- Based on field investigations, this paper analyzes three types of harbour basinns and navigation channel excavated on seabed in Jiaozhou Bay, get a general rule of deposition for excavated trough, it found that pollution is one of crucial factors resulting in the deposition of the excavated trough in the east shore of Jiaozhou Bay. With these results, it predicted the annual deposition thickness for the excavated trough and disclosed the fact that it can't be deposited deadly during one storm. At the same time, with two-dimensional numerical model, it studied the effects of the excavated trough and the reclamation near shore on tidal cureent and said that the excavated trough can decrease the current velocity passing through the trough about 10- 15%, but only limited inside and near the trough and there are no effect on other regions; reclamation can cut off the pollution sources and no obvious effect on the currents of the Jiaozhou Bay. The wave forces on 1, 2 and 4 vertical circular piles under the action of several wave trains of the same wave parameters, such as Hs,Tp and Mo, but different wave group factor GF are measured in the laboratory. After comparing these forces, it may be concluded that the mean and significant wave forces are almost of no difference for the wave trains with different GF. When GF is larger, the one-tenth of the wave froce extreme is slightly increased and the maximum wave force is much larger than the ones with smaller GF, to which attention must be paid in engineering practice. 相似文献

利用断裂活动过程中留下的各种地质标记研究断裂发育史是比较困难的 ,已有的研究方法主要可归纳出七种 ,都存在局限性。岩层离距图法是以地震剖面为基础 ,将穿过断裂的各剖面上的标志层投影到沿断裂走向的铅垂面上 ,得到多组标志层的垂向断距数据 ,然后用下部各标志层的断距减去最上部标志层的断距 ,并作多轮次计算 ,直到最后的断距差近似为零或仅剩一个非零标志层。每一轮次计算代表一个活动期次 ,如果出现负值 ,则表示有构造反转。对松辽盆地敖古拉断裂作了实例计算 ,结果为该断裂发育经历了三个正断活动期和一个逆断活动期 ,与盆地区域性活动有些差别。岩层离距图法比起其他已有方法 ,可靠程度大大提高 相似文献

In this paper, a numerical model for sedimentation in Fenhe Reservoir and the adjoining reaches has been presented on the basis of the theory of non-equilibrium sediment transport. The model is calibrated by using a part of the sediment data collected for Fenhe Reservoir and checked by simulating the remaining data. Moreover, the method of optimization in nonlinear programming has been applied to determine the basic parameters of the model applying a concept of fuzzy mathematics to formulate the objective functions. Most of the discrepancies in the climate sensitivity of general circulation models (GCMs) are believed to be due to differences in cloud radiative feedback. Analysis of cloud response to climate change in different ‘regimes’ may offer a more detailed understanding of how the cloud response differs between GCMs. In which case, evaluation of simulated cloud regimes against observations in terms of both their cloud properties and frequency of occurrence will assist in assessing confidence in the cloud response to climate change in a particular GCM. In this study, we use a clustering technique on International Satellite Cloud Climatology Project (ISCCP) data and on ISCCP-like diagnostics from two versions of the Hadley Centre GCM to identify cloud regimes over four different geographical regions. The two versions of the model are evaluated against observational data and their cloud response to climate change compared within the cloud regime framework. It is found that cloud clusters produced by the more recent GCM, HadSM4, compare more favourably with observations than HadSM3. In response to climate change, although the net cloud response over particular regions is often different in the two models, in several instances the same basic processes may be seen to be operating. Overall, both changes in the frequency of occurrence of cloud regimes and changes in the properties (optical depth and cloud top height) of the cloud regimes contribute to the cloud response to climate change. 相似文献

We have inferred the temperature sensitivity of Dorne Margolin choke ring antennas by direct estimation from differential
clock estimates for two GPS sites separated by 2400 km. At each site, the cable and receiver systems are very well isolated
from environmental variations. By direct comparison of the observed clock variations between these sites with local temperature
measurements, empirical temperature coefficients for each system have been estimated. These thermal coefficients most likely
apply to the only uncontrolled components of the systems, the Dorne Margolin choke ring antennas. Based on these results,
the short-term (diurnal) stability of the antennas appears to be better than 2 ps/°C. The possibility that longer-term effects
exist due to sensitivity in the daily average of the pseudorange observations has not been tested and cannot be excluded.

We assess two parametrisations of sea-ice in a coupled atmosphere–mixed layer ocean–sea-ice model. One parametrisation represents
the thermodynamic properties of sea-ice formation alone (THERM), while the other also includes advection of the ice (DYN).
The inclusion of some sea-ice dynamics improves the model's simulation of the present day sea-ice cover when compared to observations.
Two climate change scenarios are used to investigate the effect of these different parametrisations on the model's climate
sensitivity. The scenarios are the equilibrium response to a doubling of atmospheric CO2 and the response to imposed glacial boundary conditions. DYN produces a smaller temperature response to a doubling of CO2 than THERM. The temperature response of THERM is more similar to DYN in the glacial case than in the 2×CO2 case which implies that the climate sensitivity of THERM and DYN varies with the nature of the forcing. The different responses
can largely be explained by the different distribution of Southern Hemisphere sea-ice cover in the control simulations, with
the inclusion of ice dynamics playing an important part in producing the differences. This emphasises the importance of realistically
simulating the reference climatic state when attempting to simulate a climate change to a prescribed forcing. The simulated
glacial sea-ice cover is consistent with the limited palaeodata in both THERM and DYN, but DYN simulates a more realistic
present day sea-ice cover. We conclude that the inclusion of simple ice dynamics in our model increases our confidence in
the simulation of the anomaly climate.
