In an earthquake catalog,the source depth of earthquakes is one of the most basic parameters; however it is also one of the most difficult to measure.The source depths in the PDE bulletin,the centroid depths from CMT inversion of USGS and Harvard University,and those obtained by depth phases of broadband waveform data are not equal to each other,and they are also have different meanings.Also,the depth obtained from broadband waveform modeling is another kind of depth of different a rupture "core." This paper preliminarily discusses the physical implication of the source depth of earthquakes with different measuring methods.  相似文献

Paleomagnetic and rock magnetic study has been conducted on the Early Triassic red beds of Liujiagou Formation from Jiaocheng, Shanxi Province. Hematite was shown as the main magnetic mineral. After eradicating an initial viscous component at room temperature to -100℃- 200℃, thermal demagnetization shows that most samples contain two remanence components, intermediate-temperature remanence component at 250℃-500℃ and high-temperature component at 500℃-680℃. The intermediate-temperature component has a negative fold test at the 95% confidence level. And the pole position of the intermediate-temperature component in geographic coordinates is correlated with the Middle Jurassic reference pole of the North China Block (NCB) within the 95% confidence, suggesting that it might be a remagnetiza-tion component acquired during the Yanshanian period. Zircon SHRIMP ages of the Aolaoshan granite on the south margin of the Qilian Mts. range from 445±15.3 to 496±7.6 Ma (averaging 473 Ma), belonging to the Early Ordovician. Geochemically, the granite is similar to I-type granite and, tectonically, was formed in an island-arc environment based on relevant diagrams for structural discriminations. Considering also the regional geology, the authors suggest that the granite is part of an ultrahigh-pressure belt on the south margin of the Qilian Mts. and that its formation bears a close relationship to this belt.  相似文献

A simple quasi-geostrophic barotropic vorticity equation model is used as the dynamic frame of themodel in this paper.Considering that there are many random errors in model's initial values of meteorolo-gical data,and that it is not perfectly complete about model's physical processes (for example,take no ac-count of the interaction between atmosphere and underlying surface,radiation,etc.),we add the random for-ced term to the model and use the Monte-Carlo method with random initial values.A statistical-dynamicintegrated model is thus built up,and a numerical forecasting experiment of 500hPa monthly mean height fieldof January 1983 has been carried out.The experiment result proves that the forecasting result of the model,considering random forcing and random initial values at the same time,is better than that by the pure dynamicmodel,the random initial value model and the random forced model.  相似文献

An established climatic calculation scheme for estimating the components of surface radiation budget is conducted at 223 stations throughout the country.The spatial patterns of net radiation (NR) and its components suggest that the high-value belt is steadily situated over the Yarlung Zangbo Basin in the southern Qinghai-Xizang Plateau and over the eastern Inner Mongolian Plateau,with the low-value belt over Sichuan-Guizhou mountainous temain.The pattern changes a little with the transition of seasons.Temporally,the NR's annual changes,especially its maximizing month,are closely related to the coming of rainy season.The relative computation emor is 2.7% for global radiation (GR).4.0% for surface albedo(SA),9.4% for effective radiation (ER),and 8.9% for NR.  相似文献

Chaotic motions may appear when the velocity shear damper is added into the Lorenz equationfor the Prandtl number σ=0.7. The critical Rayleigh number with velocity shear is larger than that without velocity shear. The chaos is a aperiodic phenomenon. The trajectory of chaotic motions is irregular in phasespace. There are many ways to reach turbulence. The behaviour is of general turbulence whenshear is small. It is of intermittent turbulence when shear is larger and of transient laminarwhen moderate. The research on chaotic motion with velocity shear is of significance for understanding atmosphericturbulence.  相似文献

- Abundance of total bacteria, heterotrophic bacteria, coliform and oil degradable bacteria and their relations with salinity and suspended matter in the frontal waters in the Hangzhou Bay are described. The results obtained show that the highest abundances of total bacteria , heterotrophic bacteria are encountered around the front and near the northern shore of the Hangzhou Bay, where a positive correlation ( r =0. 70) between the total bacteria abundance and the total suspended matter (TSM) is persent. Moreover,the abundance of oil degradable bacteria being an indicator of oil pollution, is also high in that region.  相似文献
