在数字技术日渐渗透进日常生活世界的过程中,数字技术成为地理学研究关注的对象,地理学研究出现“数字转向”。在以城市为主体的数字地理研究不断涌现之时,乡村也日益融入全球信息与技术网络过程中,数字技术的发展向乡村渗透,乡村的“数字化”研究理应受到重视。数字技术在多个层面影响乡村的发展,从城乡数字鸿沟、乡村重构和后人文主义视角下的身体三个角度梳理数字地理研究背景下数字技术对乡村的影响。城乡数字鸿沟是乡村数字技术研究关注的重点。信息通信技术、数字基础设施等的城乡差异使得城乡数字鸿沟扩大,而乡村的数字化发展有利于推动城乡互联互通,缩减城乡鸿沟。乡村在与数字技术邂逅过程中,日益转变为混杂空间,数字技术重构了乡村性和乡村关系网络。在后人类主义的视域下,数字技术的发展改变了身体的意义。数字技术发展背景下的身体实践能够反映乡村社会中人地关系互动的变化,也深化了对人类主体能动性的认识。呼应地理学的“数字转向”,研究从城乡、乡村和身体尺度思考数字技术与乡村发展的关系,有益于从其相互联系中探索乡村振兴的多元化路径,为乡村研究和乡村振兴提供新的思路。  相似文献

Recent viewpoints concerning the state of research in transport geography have touched on the issue of insularity and the need to bridge the divide between the largely spatial–analytical or quantitative research in transport geography and the critical or qualitative research prevalent in urban, economic, and most other subfields of human geography. Transport geography has been criticized by some for being a quiet corner of our discipline that has lost its centrality largely because it remains within the analytical framework of the 1960s. This article explores these sentiments by reexamining recent transport-oriented research in highly cited geography journals to assess the degree to which the qualitative–quantitative divide exists within transport geography and between transport and other subfield in human geography, as well as to explore issues of productivity and centrality of transport-oriented research in geography. Results indicate that geographical research involving transport topics is much more prevalent and reflects a wider range of epistemological and methodological approaches than is frequently assumed. Nevertheless, there is still a considerable divide between “mainstream” transport geography and other human geographical research that necessitates much more interaction between transport and other subfields and greater incorporation of alternative research approaches within the mainstream of transport geography. To that end, we propose a preliminary critical transport geography research agenda that is open to a variety of methodological approaches, including quantitative analysis.  相似文献

The recent phenomenon of relative metropolitan decline and non-metropolitan growth is set into two broader frameworks: first, decentralization is an expected consequence of earlier industrialization and metropolitanization; and, second, the change follows a parallel shift in power, industrialization, and urbanization from the core to the periphery of the country. Evidence is found for both. The older industrial states thus exhibit non-metropolitan growth, whereas many newly industrializing states continue to show vigorous metropolitanization.  相似文献

This article demonstrates how the Lorenz Curve and the Gini coefficient can be used to measure inequalities in home personal computer (PC) ownership in the United States at the national, regional, and state levels. Our empirical investigation, based on supplemental data from the Current Population Survey of the U.S. Census, indicates that income inequalities are substantially smaller within white households owning a PC than African American households, at all geographic scales. While income inequalities among PC owners (households) have decreased between 1994 and 2001 in all regions and states, the magnitude of this inequality has declined more rapidly among whites compared to African Americans.  相似文献

川西北双鱼石地区栖霞组超深层碳酸盐岩储层横向非均质性强、构造复杂、钻井多、井下天然气产量差别大。利用OVT域五维地震数据对该套储层开展了裂缝预测、含气性检测和实钻井验证分析。首先基于OVT域不同方位地震属性所存在的差异来检测碳酸盐岩储层裂缝、溶洞。其次是分方位属性分析,寻找含气地震响应特征更敏感的优势方位范围,该优势方位内更有利于含气性检测。两方面的研究工作在双鱼石区块栖霞组裂缝预测和含气性检测方面都取得了良好的应用效果,研究表明:双鱼石地区栖霞组裂缝发育程度较高,主要发育三种方向的裂缝,多数裂缝与断裂走向斜交;垂直断裂方向地震数据突出方位各向异性,有利于小断层识别;平行断裂方向地震数据可以较好规避断裂导致的各向异性,突出油气响应特征,更有利于油气检测。有针对性叠前、叠后含气性检测方法能有效地预测研究区栖霞组储层及含气性展布特征,天然气富集区主要分布在研究区的中部和东南部,并沿NE-SW向呈连片条带状展布。  相似文献

Providing an introduction to the special section ‘Close encounters: ethnographies of the coproduction of space by the urban poor’, this article sets out to argue that the image of ‘the informal’ as unruly, messy and dirty continues to inform urban planning around the world. As a reaction to this view, it contends that the informal and formal should be analysed as interconnected and that the informal sphere should be revalued. Urban development is studied as close encounters between established practices, with a locus and a history (tree‐like), and newly emerging, unstable and untraceable practices (rhizomatic). Contrary to the tendency in urban planning to conflate the formal with the tree and the informal with the rhizome, we argue that from the perspective of marginal urbanites, formal planning tends to be very arbitrary and frightening (rhizomatic), whereas informal practices can be very predictable and stable (arboreal). The article analyses residents of marginalized urban areas as inventive navigators who explore the changing physical, spatial and sociopolitical environment, avoiding threats and looking for opportunities, grounded in their everyday practices and life histories. The article concludes that marginal urbanites should be acknowledged as coproducers of urban space and that the right to ‘coproduce’ the city lies at the heart of the call for the right to the city.  相似文献
