This paper studies the vibrational nonlinear dynamics of nitrous oxide with Fermi coupling between the symmetric stretching and bending coordinates by classical dynamical potential approach. This is a global approach in the sense that the overall dynamics is evidenced by the classical nonlinear variables such as the fixed points and the focus are on a set of levels instead of individual ones. The dynamics of nitrous oxide is demonstrated to be not so much dependent on the excitation energy. Moreover, the localized bending mode is shown to be ubiquitous in all the energy range studied.  相似文献

A full length amphioxus cDNA, encoding a novel phosducin-like protein (Amphi-PhLP),was identified for the first time from the gut cDNA library of Branchiostoma belched. It is comprised of 1 550 bp and an open reading frame (ORF) of 241 amino acids, with a predicted molecular mass of approximately 28 kDa. In situ hybridization histocbemistry revealed a tissue-specific expression pattern of Amphi-PhLP with the high levels in the ovary, and at a lower level in the hind gut and testis, hepatic caecum, gill, endostyle, and epipharyngeal groove, while it was absent in the muscle, neural tube and notochord. In the Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells transfected with the expression plasmid pEGFP-NIIAmphi-PhLP, the fusion protein was targeted in the cytoplasm of CHO cells, suggesting that Amphi-PhLP is a cytosolic protein. This work may provide a framework for further understanding of the physiological function of Amphi-PhLP in B. belcheri.  相似文献

水声定位系统中, 声线弯曲是造成定位误差大的主要原因, 本文针对该问题提出了一种迭代适应点分层(IAPL)的声线修正算法, 将声速剖面筛选分层修正声线。首先搭建水声定位模型, 通过拟合目标海域的监测数据, 得到声速高次函数; 其次探究声线弯曲时目标位置与掠射角的关联性, 由此构造出声线插值函数并求解路径参数; 最后提出划分原则, 精简声速剖面分层。仿真结果表明, 所提算法定位误差较低, 分层精简率均维持在48.04%的水平, 使计算量平均下降可达50.27%, 能够最大程度保留声速剖面的原始特征, 减少分层数量, 提高计算效率。  相似文献

Compaction bands are localized failure patterns that appear in highly porous rock material under the effect of relatively high confining pressure. Being affected mainly by volumetric compression, these bands appear to be almost perpendicular to the most compressive principal stress of a stress state at the so-called “cap” of the yield surface (YS). In this study, we focus on the mechanism that leads to the onset of compaction bands by using a viscoplasticity model able to describe the post-localization response of these materials. The proposed constitutive framework is based on the overstress theory of Perzyna (1966) and the anisotropic clay plasticity model of Dafalias (1986), which provides not only the necessary “cap” of the YS, but introduces a rotational hardening (RH) mechanism, thus, accounting for the effect of fabric anisotropy. Following the analysis of Veveakis and Regenauer-Lieb (2015), we identify the compaction bands as “static” cnoidal wave formations in the medium that occur at a post-yield regime, and we study the effect of rotational and isotropic hardening on their onset. Moreover, we determine a theoretical range of confining pressures in triaxial compression tests for the compaction bands to develop. Under the assumption of coaxiality between stress and anisotropy tensors, the results show that the isotropic hardening promotes compaction localization, whereas the RH has a slightly negative effect on the onset of compaction localization.  相似文献

集合降维变分同化方法ERDVar不需要求解切线性模式和伴随模式,不仅能减少同化计算量,而且能够提供“流依赖”的背景误差协方差矩阵。本文提出用NMC初始扰动生成方法和分区同化方案,来解决初始扰动样本生成问题和全球同化局地化问题,最终实现将ERDVar应用到全球中期数值预报模式T106L19。试验结果表明:①使用ERDVar方法能够有效提取真实增量信息,提高全球同化精度。②用NMC方法产生的扰动样本反映预报误差结构特征,在预报过程中不容易衰减,同化后至少使预报误差降低10%。③与全球ERDVar同化试验相比,分区ERDVar同化试验各变量平均的均方根误差降低14%,计算代价进一步降低。分区ERDVar方法和NMC样本的联合应用使同化改进效果更稳定。  相似文献

A huge collection of solar images to visualize sunspot are acquired by various solar observatories spread across the globe. This necessitates efficient tools for detecting and analyzing the sunspots encompassing diverse solar features. One such contribution is delivered in this work by exploiting the intrinsic intensity variations of solar images associated with sunspots and their attributes. The presented mechanism initially, pre-processes the acquired solar images by correcting the intensity variations introduced while profiling from the sun center to the limb followed by smoothening using a localized window. The resultant is then differenced from the global threshold that is obtained as a result of the statistical analysis computed over the probability distribution function of the input image. This arrangement offers higher discerning variations concerned with the local contextual structures related to sunspot, umbra, and penumbra. Also, it captures the major gradient variation between these regions that adds to the pixel heterogeneity surrounding them to finally render an automatic sunspot detection mechanism distinguishing the diverse solar regions. Receiver Operating Characteristics (ROC) investigation on annual solar images in Flexible Image Transport System (FITS) format reveals the presented method’s efficacy. Also, Pearson correlation analysis of the evaluated sunspot numbers from the detected sunspots with the solar catalog reveals the scheme’s detection closeness. 创伤弧菌是一种海洋环境中的重要病原菌。细菌脂蛋白是一类细菌重要的具有不同生理功能的膜蛋白,以大肠杆菌为代表的经典革兰氏阴性菌脂蛋白分泌规律遵循“+2规则”。为探究海洋环境中革兰氏阴性菌的细菌脂蛋白分泌机制是否有别于其他环境中的革兰氏阴性菌,本研究克隆并表达了创伤弧菌的MFP4脂蛋白,该脂蛋白N端成熟肽段第二位(+2位)氨基酸为甘氨酸,根据“+2规则”理论上应定位于细胞外膜。实验利用细菌外膜小体分离鉴定法,在表达MFP4重组脂蛋白的创伤弧菌中对其进行细胞定位后发现, MFP4生物合成后定位于细胞内膜。实验进一步构建了MFP4蛋白N端序列与红色荧光蛋白RFP的融合脂蛋白基因MFP4tether-RFP并在创伤弧菌中表达,细胞定位结果发现该重组融合脂蛋白仍然定位于细胞内膜,说明MFP4成熟脂蛋白的N端携带内膜细胞定位的信息。实验同时构建并表达了外膜脂蛋白LptE的N端序列与RFP的融合重组脂蛋白LptEtether-RFP,该蛋白具有与MFP4相同的N端+2位氨基酸(Gly+2),与MFP4 tether-RFP融合脂蛋白仅有(+3—+10位)8个氨基酸序列的差异。实验发现该融合脂蛋白定位于...  相似文献
