机载雷达高度计对海况及海面风速的测量研究

Interfacial geochemistry of barium in suspension and sediment from Zhujiang Estuary

Chemical forms of Ba are determined in samples of suspension and sediment from the Zhujiang Estuary. Their interfacial geochemical processes are discussed. Total suspended Ba content is between 2. 4 and 40. 4 μg/L, and mostly exists in the crystalline form (43. 5%), secondly in the Fe-Mn oxidative form (23.1%). Percentages of organic, carbonate and exchangeable forms are 14. 8%, 11. l%and 7.4%, respectively. Total content of Ba in the sediment is between 158. 6 and 48. 0 ug/g. Percentages of crystalline form, Fe-Mn oxidative form and carbonate form are 78. 4% ,13. 5%and 8. 2%, respectively. Organic and exchangeable forms are not detected. The study on the mechanism of interfacial movement suggests that the salinity range of 10 is the turning point for the varied distribution of Ba. The subsidence of crystalline form affects the decrease of Ba content in suspension. The decrease mostly takes place in the salinity range lower than 10, which corresponds to the high value of Ba content in the sediment. The  相似文献

对腹泻性贝毒的高效液相色谱测定方法的条件进行改变，使原来对实验条件要求苛刻的方法更适宜于一般的实验室使用，使其有可能替代国内目前常用的小鼠生物方法。井成功地运用于冬季大连海域贝类腹泻性贝毒的检测，首次报道了大连地区海域贝类腹泻性贝毒的主要成分大田软海绵酸的含量，其结果是2000年1—3月大连地区海域贝类腹泻性贝毒除个别海区外一般都末检出。  相似文献

根据2000年6月10～14日在浙江省西沪港采集的海水样品,利用AA-800石墨炉原子吸收分光光度技术和阳极溶出伏安法测定样品中重金属铜的含量,获得铜在海水中受不同的有机配体控制.不同粒级的铜表观配位容量表明西沪港海水过孔径1.00μm微孔膜的(ACuCC)较高,为144.4nmol/dm3;过0.40和0.20μm滤膜的(ACuCC)分别为103.0和102nmol/dm3;铜的有机配体条件稳定常数的对数值在7.25～9.14之间.铜的总量为21.72nmol/dm3.铜全部为稳定溶解态,其中pH2酸溶态占95.0%,强有机结合态占5.0%.溶解态铜中有机结合态占过滤海水中总铜的61.6%.  相似文献

The surface and bottom waters samples were collected from six locations in Xiamen western sea. The quantified estimation of bacterial production (3H-thymidine method) and observation of bacterial heterotrophic activity (14C-glucose method) have been made in order to have a better understanding of the role of marine bacteria and their activities. The results showed that the mean value of bacterial heterotrophic activity was 9×108 cells/(L.h) in the surface waters and 2.6×108 cells/(L.h) in the bottom waters. The mean value of bacterial production was 38×108 cells/(L.h) in the surface waters and 7.1×108 cells/(L.h) in the bottom waters. The relationship between bacterial production, heterotrophic activity, POC and DOC measured during this survey were discussed. The good understanding of the relationship between bacteria activity and total coliform was addressed.  相似文献

本文根据１９８８年１０月２０～２４日“向阳红０９号”调查船在奄美大岛以西海区进行调查时，在陆架斜坡上的表均温层的底部，即５０ｍ附近的深层上，出现一个黑潮锋面涡。不论在平面上形成的特点，还是在断面上水系配置的形式，它与春季黑潮锋面涡的特征极为相似。说明秋季东海同样存在陆架水与黑潮水在水平方向交换与混合。  相似文献
