Surface modeling with very large data sets is challenging. An efficient method for modeling massive data sets using the high accuracy surface modeling method (HASM) is proposed, and HASM_Big is developed to handle very large data sets. A large data set is defined here as a large spatial domain with high resolution leading to a linear equation with matrix dimensions of hundreds of thousands. An augmented system approach is employed to solve the equality-constrained least squares problem (LSE) produced in HASM_Big, and a block row action method is applied to solve the corresponding very large matrix equations. A matrix partitioning method is used to avoid information redundancy among each block and thereby accelerate the model. Experiments including numerical tests and real-world applications are used to compare the performances of HASM_Big with its previous version, HASM. Results show that the memory storage and computing speed of HASM_Big are better than those of HASM. It is found that the computational cost of HASM_Big is linearly scalable, even with massive data sets. In conclusion, HASM_Big provides a powerful tool for surface modeling, especially when there are millions or more computing grid cells.  相似文献

We propose a fundamental theorem for eco-environmental surface modelling(FTEEM) in order to apply it into the fields of ecology and environmental science more easily after the fundamental theorem for Earth's surface system modeling(FTESM). The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH) region is taken as a case area to conduct empirical studies of algorithms for spatial upscaling, spatial downscaling, spatial interpolation, data fusion and model-data assimilation, which are based on high accuracy surface modelling(HASM), corresponding with corollaries of FTEEM. The case studies demonstrate how eco-environmental surface modelling is substantially improved when both extrinsic and intrinsic information are used along with an appropriate method of HASM. Compared with classic algorithms, the HASM-based algorithm for spatial upscaling reduced the root-meansquare error of the BTH elevation surface by 9 m. The HASM-based algorithm for spatial downscaling reduced the relative error of future scenarios of annual mean temperature by 16%. The HASM-based algorithm for spatial interpolation reduced the relative error of change trend of annual mean precipitation by 0.2%. The HASM-based algorithm for data fusion reduced the relative error of change trend of annual mean temperature by 70%. The HASM-based algorithm for model-data assimilation reduced the relative error of carbon stocks by 40%. We propose five theoretical challenges and three application problems of HASM that need to be addressed to improve FTEEM.  相似文献

Histological development of Japanese flounder Paralichthys olivaceus larval skin and ultrastructural difference of skin between reared normal and malpigmented Japanese flounder were studied with light microscopy (LM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the skin develops slowly before the metamorphosis, while at the onset of metamorphosis, the skin develops quickly and becomes complete in structure till about 50d after being hatched. Ultrastructural observation on the normal and malpigmented skins shows that the iridophore and melanophore are adjacent to each other. Profile and structure of the two kinds of pigment cells are more complete in the skin of normal ocular side than in the skin of pigmented blind side. The ultrastructure of typical chloride cell was observed in the skin of Japanese flounder larvae for the first time.  相似文献

为了克服DEM全局误差指标描述DEM精度的缺陷,基于条件模拟(CS)实现了DEM误差曲面的构建。构建了甘肃省董志塬某测区DEM误差曲面,并与普通Kriging(OK)插值结果进行了比较。结果表明,OK具有明显的平滑效应,而CS能准确反映DEM误差的空间波动性。DEM误差对坡度精度的影响分析表明,相比地形复杂的区域,DEM误差严重影响平坦区域的坡度精度;对测区水土流失等级划分结果的分析表明,约有70.2%的网格点的等级划分受DEM误差的影响。  相似文献

The method for surface modelling of land cover scenarios(SMLCS) has been improved to simulate the scenarios of land cover in Eurasia. On the basis of the observation monthly climatic data observed from 2127 weather stations in Eurasia during 1981–2010, the climatic scenarios data of RCP26, RCP45 and RCP85 scenarios released by CMIP5, and the land cover current data of Eurasia in 2010, the land cover scenarios of Eurasia were respectively simulated. The results show that most land cover types would generally have similar changing trends in the future, but with some difference in different periods under the three scenarios of RCP26, RCP45 and RCP85. Deciduous needleleaf forest, mixed forest, shrub land, wetlands and snow and ice would generally decrease in Eurasia during 2010–2100. Snow and ice would have the fastest decreasing rate that would decrease by 37.42% on average. Shrub land would have the slowest decreasing rate that would decrease by 5.65% on average. Water bodies would have the fastest increasing rate that would increase by 28.78% on average. Barren or sparsely vegetated land would have the slowest increasing rate that would increase by 0.76%. Moreover, the simulated results show that climate change would directly impact on land cover change in Eurasia.  相似文献

对中国和日本海域花鲈属的3个种:花鲈(Lateolabrax maculatus)、鲈鱼(L. japoni-cus)和高体鲈(L. latus)的S7核糖体蛋白基因片段序列进行了扩增和序列测定,分析比较了3个种23个个体间的序列差异。在456bp的S7核糖体蛋白基因片段中,3个高体鲈个体中出现了3种单倍型,种内个体间有2个碱基差异;7个花鲈个体中出现了7种单倍型,种内个体间有21个碱基差异;13个鲈鱼个体中出现了12种单倍型,种内个体间有22个碱基差异。结果表明,花鲈属S7核糖体蛋白基因片段序列具有丰富的遗传信息,在亲缘关系较近的物种间也存在显著的序列差异,基于S7核糖体蛋白基因片段序列的NJ和ME系统树经1000次重复抽样检验后得到相似结果,表明S7基因内含子2是适合于研究分子系统发育的分子标记。利用Modeltest选取最佳核苷酸替代模型构建的NJ树表明:花鲈属鱼类由高体鲈分化,花鲈与鲈鱼的亲缘关系很近,而与高体鲈的亲缘关系较远。  相似文献

To investigate the genetic structures and differentiation of different wild populations of white croaker (Pennahia argentara), horizontal starch gel electrophoresis was performed on 133 individuals collected from five different locations in China and Japan. The eleven enzyme systems revealed 15 loci, of which eleven were polymorphic. The percentage ofpolymorphic loci of white croaker populations varied from 6.67% to 53.3.3%; the mean observed and expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.0033 to 0.0133 and 0.0032 to 0.0191, respectively. The expected heterozygosity revealed a low genetic variability for white croaker in comparison with other marine fishes. The genetic distances between populations ranged from 0.00005 to 0.00026. A weak differentiation was observed within each clade and between clades; and no significant differences in gene frequencies among populations were observed in white croaker. Among the five populations, three Chinese populations showed more genetic diversity than that in Japanese populations.  相似文献

Simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers were obtained for the large yellow croaker Pseudosciaena crocea using 1 205 expressed sequences tags (ESTs) from the NCBI database. Primers for 48 ESTSSR loci were designed and screened with 30 P.crocea specimens captured from Guanjingyang sea area in Fujian Province of China. Sixteen of the loci were polymorphic, which were amplified with 3 to 11 alleles per locus and the mean of 6.13. The observed and expected heterozygosity per locus ranged from 0.091 to 0.844 (mean 0.544) and from 0.118 to 0.892 (mean 0.644), respectively. Polymorphic information content (PIC) ranged from 0.115 to 0.866 (mean 0.593). The results for cross-species amplification of the 16 large yellow croaker EST-SSRs on P. polyactis, C. niveatus, C. lucidus, A. argentatus and J. belengeri revealed that 14, 12, 11, 7 and 6 loci were successfully amplified with 1 to 10 alleles with an average of 4.5 per locus, respectively, which are suitable for population genetics studies of these species and useful for phylogenetic relationship analysis among these species. Overall, this study provides a set of type I markers for population genetics studies and genome mapping for large yellow croaker and its closely related species.  相似文献

基于全国第二次土壤普查得到的6 241个典型土壤剖面数据,采用主成分分析方法和径向基函数神经网络模型建立不同植被类型—土纲单元内土壤有机质与气候、地形和植被等环境因子间的非线性关系,模拟全国表层土壤有机质的空间分析格局。结果表明,该模型具有较准确的预测能力,性能指数达到1.94。与普通克里格法、反比距离法和多元回归模型相比,神经网络模型对621个验证点模拟结果与实测值的相关系数为0.799,分别提高了0.265、0.181和0.120,平均绝对误差分别降低了4.25、4.43和2.34 g/kg,平均相对误差分别降低了30.16%、32.66%和5.93%,均方根误差则分别降低了8.61、8.24和6.24 g/kg;从模拟结果图来看,神经网络模型能够提供更多的细节信息。该方法为大尺度土壤性质空间分布模拟提供了有益的参考。  相似文献

To investigate the tissue-specificities of isozymes and the genetic structure of wild spotted halibut (Verasper variegates) population, horizontal starch gel electrophoresis was performed on 45 individuals collected in part of the Yellow Sea. The performances of 17 isozymes in 8 kinds of tissues or organs were screened preliminarily in a TC-7.0 buffer system. The results showed that the screened isozymes displayed remarkable tissue-specificities. Finally, 14 enzymes (AAT, ADH, EST, GPI, G3PDH, IDHP, LAP, LDH, MDH, MPI, PGDH, PGM, SDH and SOD) and 4 kinds of tissues (eye, skeleton muscle, liver and heart) were selected for genetic analysis. Fourteen isozymes are encoded by 20 loci, and 9 of them are polymorphic. The polymorphic loci are AAT-1*. GPI-2* G3PDH*, IDHP-1*, LDH*, MPI*, PGM-1*. PGM-2* and SDH*, and the proportion of polymorphic loci is 0.4500 (P0.99). The mean values of observed and expected heterozygosities are 0.027 8 and 0.026 5, respectively and the average effective number of alleles is 1.067 5.  相似文献
