation cosmology. We have also discussed some physical and kinematical properties of the model.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the evolution of the dark energy parameter in the spatially homogeneous and isotropic Friedmann-Robertson-Walker (FRW) model filled with barotropic fluid and dark energy in the scalar-tensor theory of gravitation proposed by Brans and Dicke (Phys. Rev. 24:925, 1961). A determinate solution is presented using (i) the special law of variation for Hubble’s parameter proposed by Berman (Nuovo Cimento B 74:183, 1983) and (ii) trace free energy momentum tensor of the two fluid. Two cases of interacting and non-interacting fluid (barotropic and dark energy) scenario is considered and general results are obtained. The physical aspects of the results obtained are, also, discussed.  相似文献

Algorithms are derived for constructing five dimensional Kaluza-Klein cosmological space-times in the presence of a perfect fluid source in the framework of f(R,T) gravity theory proposed by Harko et al. (Phys. Rev. D 84:024020, 2011). Starting from the solution of Reddy et al. (Int. J. Theor. Phys 51:3222-3227, 2012b) some classes of new solutions are generated which correspond to accelerating models of the Universe. The physical and kinematical behaviors of the models are studied.  相似文献

The exact higher dimensional solutions of Einstein-Maxwell field equations for spherically symmetric distribution of charged perfect fluid are obtained by using the method originally used by Hajj-Boutros and Sfeila (Gen. Relativ. Gravit. 18(4):395, 1986) for four-dimensional space-time. The new exact solutions have been generated from those of Khadekar et al. (J. Indian Math. Soc. 68(1–4):33, 2001), Humi and Mansour (Phys. Rev. D 29(6):1076, 1984) and Banerjee and Santos (J. Math. Phys. 22(4):824, 1981) in the frame work of higher dimensional space-time. The various physical properties are also discussed.  相似文献

In this paper, a spatially homogeneous and anisotropic Bianchi type-V cosmological model is considered in a scalar-tensor theory of gravitation proposed by Saez and Ballester (in Phys. Lett. A 113:467, 1986) when the source for energy momentum tensor is a bulk viscous fluid containing one dimensional cosmic strings. The field equations being highly non-linear, we obtain a determinate solution using the plausible physical conditions (i) the scalar of expansion of the space-time is proportional to shear scalar (ii) the baratropic equation of state for pressure and density and (iii) the bulk viscous pressure is proportional to the energy density. It is interesting to observe that cosmic strings do not survive in this model. Some physical and kinematical properties of the model are also discussed.  相似文献

We have obtained static and spherically symmetric self-gravitating solution of the field equations for anisotropic distribution of matter in higher- dimensional in the context of Einstein’s general theory of relativity. This work is an extension of the previous work of Hector Rago (Astrophys. Space Sci. 183:333, 1991) for four dimensional space-time. The solutions are matched to the analytical solutions for spherically symmetric self gravitating distribution of anisotropic matter obtained by Hector Rago (1991) for n=2.  相似文献

Five dimensional LRS Bianchi type-I effective stiff fluid cosmological models in scalar tensor theory of gravitation proposed by Saez and Ballester (Phys. Lett. A 113:467, 1986) are constructed. Further, some physical and geometrical features of these models are discussed.  相似文献

The present study deals with spatial homogeneous and anisotropic locally rotationally symmetric (LRS) Bianchi-II dark energy model in general relativity. The Einstein’s field equations have been solved exactly by taking into account the proportionality relation between one of the components of shear scalar $(\sigma^{1}_{1})$ and expansion scalar (?), which, for some suitable choices of problem parameters, yields time dependent equation of state (EoS) and deceleration parameter (DP), representing a model which generates a transition of universe from early decelerating phase to present accelerating phase. The physical and geometrical behavior of universe have been discussed in detail.  相似文献

In this paper, we have investigated plane symmetric cosmological models with negative constant deceleration parameter in Barber’s (Gen. Relativ. Gravit. 14:117, 1982) second self-creation theory in presence of perfect fluid source. For this we use a special law of variation for Hubble parameter proposed by Bermann (Nuovo Cim. B 74:182, 1983) that yields a constant deceleration parameter model of the universe. Some physical properties of the models and entropy are discussed and studied.  相似文献

Field equations are obtained in the scalar–tensor theory of gravitation proposed by Saez and Ballester (Phys. Lett. A 113:467, 1986) with the aid of spatially homogenous and anisotropic Kantowski–Sachs space–time in the presence of bulk viscous fluid containing one dimensional cosmic strings. A determinate solution of the field equations is obtained, using some plausible physical conditions, which represents a Kantowski–Sach’s bulk viscous Cosmological model in the new scalar–tensor theory. Physical and kinematical properties of the model are also discussed.  相似文献

It is interesting to note that the strings in this model do not survive. Also the model does not remain anisotropic throughout the evolution of the universe. We try to study the corresponding relation between f(T) gravity and holographic dark energy (HDE). A kind of energy density from f(T) is introduced which has the same role as HDE density. A f(T) model according to the HDE model is calculated. We find out a torsion scalar T based on the scalar factor is assumed by Capoziello et al. (Phys. Lett. B 639:135, 2006). The effective torsion equation of state, deceleration parameter of the holographic f(T)-gravity model are calculated.  相似文献

In this work, I consider the logarithmic-corrected and the power-law corrected versions of the holographic dark energy (HDE) model in the non-flat FRW universe filled with a viscous Dark Energy (DE) interacting with Dark Matter (DM). I propose to replace the infra-red cut-off with the inverse of the Ricci scalar curvature R. I obtain the equation of state (EoS) parameter ω Λ , the deceleration parameter q and the evolution of energy density parameter $\varOmega_{D}'$ in the presence of interaction between DE and DM for both corrections. I study the correspondence of the logarithmic entropy corrected Ricci Dark Dnergy (LECRDE) and power-law entropy corrected Ricci Dark Energy (PLECRDE) models with the the Modified Chaplygin Gas (MCG) and some scalar fields including tachyon, K-essence, dilaton and quintessence. I also make comparisons with previous results.  相似文献
