We present a reactive data structure, that is, a spatial data structure with detail levels. The two properties, spatial organization and detail levels, are the basis for a geographic information system (GIS) with a multi-scale database. A reactive data structure is a novel type of data structure catering to multiple detail levels with rapid responses to spatial queries. It is presented here as a modification of the binary space partitioning tree that includes the levels of detail. This tree is one of the few spatial data structures that does not organize space in a rectangular manner. A prototype system has been implemented. An important result of this implementation is that it shows that binary space partitioning trees of real maps have O(n) storage space complexity in contrast to the theoretical worst case O(n2 ), with n the number of line segments in the map.  相似文献

Three different methods to analyse fine sediment deposits on a gravel bar using pictures are presented in this paper. A manual digitization and deposits zone delineation are performed as well as two different automated procedures. The three methods are applied on aerial pictures taken in 2006 by a drone from a height around 150 m above the study site. Two other sets of pictures taken in 2010 are also studied: the first set was obtained from the left side bank of the river at approximately 15m above the gravel bar whereas the second one was taken from a helicopter flying 600~m above the ground. These methods were used to estimate the surface of fine sediment deposits before and after flushing events. They yield similar results even if the first automated procedure is able to capture smaller patches of fine sediments. The total surface of fine sediment deposits seems to be similar before and after a flushing event, but the distribution appears quite different. Before a flushing event, a significant amount of fine sediment deposits are mixed with coarser sediments. After the flushing event, one can observe more large fine sediment deposits located on the downstream part of the secondary channel and at the channel margin. Most of the small fine sediment deposit patches were washed out. A short discussion is provided on the possible dynamics of fine sediment deposits over the gravel bar.  相似文献

基于1951—2018年衢州市椪柑采摘期降水量、雨日、日照时数、相对湿度等逐日气象资料,应用统计分析和小波分析方法,分析椪柑采摘期连阴雨天气变化特征及其大气环流背景。结果表明:1951—2018年衢州椪柑采摘期连阴雨日数、次数和强度呈略微增加趋势、滑动3 d无雨次数呈减少趋势;滑动3 d无雨次数存在明显的5 a、7 a和15 a左右的年际和年代际周期变化规律,并且均呈现缩短趋势;椪柑采摘期连阴雨较强年亚欧地区呈两高一低的径向型环流,强冷空气南下活动较频繁、东移缓慢,偏南暖湿气流活跃,致使冷暖空气在中国长江中下游地区长时间交汇,导致连阴雨天气。  相似文献

在井间地震初至走时层析成像中,随着相邻地质体速度差的增大,使得射线分布不均匀,以及网格剖分不合适,导致层析成像结果不理想.物理和数值模型的井间走时层析成像表明:当速度差超过300%时,层析结果畸变较大;在300%~150%之间时,层析结果较好;低于150%时,层析结果好.在此基础上,提出了井间多尺度初至走时层析成像方法,即对同一模型采用多种网格剖分来同时进行层析成像,以获得研究区域的速度图像.数学和物理模型的井间多尺度走时层析结果表明:该方法很好地兼顾了层析成像的分辨率和精度,极大地改善了井间地震层析成像的质量.即使速度差超过30%,其多尺度的层析结果仍然较好.因此,这种方法具有实际应用的潜力.  相似文献

Knowledge of landscape type can inform cartographic generalization of hydrographic features, because landscape characteristics provide an important geographic context that affects variation in channel geometry, flow pattern, and network configuration. Landscape types are characterized by expansive spatial gradients, lacking abrupt changes between adjacent classes; and as having a limited number of outliers that might confound classification. The US Geological Survey (USGS) is exploring methods to automate generalization of features in the National Hydrography Data set (NHD), to associate specific sequences of processing operations and parameters with specific landscape characteristics, thus obviating manual selection of a unique processing strategy for every NHD watershed unit. A chronology of methods to delineate physiographic regions for the United States is described, including a recent maximum likelihood classification based on seven input variables. This research compares unsupervised and supervised algorithms applied to these seven input variables, to evaluate and possibly refine the recent classification. Evaluation metrics for unsupervised methods include the Davies–Bouldin index, the Silhouette index, and the Dunn index as well as quantization and topographic error metrics. Cross validation and misclassification rate analysis are used to evaluate supervised classification methods. The paper reports the comparative analysis and its impact on the selection of landscape regions. The compared solutions show problems in areas of high landscape diversity. There is some indication that additional input variables, additional classes, or more sophisticated methods can refine the existing classification.  相似文献

A novel automated trinocular stereo imaging system (ATSIS) is developed for non-intrusively measuring the temporal evolution of three-dimensional wave characteristics. The system consists of three progressive digital cameras to provide three independent stereo-pairs, i.e. left–right, left–center, and center–right, for accurately estimating depth of a scene. A third camera assists to resolve correspondence problems due to specular reflection on the water surface and provides additional constraints on image matching, dramatically reducing the chance of a mismatch. An oblique configuration for the trinocular system effectively increases spatial coverage, allowing observations of wave phenomena over a broad range of spatial scales. The height resolution is increased with the optical axes of the cameras pointed at an oblique angle with respect to vertical surface wave displacements. A new exterior calibration procedure is developed in this paper to determine the orientation of cameras in the field. Field experiments demonstrate that ATSIS can robustly measure hundreds of matched image points in seconds, allowing fast extraction of the temporal evolution of a three-dimensional surface wave field.  相似文献

近年来快速发展的机器学习算法显著提高了震相拾取的精度和效率。 采用卷积神经网络和递归神经网络的震相识别方法对银川台阵2019年6~7月的连续波形数据进行事件检测和P、 S震相拾取, 并通过快速震相关联和事件定位得到了银川地区较全的地震目录。 结果表明, 当震相数小于10时, 虽然可以检测出较多事件, 但分布呈弥散状, 与区域地震活动特征不符。 进一步对震相数≥10的事件进行了人工复核。 总体而言, 随着震相数量的增加, 事件的误检率逐步降低。 震相数16是该地区自动检测和定位结果准确性的拐点。 当震相数≥20时, 全部召回了地震目录中的13个地震事件, 二者平均定位差异4.27 km。 经过人工复核, 检测到的真实地震事件为区域内地震目录中事件数量的9倍。 本文使用的基于机器学习和快速震相关联和定位方法的流程可在确保准确率的基础上降低人工检测的难度, 提高地震检测的效率。  相似文献

A new, relatively low cost instrument has been developed to detect the presence of fog or cloud for fog/cloud sampling applications. The instrument uses attenuation of an 880 nm light emitting diode signal to detect cloud/fog drops in the optical path between a sending and receiving arm. Laboratory and field testing under a variety of conditions and fog types were carried out to determine the ability of the optical fog detector (OFD) to accurately detect cloud/fog presence as well as to provide some measure of liquid water content. Results indicated that the OFD provided a reliable estimate of fog presence as well as a reasonable estimate of liquid water content (LWC) under several different conditions. The OFD does appear to have an interference from rain, resulting in an overestimation of LWC during rainfall. This may occasionally give a false positive indication of fog presence.  相似文献

目前岩石力学参数测定,受限于探头及数据采集设备,多在实验室环境完成,同时,传统超声收发探头对接触面平整度要求较高,需要对岩石表面打磨处理,且需要涂抹导声糊。这些都极大限制了超声测量系统的应用范围。为实现对岩石钻孔内的长效监测,对声波发射、接收机制及岩石内超声信号的频域特性进行分析,通过AIC算法拾取波前初至,利用小波去噪和改进AIC法(NAIC)求波初至到达精确时间,研究了基于干耦合岩石内部参数测量系统,在岩石内部实现了超声信号的发射接收、信号瞬态触发、高速采集,并将最终结果通过无线方式传输至数据记录仪。分别对Φ50 mm×100 mm花岗岩及砂岩岩样进行了超声波传输参数测量,Φ114 mm×280 mm花岗岩岩样测量距离分别为150、200 mm,利用NAIC、STA/LTA、MER、ETA 4种算法对该数据进行处理,并与第三方仪器测定结果进行比较。结果表明:基于干耦合声波测速采集系统,对不同工作接触面适应性较好,数据误差在规范允许范围内。小波降噪适用于背景干扰少、频率范围集中的超声接收信号,在到时拾取方面,除STA/LTA外其余3种算法在去噪后的到时拾取精度均得到有效提高,其中尤以NAIC法最为明显,到时平均误差由1.21 ?s锐减至0.19 ?s。  相似文献

通过对乌海4.6级地震前CO2观测值处理,并应用“九五”攻关研究新成果中多种数学方法进行异常提取和分析,得到了滤波、比值、单点速率等分析计算结果,有效地在震前1个月提取到地震短临前兆异常,说明CO2这种新方法能在地震短临预报中发挥较好的作用。  相似文献
