THE ULTRASTRUCTURE OF SEPARATED AND CULTURED CELL OF PORPHYRA YEZOENSIS

There are many reports that cells (protoplasts) separated from the thallus of Porphyra by enzyme can develop to normal leafy thalli in the same way as monopores. But there are few investigations on the subcellular structure of the isolated vegetative cell for ccmparison with the subcellular structure of monospores. To clarify whether the separated and cultured cells undergo the same or similar ultrastructure changes during culture and germination as monospores undergo in their formation and germination, we observed their ultrastructure, ccxnpared them with those of the monospore and found that the ultrastructure of separated and cultured cells did not have the characteristic feature as that of monospore formarion, such as production of small and large fibrous vesicles, but was acccxnpanied by vacuolation andstarch mobilization like that in monospore germination. The paper also discusses the relations between monospores and separated and cultured cells.  相似文献   

1991年10月24日白光耀斑的高时间分辨率多波段光谱分析

本文分析了南京大学太阳塔1991年10月24日用多波段光谱仪观测到的高时间分辨率（5s）的一个2N／X2．1级白光耀斑光谱．对耀斑谱线轮廓、连续发射强度、X射线和射电爆发资料进行了综合对比，分析表明，该耀斑属Ⅰ类白光耀斑，具有如下特征：（1）在白光耀斑的脉冲相期间，各波段光谱线心强度、连续辐射、谱线半宽以及线翼红不对称性与硬X射线高能波段的爆发同时达到极大；（2）H_a谱线在连续发射极大时半宽达10A，且呈现强烈的线心反转，H_β和H_γ线心亦有反转；（3）所拍摄的5条谱线都有明显的红不对称性，持续时间约为1分钟，根据上述结果，本文用电子束轰击、色球蒸发和色球压缩区对该耀斑能量积聚和释放的动力学机制作了定性的分析和解释。  相似文献   

后发团盘星系自转轴方向的分布

本文对后发团中心２．６３°×２．６３°范围内１３８个盘星系（９４个Ｓ０星系，４４个Ｓ和Ｉｒ星系）的自转轴方向的分布作了分析，结果表明，后发团中盘星系自转轴方向的分布是非均匀的．相对于假设的均匀分布，有较多的Ｓ０星系的自转轴平行于团平面，并且Ｓ０星系的自转轴在团平面上的投影倾向于沿着偏离团中心方向约４５°的方向；对于Ｓ和Ｉｒｒ星系，自转轴倾向于平行或垂直于团平面，自转轴在团平面上的投影则倾向于平行团中心方向．本文证实了后发团中盘星系自转轴方向分布的非均匀性及其与星系形态类型的相关，而且可能与星系光度也有关．样本越深，自转轴指向的分布似乎越不均匀．本文结果说明后发团存在一个优势平面（可能的团平面），在各种星系团及星系形成理论中，有支持“薄饼”（ｐａｎｃａｋｅ）模型的迹象．  相似文献

讨论了在水平层状介质中的反射系数的物理意义 ,推出时间域含有以反射系数序列为未知项的欠定方程组 ,提出用线性规划法求解瞬变电磁场反射系数序列 ,并给出求解思路和程序框图。对两个理论模型进行了处理 ,计算出了其反射系数。算例分析结果表明 ,算法可靠 ,程序可行。这一方法可用于瞬变电磁成像数值计算中。  相似文献   

月球重力场对绕月低轨卫星的长期影响

从解析形式出发,利用月球重力场模型JGL165P1,分析了月球重力场(带谐项)对绕月低轨卫星的长期影响。为了减少计算误差,保证计算精度,在分析解中使用循环公式来计算倾角函数。结果指出对于一个高度为100km的极月轨道卫星,冻结轨道存在的可能性不大,但是当轨道倾角在i=90°附近或者高度再高一些,则有可能存在冻结轨道;对于100km高的初始圆轨道,卫星在无控的情况下半年内将会坠落到月球表面,如果高度增加到200km,则不进行轨道控制也不会坠落到月面上。利用仿真软件GEODYN解算出来的结果证实了上述结论。  相似文献   

A geochemical survey of thermal springs in western part ofRepublic of Yemen and their geothermometric characteristics

The high-mineral contents of some thermal waters are believed to have medicinal properties. Numerous spas and bathhouses might be built at these hot springs to take advantage of theses supposed healing properties such as skin diseases, rheumatism and so on. This paper is to find thermal reservoir and to classify the kinds of water. The majority of thermal springs are found discharging from igneous centers of Tertiary and Quaternary volcanic fields of the western Yemen (research area). Structurally these volcanisms are connected to N-NW faults that are parallel to the main Red Sea trend. Temperature and pH values of the thermal spring range 37℃-96℃, and 6.3-8.7 respectively. The Yemen/thermal waters indicate high variability in composition since they are ofNa (K) -CI, Na=HCO3 and Ca (Mg) =SO4 types, whereas the surficial waters have the typical worldwide Ca (Mg) -HCO3 composition. Different liquid phase geothermometers,such as SiO2, K^2/Mg and Na/K. Estimated reservoir temperatures ranging 70℃-140℃ perform equilibrium temperature evaluation of the thermal reservoirs.  相似文献
