资源环境安全问题始终是世界各国持续发展的核心任务和基本需求。考虑到单要素和整体两大分析方法的不足 ,作者提出了一种具有针对性的要素综合分析方法。根据世界 10个人口 1亿以上国家的抽样分析表明 ,土地、水资源、矿产及生态环境的整体状态是决定国家资源环境安全的基本要素群体。与此同时 ,为了改善国家 ,特别是发展中国家的资源环境脆弱状态和提高其稳定程度 ,第一是严格控制人口增长 ;第二是努力推进本国资源环境开发的国际化进程 ;第三是增大智力投入以提高资源深化加工程度 ;第四是加大本国生态环境保护力度。  相似文献

Comparison of food compositon of clupeid fishes in the Bohai Sea

Analysis of stomach contents of samples of clupeid fishes (Japanese anchovy, half-fin anchovy, zunas' scaled sardine, rednosed glassnose and tapertail anchovy) collected from the catches of a 1982–1984 fishery resource survey showed they are zooplanktonivorous. Similar food groups, such as copepoda. Chaetognatha, Amphipoda and Mysidacea were found in the stomach. Dietary similarity coefficients were studied to evaluate the degree of similarity in the dietary species-pairs. Seasonal variation is discussed. 非洲粮食生产与发展面临着诸多的困难与挑战,其粮食问题一直是国际社会关注的热点之一。本文研究的非洲粮食问题主要是指其粮食生产、消费及其自给能力方面存在的问题,从时间与空间视角对非洲粮食此类问题的演化过程和成因进行了初步探讨。时间视角上,考虑到20世纪90年代中期到21世纪初期非洲粮食问题表现较为典型,同时限于相关数据获取因素故,仅研究了1994-2007年,非洲粮食生产量、粮食消费量及生产性粮食缺口量的演化;空间视角上,从整体与区域两个层面,探讨了非洲不同粮食自给类型国家的空间差异及演化。最后提出解决非洲粮食问题的相关对策与建议。  相似文献   

土地生态安全资源型关键地段识别——以黄河三角洲惠民县为例

资源型关键地段对于维护和控制区域土地生态系统安全具有关键性作用。通过构建一套资源型关键地段识别指标体系,在以行政区为基本识别单元的基础上,识别出行政单元内地类斑块尺度的资源型关键地段。将惠民县划分为6类地域,即关键地段、关键地段保护区、一般地段、干扰地段、干扰区及交汇区,分别占全县总面积的6.39%、19.70%、50.61%、7.93%、15.37%和6.89%。资源型关键地段所占比重小,反映出地区整体生态环境水平较低;一般地段基本以耕地为主,具有随季节交替变化、物种单一、稳定性差等特点;交汇区具有保护需求强烈和受干扰程度明显的双重特性,在现实土地利用与管理过程中需得到高度重视。  相似文献
