脉冲宽度的测量方法有几种.最常用的脉冲宽度有Wpp(两峰值点的间距)、W50(最高峰值强度50%处的宽度)和W10(最高峰值强度10%处的宽度).另外,还有测量两个最外成分各自强度50%处的宽度Wc50和各自强度10%处的宽度Wc10.利用16颗双锥峰脉冲星和7颗核锥三峰脉冲星样本在1.4 GHz的脉冲轮廓数据,测量了5种脉冲宽度.利用有磁倾角α和撞击角β数据的脉冲星,导出了对应的辐射束半径ρ,并验证其与脉冲星周期P之间的关系ρ∝P-0.5.通过比较5种脉冲宽度导出的ρ与P关系的好坏,发现最外成分之间的宽度比前面3种宽度更好,其中Wc50宽度得出的相关关系最好.由此认为Wc50是最能反映辐射束宽度的测量值.还讨论了脉冲轮廓的对称性,发现后随的锥辐射成分与先导的锥辐射成分相比,更靠近核心辐射成分,两个锥辐射成分的宽度在统计上基本相同.  相似文献

脉冲星的周期非常稳定.前人通过研究发现脉冲星射电辐射束半径大小应该正比于周期的-1/3或-1/2次方.通过整理收集了87颗信噪比很好的、偏振位置角明显为"S"曲线的脉冲星数据,用脉冲星辐射束几何模型计算得到了每颗脉冲星的辐射束半径及误差.发现脉冲星周期小于0.85 s时,辐射束半径正比于周期的-1/2次方.周期大于0.85 s时,辐射束半径与周期之间并没有明显的幂律关系,但这可能与选择效应有关.当假设脉冲星的磁倾角为90?时,计算得到的辐射束半径随周期分布的下边界正比于周期的-1/2次方,与前人的结论一致.  相似文献

随着下一代射电天文望远镜的不断改进和发展,脉冲星巡天观测将发现数百万个脉冲星候选体,这给脉冲星的识别和新脉冲星的发现带来了巨大挑战,迅速发展的人工智能技术可用于脉冲星识别.使用Parkes望远镜的脉冲星数据集(The High Time Resolution Universe Survey,HTRUS),设计了一个14层深的残差网络(Residual Network,ResNet)进行脉冲星候选体分类.在HTRUS数据样本中,存在非脉冲星候选体(负样本)的数目远远大于脉冲星候选体(正样本)数目的样本非均衡问题,容易产生模型误判.通过使用过采样技术对训练集中的正样本进行数据增强,并调整正负样本的比例,解决了正负样本非均衡问题.训练过程中,使用5折交叉验证来调节超参数,最终构建出模型.测试结果表明,该模型能够取得较高的精确度(Precision)和召回率(Recall),分别为98%和100%,F1分数(F1-score)能够达到99%,每个样本检测完成只需要7 ms,为未来脉冲星大数据分析提供了一个可行的办法.  相似文献

本文讨论了光线的狭义相对论性偏折、光行时间差和磁场拖曳对脉冲到达相位的综合影响。在辐射束中的核、内锥以及外锥的辐射高度有差别时,观测得到的平均脉冲中的各个成份的位置也会发生改变,导致平均脉冲的不对称。分析了脉冲星PSR145168 和PSRJ04374715 资料,发现它们的平均脉冲属于两种不同的不对称性。用相位综合漂移理论解释了这两种不对称性。  相似文献

脉冲星周期和周期变率的测量中存在着日月岁差效应.通过对日月岁差效应的分析,发现它已经影响到了某些脉冲星的周期的精密测量.在对1771颗脉冲星测量周期的分析和检测中,有81颗脉冲星的测量周期在它们的测量精度范围内受到日月岁差效应的影响.随着观测精度的提高,在以后的脉冲星周期和周期变率的精密测量中,这些影响应该得到相应的改正.  相似文献

脉冲星具有非常稳定的累积脉冲轮廓,特别是毫秒脉冲星.前人研究发现一些脉冲星的累积脉冲轮廓会呈现出不稳定性.研究了毫秒脉冲星PSR J1022+1001累积脉冲轮廓的稳定性问题,该脉冲轮廓有两个峰,发现其峰值比随时间有明显的变化.通过分析,认为该毫秒脉冲星累积脉冲轮廓的不稳定性主要是由于脉冲轮廓随观测频率变化,同时星际闪烁造成不同频率上流量密度变化.研究还发现,也有少部分累积脉冲轮廓的变化可能是脉冲星内禀或其他因素所引起的.  相似文献

随着500 m口径球面射电望远镜(Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope, FAST)等大型射电望远镜的建设和使用,脉冲星巡天数据进入PB时代.为解决如此大量高速采样的标量数据挖掘问题,促进新天文现象的发现,提出一种基于无监督聚类的脉冲星候选体筛选方案.该方案采用基于密度层次、划分方法的混合聚类算法,结合MapReduce/Spark并行计算模型和基于滑动窗口的分组策略,进而提高大量候选体信号筛选的效率.通过在脉冲星数据集HTRU2 (High Time Resolution Universe)上的对比实验,结果表明该算法能取得较高的精确度和召回率,分别是0.946和0.905,并且当并行节点足够时,该算法的时间复杂度相比串行执行明显下降.可见,该方法为脉冲星观测大数据的分析挖掘提供一种可行思路.  相似文献

研究了高斯辐射成分在可视点所画出轨迹上的分布,这个可视点因脉冲星的转动而作非匀速度运动.通过假设辐射区域围绕磁轴均匀分布,一个高斯辐射成分便对应于可视轨迹划过的一个辐射区域.因为演示辐射区域在可视轨迹上是不均匀的分布,因此高斯成分沿轨迹也是不均匀的,而高斯成分的密度在磁轴与视线距离最近时为最大.高斯成分的分布取决于脉冲星的两个角度:旋转轴和视线之间的夹角,以及磁轴和旋转轴之间的倾角.基于此模型,一个脉冲星平均轮廓中观察到的多个高斯成分便对应于可视轨迹在特定的转动相位范围内的辐射区域.演示了脉冲星旋转的近侧和远侧的相位,分别对应的主脉冲和中间脉冲,两者高斯成分的数量和分布是不同的.而且还发现,沿可视轨迹上的辐射区域总数与围绕磁轴的辐射区域的总数是不同,并且预测的辐射区域数目会因忽略可见点的运动而明显不同.拟合表明脉冲星轮廓的高斯成分的形状和数量可能与实际构成轮廓的成分的形状和数量不同.以PSR B0826–34的辐射为例,并假设辐射来自单一磁极.  相似文献

正常脉冲星和亳秒脉冲星都表现出计时噪声.脉冲星的自转变化是造成计时噪声的重要原因之一.通过联合新疆天文台南山25m射电望远镜和澳大利亚Parkes64m射电望远镜的脉冲到达时间数据,使用脉冲星计时的方法对PSRJ1539--5626、J1832- -0827和J1847- -0402的自转进行分析研究,它们在到达时间残差上均表现出很强的计时噪声,低频噪声的功率谱分别符合谱指数为-6、-6、 -4.5的幂律,功率谱强度分别为1.77 x 10-17 yr3、4.43x 10-18 yr3和2.09x 10-18yr3.这3颗脉冲星在自转频率1阶导数的变化上都表现出较为明显的振荡,振荡幅度分别为0.61(3)x 10-15s-2、0.54(5) x 10-16s-2和0.11(2) x 10-15s-2 (其中括号内数字代表末位数字的有效误差,下同),自转频率1阶导数振荡变化的相对大小分别是0.75(5)%、0.035(9)%、 0.076(2)%.利用Parkes 64 m射电望远镜的观测数据,分别获得了这3颗脉冲星积分脉冲轮廓及其半高全宽,发现3颗脉冲星的脉冲轮廓的宽度均有一定 的变化,变化幅度分别为0.0028(6)、0.00059(3)和0.00011(4)个相位.没有探测到自转减慢率的变化与辐射变化之间存在明显的相关性.  相似文献

Many asteroids with a semimajor axis close to that of Mars have been discovered in the last several years. Potentially some of these could be in 1:1 resonance with Mars, much as are the classic Trojan asteroids with Jupiter, and its lesser-known horseshoe companions with Earth. In the 1990s, two Trojan companions of Mars, 5261 Eureka and 1998 VF31, were discovered, librating about the L5 Lagrange point, 60° behind Mars in its orbit. Although several other potential Mars Trojans have been identified, our orbital calculations show only one other known asteroid, 1999 UJ7, to be a Trojan, associated with the L4 Lagrange point, 60° ahead of Mars in its orbit. We further find that asteroid 36017 (1999 ND43) is a horseshoe librator, alternating with periods of Trojan motion. This asteroid makes repeated close approaches to Earth and has a chaotic orbit whose behavior can be confidently predicted for less than 3000 years. We identify two objects, 2001 HW15 and 2000 TG2, within the resonant region capable of undergoing what we designate “circulation transition”, in which objects can pass between circulation outside the orbit of Mars and circulation inside it, or vice versa. The eccentricity of the orbit of Mars appears to play an important role in circulation transition and in horseshoe motion. Based on the orbits and on spectroscopic data, the Trojan asteroids of Mars may be primordial bodies, while some co-orbital bodies may be in a temporary state of motion.  相似文献

Time scales of the transition from contact binary systems of the W UMa type to single stars of the blue straggler type are estimated. A model of one-way mass transfer from the primary component to the companion inside a common envelope (Eggen et al.) and a model of a contact binary lying on the zero-age main sequence with a companion that is losing mass (F. van't Veer) are used to calculate these scales. The merging times of components were calculated for 304 contact systems of the W UMa type from the Catalog of Approximate Photometric and Absolute Elements of Eclipsing Variable Stars on a scale of loss of mass and orbital angular momentum due to magnetic braking, under the assumption of synchronization of the axial rotation and orbital revolution. On the basis of the resulting statistics, the characteristic merging scales are 0.4-0.6 and 0.5-0.7 Gyr, respectively, for the above two models. The results of a comparison with the work of other authors are discussed.  相似文献

In the text-books of astronomy, sections generally related to the Moon deal with the orbital elements of the Earth-Moon system such asa, e, i, , and the time of perigee passage. While the MEAN of the first of the three elements do not vary, mean longitude of the ascending node-mean longitude of the lunar perigee and the time of perigee passage undergoes secular as well as periodic changes due predominantly to the action of the Sun's gravitational attraction. While to a certain degree, explanations related to the calculation of the lunar orbit parameters are given, not a single graphical representation of these short- or long-periodic changes are presented. We allow the number of data related to these periodic changes must cover a large span of time; and if regression of the line of nodes or advances of the line of apses are to be graphically seen, data covering 18.61 and 8.85 yr, respectively, are needed. In this work we particularly aim at the graphical representation of the periodic changes of the line of nodes.  相似文献

Observations of the penumbral intensity of sunspots in 13 wavelength regions are presented. In 4 wavelength regions 54 sunspots are measured. In the other wavelength regions the number of sunspots considered ranges from 3–19.The penumbral intensity alters with position within the spot. This intensity variation is found to be comparable with the change in intensity from one spot to another. The penumbral intensity is found to be independent of spot size in the sample considered.The penumbra model of Kjeldseth Moe and Maltby (1969) with = 0.055 is supported by the measurements.  相似文献

Magnetars are the neutron stars with the highest magnetic fields up to 1015–1016 G. It has been proposed that they are also responsible for a variety of extra-galactic phenomena, ranging from giant flares in nearby galaxies to fast radio bursts. Utilizing a relativistic mean field model and a variable magnetic field configuration, we investigate the effects of strong magnetic fields on the equation of state and anisotropy of pressure of magnetars. It is found that the mass and radius of low-mass magnetars are weakly enhanced under the action of the strong magnetic field, and the anisotropy of pressure can be ignored. Unlike other previous investigations, the magnetic field is unable to violate the mass limit of the neutron stars.  相似文献
