This study investigates the dynamic interaction of time harmonic plane waves with a pair of parallel circular cylindrical cavities of infinite length buried in a boundless porous elastic fluid-saturated medium. The novel features of Biot dynamic theory of poroelasticity along with the appropriate wave field expansions, the pertinent boundary conditions, and the translational addition theorems for cylindrical wave functions are employed to develop a closed-form solution in the form of infinite series. The analytical results are illustrated with numerical examples in which two empty cavities are insonified by a fast compressional or a shear wave at end-on incidence. The basic dynamic field quantities such as the hoop stress amplitude and the radial displacement of the elastic frame are evaluated and discussed for representative values of the parameters characterizing the system. The effects of the proximity of the two cavities, the incident wave frequency and type are examined. Particular attention has been focused on multiple scattering interactions in addition to the slow wave coupling effects which is known to be the primary distinction of the scattering phenomenon in poroelasticity from the classical elastic case. Limiting case involving two empty cylindrical cavities in an elastic solid is considered and excellent agreement with a well-known solution is established.  相似文献

在流固耦合研究中经常采用有效应力原理,Biot系数的确定为其中困难之一。为了研究含裂纹大理岩中Biot系数演化规律,在三轴压缩塑性变形后期阶段的不同轴向变形条件下,进行轴向压力加卸载循环;并在轴向压力卸载末期对岩样施加孔隙水压力。通过记录试样的变形,在Shao提出的Biot系数计算方法的基础上,计算轴向和侧向Biot系数。得到了不同围压条件下轴向和侧向Biot系数随轴向变形的演化规律,并对此进行了深入分析。结果表明:(1)Biot系数表现为各向异性,三轴压缩试验时,试样中大部分裂纹沿最大正应力方向扩展,是造成这种现象的直接原因;(2)轴向和侧向Biot系数随着轴向变形的增大而增大,轴向变形的增大引起岩样中裂纹扩展,导致Biot系数增大;(3)低围压条件下轴向和侧向Biot系数均比高围压条件下的值大,这是由于破坏方式不同引起的。  相似文献

利用Biot固结理论和积分方程方法研究了表面有堆载的层状地基中单桩负摩擦问题。根据层状饱和土的圆形载荷基本解得出了单桩在圆形均布载荷作用下在时间域内的第二类Fredholm积分方程组。运用Laplace变换对上述积分方程组进行简化。再结合传递和刚度矩阵传递到各个层中去,对变换域内的积分方程采用Schapery 逆变换方法得到时域内单桩的近似积分方程。求解积分方程组并进行相应的数值逆变换,就可得出层状地基中的单桩在表面圆形均布载荷作用下的位移、轴力、孔压和桩侧摩阻力随时间的变化情况。计算结果表明,桩侧剪力和孔压分层明显。  相似文献

In this paper a finite volume (FV) numerical method is implemented to solve a Biot consolidation model with discontinuous coefficients. Our studies show that the FV scheme leads to a locally mass conservative approach which removes pressure oscillations especially along the interface between materials with different properties and yields higher accuracy for the flow and mechanics parameters. Then this numerical discretization is utilized to investigate different sequential strategies with various degrees of coupling including: iteratively, explicitly and loosely coupled methods. A comprehensive study is performed on the stability, accuracy and rate of convergence of all of these sequential methods. In the iterative and explicit solutions four splits of drained, undrained, fixed-stress and fixed-strain are studied. In loosely coupled methods three techniques of the local error method, the pore pressure method, and constant step size are considered and results are compared with other types of coupling methods. It is shown that the fixed-stress method is the best operator split in comparison with other sequential methods because of its unconditional stability, accuracy and the rate of convergence. Among loosely coupled schemes, the pore pressure and local error methods which are, respectively, based on variation of pressure and displacement, show consistency with the physics of the problem. In these methods with low number of total mechanical iterations, errors within acceptance range can be achieved. As in the pore pressure method mechanics time step increases more uniformly, this method would be less costly in comparison with the local error method. These results are likely to be useful in decision making regarding choice of solution schemes. Moreover, the stability of the FV method in multilayered media is verified using a numerical example.  相似文献

A weak form quadrature element formulation for consolidation analysis of non-homogeneous saturated soil is established based on Biot’s theory. Numerical examples are given, and the results are compared with the analytical solutions available or those from the commercial finite element software ABAQUS, demonstrating accuracy and rapid convergence of quadrature element solutions. The disparity between various treatments of non-homogenous soil is discussed, and the effectiveness and advantages of the quadrature element formulation in consolidation analysis of non-homogeneous soil are demonstrated.  相似文献

Since low permeability rock has the potential to behave as an actual semi-permeable osmotic membrane, chemical osmosis may have an effect on water flow and needs to be accounted for in analysis. Hence, an advanced fully coupled formulation for modelling unsaturated hydro, chemical and mechanical effects is here presented based on modified mixture theory. Firstly, the classical Darcy’s law has been modified to include the chemical potential. Secondly, the mechanical deformation, which affects the permeability, has been coupled with the water and chemical flows by using Helmholtz free energy and the Gibbs–Duhem equation. Finally, an illustrative numerical example with relevance to radioactive waste disposal has been analysed to investigate the performance of the coupled formulation and the relative influence of parameters.  相似文献

对于Biot固结方程中的连续性方程形式,不同的研究者存在分歧。在详细分析了Biot推导固结方程的过程后,发现其在推导固结方程时用到的弹性应变能密度函数存在错误。为了得到正确的连续性方程,采用两种思路进行了分析:①通过对土体单元变形的分析,得到了考虑土体颗粒和流体可压缩性的连续性方程;②按照Biot推导固结方程的思路,通过修正推导过程中用到的弹性应变能密度函数得到了连续性方程。上述两种思路得到的连续性方程是等价的,同时将上述连续性方程和其他研究者通过质量守恒得到的连续方程进行了对比,结果是一致的,从而确定了连续性方程的正确形式,并澄清了目前在Biot固结方程中的连续性方程上存在的分歧,所得结论可为固结方程的解析或数值计算提供依据。  相似文献

The author has studied the transform method of complex stiffness, which is strongly dependent on frequency, to the time domain. In this paper, new transform methods that use only the real part or the imaginary part data are proposed. By applying them to example problems, it is confirmed that the accuracy of the proposed methods is almost high in both causal and noncausal cases. These methods can also be thought as a standby for the Hilbert transform, because the undefined part is easily calculated by the recovering complex function from the obtained impulse response. 提出了一种新方法来推导多层地基非轴对称Biot固结问题的传递矩阵,相应的理论推导工作量较少。基于柱坐标系下非轴对称Biot固结的基本方程,通过引入中间变量,并对坐标 进行Fourier级数展开,对时间 和坐标 进行Laplace-Hankel变换,得到了6×6阶和2×2阶的两组常微分方程;然后,两组常微分方程进行关于 的Laplace变换和逆变换,得到了单层地基非轴对称Biot固结问题的传递矩阵;结合边界条件和连续条件,运用传递矩阵法得到多层地基非轴对称Biot固结问题在Laplace-Hankel变换域内的解,通过Laplace-Hankel逆变换得到了该问题物理域的真实解答。编制了计算程序,并进行了数值计算与分析。该方法具有计算速度较快的特点,方便工程应用。  相似文献
