The regional specifics of water use in the transboundary basin of the Ural R. are studied. The diverse problems of dependable water use in the region are caused by the interaction of natural and anthropogenic factors. Considering the space and time variations of river runoff, a possible approach to solving water use problem is runoff regulation. To effectively solve the problem of water use requires the search for an organizational and legal form of institutional interaction within the transboundary basin of the Ural R. 相似文献

We suggest a new cluster differentiation technique for 0-dimensional landscapes which include spring stows. Based on using
the various parameters of groundwater, topology and landscape-specific occurrence of springs, this method permits their landscape-topological
ordination to be carried out in accordance with regional landscape-forming factors. 相似文献

We present the results from studying the landscapes in the Inderskii salt-dome area: the geomorphological features of the
Inderskie mountains, the soil geochemistry, and the species composition of vegetation. A comparative analysis is made of the
major salt-dome areas of the Precaspian lowland: Bogdinsko-Baskunchakskii, El’tonskii, Inderskii, and Chelkarskii. 相似文献

Data gathered from the mean annual water expenditures of the Ural River basin, obtained at 15 hydrological stations over a 70-year observation period was used to analyze its water content fluctuations and the correlation of discharge oscillations with different climate indices. Based on the Morlet-6 wavelet, the method of continuous wavelet transformation was applied to reveal latent periodicities in the discharge series. To establish factors responsible for discharge cycles, a cross wavelet analysis was performed on solar activity, types of Vangengeim atmospheric circulation, and three climate indices: the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation, the North Atlantic Oscillation, and the Arctic Oscillation. 相似文献

Based on using the methods of medico-geographical regionalization, an attempt is made for the first time to quantify the influence of the socioeconomic conditions on human health in the West Kazakhstan province. As a component part of integral medico-geographical regionalization, we suggest the medico-social regionalization and outline the essence of the relevant technique proposed by these authors. We present the results from carrying out an assessment of the social, economic and medical conditions having influence upon the sickness rate of the population, and the map of medico-social areas of the West Kazakhstan province. 相似文献

Based on historical-geographical evidence, this paper reports on the influence of the nomadic peoples on the landscapes of the steppe one in Northern Eurasia during the pre-agricultural period, i.e. in the 18th-19th centuries. It is concluded that the landscapes of the steppe one constituted natural-anthropogenic complexes resulting from cultural transformation of space by the nomadic peoples. A rationale is rovided for the problems facing the new branch of knowledge, historical steppe science. 相似文献
