QBO Features of Tropical Pacific wind Stress Field with the Relation to El Nino

Analysis has been implemented of 1970-1992 tropical Pacific wind stress anomaly and sea surface temperature anomaly (SSTA) datasets, indicating that quasi-biennial oscillation (QBO) of the tropical Pacific WS and SSTA is featured both by a standing and a progressive form, the former emerging in the most intense centers of action and the latter travelling east- or west-ward out of the SSTA sources. Results show that the SSTA is in the warm (cold) phase as zonal component of euqatorial wind stress anomaly gets weakened (reinforced) and the QBO of wind stress anomaly is well related to the El Nino cycle.  相似文献

根据不同作者对同一地震震源机制解的不同测定结果之间的差异程度来估计测定结果的相对可信度。用此方法对１９８５年ＩＡＳＰＥＩ东京会议选定的５１个地震不同作者测定的结果作了分析，同时也对我国有两个以上测定结果的震源机制解答作了分析，结果说明，我国现有震源机制解答测定精度总体上有待提高。用５°×５°×５°的格点尝试法重新处理了国家地震局震源机制研究小组１９７３年所著《中国地震震源机制研究》第一集中所载除台湾地震和深震外的２２９个地震的Ｐ波初动方向数据，最后只得出了４７个可供参考的震源机制解答。  相似文献

本文分析了我国及邻区16次大地震的前震、主震和强余震的断层面解.其结果表明:前震和主震具有很好的一致性;一部分强余震同主震相比具有明显的差异, 具有明显差异的强余震发生的时间, 一般都在主震之后的一、二天内.这些特点有助于对地震趋势的估计.断层面解的差异性可能由于局部应力场引起, 也可能由于震源区断层面错动性质的多样性所致.   相似文献

A hybrid coupled ocean-atmosphere model is designed,which consists of a global atmospheric general circulation model(L9R15 AGCM)and a simple ocean model(ZC ocean model over tropical Pacific).Using the model,experimental predictions are performed for the 1986/87 El Nino event and the 1988/89 La Nina event with and without the Tibetan Plateau respectively(called TP FORC and NTP FORC hereinafter).It is found as follows:(1)The coupled system can successfully predict the El Nino or La Nina event even if the Tibetan Plateau orography is not included in the model.The patterns of SSTA and wind anomalies in the model without the Tibetan Plateau are similar to those with the Tibetan Plateau,which further verifies the fact that ENSO process is mainly caused by the air-sea interaction in tropical Pacific.(2)However.the existence of the Tibetan Plateau exerts its influences on the intensity and duration of El Nino(or La Nina).It is unfavorable to the development and maintenance of westerly anomalies,so to some extent,restrains the development of El Nino,but favors the development of La Nina.(3)Effects of the Tibetan Plateau orography on the wind anomalies in the coupled system are different from those inuncoupled AGCM simulation.  相似文献

利用65次地震的中国数字地震台网（CDSN和NCDSN）宽频带和甚宽频带(BB及VBB）记录,分别计算了阻尼比=0.005,0.01,0.02,0.05和0.10的基岩水平向相对位移反应谱、相对速度反应谱和绝对加速度反应谱．结果表明,工程上常用的强震加速度记录,不足以给出可靠的长周期地震动反应谱,而CDSN宽频带记录恰恰可以作为强震加速度记录的重要资料补充来源,用于长周期地震动反应谱特性的研究．   相似文献

《中国近代地震目录（公元１９１２～１９９０年,ＭＳ≥４７）》是国家地震局科技发展司在“八五”期间组织编辑的两册新版中国地震目录中的第二册。本册目录对本世纪初以来中国地震目录做了较为系统、完整、详细的清理和总结,是现有目录的更新版本。本文简要介绍了本目录编制的原则、方法和内容。针对１９８３年版目录,新编目录修改和删除了１６９次地震条目;新增９６０次地震条目;新增等震线图１６６幅。新目录共编入ＭＳ≥４７的地震４２８９次,等震线图３２８幅。  相似文献
