Thirty-five new microsatellite loci from the sea cucumbers H olothurian scabra(Jaeger, 1833) and Apostichopus japonicas(Selenka, 1867) were screened and characterized using the method of magnetic bead enrichment. Of the twenty-four polymorphic loci tested, eighteen were consistent with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium after a modified false discovery rate(B-Y FDR) correction, whereas six showed statistically significant deviations(CHS2 and CHS11: P 0.014 790; FCS1, FCS6, FCS8 and FCS14: P 0.015 377). Furthermore, four species of plesiomorphous and related sea cucumbers(Holothurian scabra, Holothuria leucospilota, Stichopus horrens and Apostichopus japonicas) were tested for mutual cross-amplification using a total of ninety microsatellite loci. Although transferability and universality of all loci were generally low, the results of the cross-species study showed that the markers can be applied to identify individuals to species according to the presence or absence of specific microsatellite alleles. The microsatellite markers reported here will contribute to the study of genetic diversity, assisted breeding, and population conservation in sea cucumbers, as well as allow for the identification of individuals to closely related species.  相似文献

The objective of the study is to investigate the suitability of using Pulse-coherent Acoustic Doppler Profiler (PCADP) to estimate suspended sediment concentration (SSC). The acoustic backscatter intensity was corrected for spreading and absorption loss, then calibrated with OBS and finally converted to SSC. The results show that there is a good correlation between SSC and backscatter intensity with R value of 0.74. The mean relative error is 22.4%. Then the time span of little particle size variation was also analyzed to exclude the influence of size variation. The correlation coefficient increased to 0.81 and the error decreased to 18.9%. Our results suggest that the PCADP can meet the requirement of other professional instruments to estimate SSC with the errors between 20% and 50%, and can satisfy the need of dynamics study of suspended particles. Land cultivation and tillage process, and their consequent impacts on soil erosion, have been criticized as the main cause of degradation of land or soil quality. However, purple soils, classified as Regosols in FAO Taxonomy or Entisols in USDA Taxonomy, are formed from purple rocks of the Trias- Cretaceous system, have been developed or at least accelerated the development due to continual tillage operation, especially digging and ridging. The present study took micromorphological investigation on the sedimentary rocks and the soils under different operations of tillage. Results show that the purple rock of Feixiangguan Formation of the Trias system (Tlf) is the easiest to physical weathering and the most fertile soil material enriched in nutrients, and it has been, therefore, mostly cultivated and intensively tilled around the year. It has the fastest soil formation rate. Soil formation rate in the cropland with conventional tillage is higher than that in the forestiand and the grassland. It implies that the artificial brokenness and tillage disturbance play a great role in physical weathering and initiating soil formation processes.  相似文献

Caledonian orogeny is another important tectonic event in South China Block after the breakup of the Rodinia supercontinent. With a view to constrain the tectonic evolution and proto–basin in South China, this paper reports the geochemical and zircon U-Pb dating data of the Ordovician strata in central Hunan, South China. Geochemical features and paleocurrent directions suggest that the lower Ordovician deposited in a passive continental margin basin with a provenance of quartzose components and showing an affinity with the Yangtze Block. U-Pb age data for 260 detrital zircons from upper Ordovician identify three major age populations as: 900–1200 Ma, 1400–1800 Ma and 2400–2700 Ma. The detrital zircon age spectrum as well as the paleocurrent directions suggest that upper Ordovician deposited in a foreland basin and showing a close affinity with the Cathaysia Block. It is also suggest that the lower Ordovician continuously accepted the mineral from the Yangtze Block, whereas the provenance of the upper Ordovician sedimentary basin changed from the Yangtze Block to the Cathaysia Block. This change implies a tectonic movement, which caused the transformation of the proto–basin in the Hunan area in SCB from passive continental margin basin to foreland basin probably took place during late Ordovician. This fact also demonstrate that the Caledonian orogeny in South China Block began no later than 453 Ma, and a new crustal evolution model is proposed.  相似文献

基于1999—2019年地面气象观测资料,对东亚主要沙尘源地(蒙古国、中国新疆和内蒙古)及中国沙源地下游地区的沙尘天气频数演变特征进行了分析,结果表明:蒙古国是沙尘天气发生最严重的地区,且有明显增加的趋势,扬沙、沙尘暴和强沙尘暴均远高于其他区域。中国整体沙尘天气数量显著减少,新疆快速增多,内蒙古和下游地区明显减少。新疆浮尘发生频次最高,近21 a线性倾向呈明显上升趋势;内蒙古扬沙频次最高,强沙尘暴最少,4类天气均呈逐年减少趋势;我国下游地区多发浮尘和扬沙,沙尘暴和强沙尘暴发生次数很少,全部沙尘天气呈减少趋势。1999—2004年为我国沙尘天气高发期,2005—2019年明显减少,其中2010—2014年减少速度最快。沙尘源地对我国沙尘天气总数的贡献持续增大,从2000年初的39%增长到2015年之后的71%。作为沙尘源地,蒙古国对沙尘天气产生的作用有所增强,而内蒙古则在减弱;国内沙尘源地导致的能够影响并扩展至中国下游地区和下游国家的强沙尘天气显著减少。  相似文献

中草药含有多种活性物质,具有抗病助长无残留等特性,在国内外被广泛使用。本试验采用单因素试验设计方法,研究复方中草药(由黄芪、党参、大黄等12种中草药组合而成)不同剂量对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼(Epinephelus lanceolatus ♂×Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀)生长性能、非特异性免疫及消化酶活性的影响。以初始体质量(19.16±0.25) g,体长为(10.63±0.56) cm的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼为试验对象,在基础饲料中分别添加0、0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%和2%复方中草药连续饲喂珍珠龙胆28 d。结果显示,该种复方中草药在添加剂量1.6%以内时,能有效降低石斑鱼的饵料系数(P<0.05),对石斑鱼的增重率和特定生长率影响不显著(P>0.05),但能显著提高石斑鱼血清中总蛋白含量(TP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)以及总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性(P<0.05)。对血清中非特异性免疫酶活性影响结果表明,中草药添加剂量在0.8%和1.2%时能很好地提高石斑鱼的免疫能力。石斑鱼肠道中的脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶活性受该种复方中草药的影响显著(P<0.05),在添加量为1.2%以内显著提高了肠道中脂肪酶活性,胰蛋白酶活性和肠道总蛋白含量,而对淀粉酶活性影响不明显(P>0.05),中草药对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼肠道消化酶活性的影响在添加剂量为1.2%时尤为明显。综合石斑鱼的生长、非特异性免疫和消化性能结果,认为该种复方中草药的最适添加量为1.2%左右。  相似文献

江西相山铀矿田是我国赣杭成矿带西段火山岩系中的热液脉型铀矿田,矿床产于相山火山-侵入杂岩体内部及外侧,在空间上分布不均匀,东南部矿床较少,西北部矿床无论是数量还是品位都明显好于东南部。文章通过相山矿田西北部与东南部地貌形态、花岗斑岩产状、碎斑熔岩物化性质、成矿类型的对比分析,认为这种不均衡的矿床产出规律,不是成矿地质结构差异引起的,而是侵蚀程度不同所致。从矿田西北部到东南部,矿床侵蚀深度逐渐加大。  相似文献
