Effects of chemical ecological adjustment and control experiment on phytoplankton community in the Aoshan Bay

There is a low nutrient level in the Aoshan Bay. In June 1999, the chemical adjustmentand control experiment was made in the Aoshan Bay. Following tracts investigation was carried out before the experiment and on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 45th day/after the experiment. While the variance of amount of phytoplankton, the replacement of superior species and the species composition of phytoplankton were researched. The results show that the amount of phytoplankton in the Aoshan Bay rises gradually after the experiment. Ceratium macroceros Cleve of pyrophyta was the dominant species before the experiment, its dominant index was 37.7％. Six days after the experiment, its dominant index dropped to 17.6％ . Meanwhile the dominant index of Asterionella japanics Cleve rose from 7.1％ to 39.2％ , it became the first dominant species. Forty-five days after the experiment, the amount of phytoplankton in the Aoshan Bay was 5.15 to 137.32 times more than that in 1997.  相似文献   

In situ determination on food consumption and ecological conversion efficiency of a marine fish species, Hyporhamphus sajori

The food consumption and ecological conversion efficiency of a species marine pelagic andsmall size fish, Hyporhamphus sajori, were determined by using in situ stomach content method presented by Eggers. The results showed that: (1) the fish was taken in food all day, so empty-stomach rate was very low, taking up about 4.5% of the total determined fish number. However, the fish still has significant daily feeding rhythm. A feeding peak was found 0:00 o'clock at night, but feeding level was always high in the daytime; (2) relationship between instantaneous food content in stomach and corresponding time could be described as S_t = a ·e ~(-b ·t). There was not significant difference of instantaneous gastric evacuation rate between two determinations, with average value being 0.13 × 10~(-2)g/ (g·d) (wet weight); (3) the daily food consumption tended to change in irregular waving form, with average value being (10.16×l0~(-2)±1.19×l0~(-2) g/ (g·d) (wet weight) or (55.56 × 10~(-2) ±6.51 × 10~(-2) kJ/  相似文献   

酶解条件对条斑紫菜单细胞成活率影响的比较研究

该文分别选用不同浓度的海螺酶 ;葡萄糖、蔗糖、甘露醇、山梨醇、氯化钠 5种渗透剂 ;维生素 C和甘露醇 2种抗氧化剂 ;对条斑紫菜酶解单细胞的成活率进行了研究。实验结果表明 :用浓度为 10 %的海螺酶酶解条斑紫菜 ,成活率最高 ;选用 2 mol/ L葡萄糖作渗透剂 ,效果最好 ,成活率达85.2 % ;加入抗氧化剂对细胞成活率没有影响  相似文献

Considering the effect of the internal flowing fluid and the external marine environmental condition, the differential equation for the vortex-induced vibration (V1V) of the free spanning pipeline is derived and is discretized by the Hermit interpolation function. The free vibration equation with the damping term is solved by the complex damping method for the natural frequency, and then the effect of fluid damping on the natural frequency of the free spanning pipeline is analyzed.The results show that fluid damping has a significant influence on the damped natural frequency of the free spanning pipeline in the lock-in state, while it has little influence when the pipeline is out of the lock-in state. In the meantime,the change of the free span length has the same effect on the damped natural frequency and the undamped natural frequency.  相似文献

烧伤病人应用CHIMEHERB人工皮的临床评价

本研究初步评价CHIMEHERB人工皮的治疗效果.74例,105个创面应用人工皮:供皮区47个创面,愈合时间平均为9±1.94d(天),油纱布对照为11.7±1.93d(P<0.01);14个浅Ⅱ°新鲜创面,70％在3～5d内逐渐干燥与创面紧密粘附,平均愈合时间为9.8±3.09d;11个存留上皮组织的削痂深Ⅱ°创面,平均5.7±1.7d干燥,平均愈合时间为10.55±3.09d,不需植自体皮;8个削痂刨面至脂肪组织或切痂创面4～9d更植自体皮,其存活率近乎100％,2个创面因残留坏死组织而失败;人工皮应用于16个自体皮间隙创面,除三个网状植皮和一个条状植皮创面失败外,所植自体皮都在人工皮下扩展融合,未观察到占位现象;对后期残余小创面有良好的效果.本研究结果提示人工皮对创面愈合具有有利影响.主要适用于供皮区、浅Ⅱ°新鲜创面、深Ⅱ°脱痂和削痂后存留上皮组织较多的创面、自体皮间隙创面和后期残余小创面,不适宜于深Ⅲ°新鲜创面.  相似文献   

新型抗脑缺血海洋新药989对血栓性大鼠脑缺血的保护作用

该文采用 Fe Cl3局部涂抹损伤血管造成的大鼠大脑中动脉血栓模型 ,以脑梗塞范围、行为障碍、脑组织病理改变为观察指标 ,研究 989对脑血栓所致局部缺血性脑损伤的保护作用。结果表明 :9895.0、10 .0 mg/ kg手术后 30 min舌下静脉注射能明显缩小脑栓塞大鼠 2 4 h后的脑梗塞范围 ;98910 .0 mg/ kg能明显改善脑栓塞大鼠的行为障碍。脑组织病理检查发现 ;98910 .0 mg/ kg组动物大脑中动脉内血栓形成极少或未形成 ,脑组织缺血病变较轻。表明 989对栓塞性脑损伤具有明显的保护作用  相似文献
