ABSTRACTGeotechnical strata are often treated as horizontally homogeneous for hydromechanical analysis due to the vertical deposition of geological layers; however, such a treatment becomes no longer valid when vertical drilling or construction causes the localized disturbance of subsurface, which would result in radial heterogeneity of geomaterials. This paper presents a poroelastic solution for the saturated multilayered cylinder where multilayer is used to represent radial heterogeneity. After the application of Laplace transform, the governing equations in cylindrical coordinates are derived to obtain the stiffness matrix between stresses, displacements, and pore water pressure. The global matrix is assembled by the boundary conditions and the compatibility of interfaces between adjacent layers. Under time-dependent horizontal compression loads, a parametric study is performed for a cylinder comprised of two layers with distinct properties, and the results show that the load frequency and radial heterogeneity play a significant role in hydromechanical behavior of geomaterials: (1) the time-varying loading can induce a negative pore pressure, and the influence of cyclic loading with a high frequency is limited near the outer surface; (2) the radial heterogeneity due to permeability and compressibility affects the development of pore pressure. 相似文献

土体作为各向异性散粒体材料,其动力特性依赖于所处的应力路径。列车荷载下地基土在最大剪应力空间呈心形线旋转应力状态,但目前还未见室内试验中模拟心形线应力路径的相关研究。首先提出了土体动力响应解的简化拟合形式,并通过典型列车荷载作用下地基土所受应力特征分析验证了该简化形式的合理性。针对目前国际上已有的3类空心圆柱仪(HCA),推导出模拟列车荷载下地基土应力特征的加载方式:(1)双向振动HCA可通过确定轴力和扭矩的应力形式来实现心形线应力路径加载,此时球应力p的变化规律与轴力的加载波形一致,中主应力系数b在内、外压相等时呈余弦变化规律;(2)三向振动HCA在模拟列车荷载下的应力特征时,可以保持p不变或b恒为0.5;(3)四向振动HCA能够通过控制轴力、扭矩和内、外压的共同变化来较全面地模拟列车荷载下土单元体的应力特征,并可实现b为任意合理值且保持不变的前提下p、q之间保持恒定线性关系。并推导了3类HCA的加载参数在正应力均以压应力为主及中主应力方向维持在直径方向时的约束条件。 相似文献

为研究不规则框架隔震结构的地震反应,分别对一个传统抗震结构、一个铅芯叠层橡胶支座隔震结构和四个组合隔震结构(隔震层由铅芯支座和滑板支座组成)进行了弹塑性地震反应时程分析,研究隔震支座参数对隔震效果的影响。结果表明:采用组合隔震技术时,合理选择隔震层的铅芯支座布置位置、滑板支座的摩擦系数和铅芯叠层橡胶支座的型号,可以有效地降低上部结构的扭转效应;对于不规则的建筑隔震结构,为减小地面运动带来的扭转效应,建议采用由铅芯支座和滑板支座组合而成的隔震层,可对上部结构的扭转起到很好的抑制作用。 相似文献

The streamwise flow-induced vibration of a circular cylinder with symmetric vortex shedding in the first instability range is investigated, and a wake oscillator model for the dynamic response prediction is proposed. An approach is applied to calibrate the empirical parameters in the present model; the numerical and experimental results are compared to validate the proposed model. 土体硬化模型已成为基坑数值分析中最常用的本构模型之一,其应用的关键是计算参数的确定。首先采用薄壁取土器现场取得土样,通过基于GDS的三轴固结排水剪切试验、三轴固结排水卸载-再加载试验及标准固结试验获得了上海典型土层土体的三轴试验应力-应变曲线和固结试验荷载-应变关系曲线。然后根据曲线确定了各土层的HS模型参数,建立了各土层HS模型参数中切线模量 、割线模量 、加载模量 的比例关系,并探讨了这些模量与压缩模量 之间的比例关系。最后将各层的模型参数与模量间的比例关系与国内外其他软土地区的结果进行了比较。试验结果可作为上海地区及其他软土地区基坑工程数值分析中确定HS模型参数时的参考。 相似文献

受大体积制样降低土体均衡性及取芯扰动试样的影响,目前在包括主应力轴旋转等复杂应力路径下所开展的重塑软黏土力学特性试验研究的可靠性有待进一步提高。基于真空预压技术设计了制备重塑样的新型装置及方法,具有渗透排水与内壁成型双重作用的竖向排水体、分级施加真空负压以及多个试样同时制作等部件和技术,可快速制备大量空心圆柱试样,所制试样含水率具有较好的均匀性和一致性,减小了后期取芯对试样造成的扰动。开展了主应力轴旋转路径下的相关验证试验,从土体力学性能方面证明了所制试样用于研究复杂应力路径条件下土体性态演变规律的可靠性,为系统研究软黏土静动力学特性与长期稳定性提供了前提。 相似文献

Pre-shear history has been shown to be a critical factor in the liquefaction resistance of sand. By contrast to prior experimental studies in which triaxial shear tests were used to examine the effects of pre-shear on the liquefaction resistance of sand, hollow cylinder torsional shear tests were used in this study to avoid the influence of the inherent anisotropy that is inevitably produced during the sample preparation process because of gravitational deposition. A series of cyclic undrained shear tests were performed on sand samples that had experienced medium to large pre-shear loading. The test results showed that the liquefaction resistance of sand can be greatly reduced by its pre-shear history, and a pre-shear strain within the range from 0.1% to 5% can cause sand to be more prone to liquefaction. During the cyclic shear tests, the samples that had experienced pre-shear loading exhibited different behaviors when cyclic shear loading started in different directions, i.e., the clockwise direction and the counterclockwise direction. If the cyclic loading started in the identical direction as the pre-shear loading, then the mean effective stress of the sand was almost unchanged during the first half of the loading cycle; if the cyclic loading started in the direction opposite to that of the pre-shear loading, then the mean effective stress decreased significantly during the first half of the loading cycle. However, this anisotropic behavior was only remarkable during the first loading cycle. From the second cycle onward, the speeds of the decrease in the mean effective stresses in the two types of shear tests became similar. 相似文献
