A dynamic experiment for oil dispersion into a water column was performed with a 21 m long, 0.5 m wide, and 1 m high wind-driven wave tank. At wind velocity between 6-12 m/s and with the oil slide kept constant (about 1 um), the rate of the oil content increase in the water column could be approximated from the difference between the dispersion rate (R) of the oil slick and the coagulation rate (R') of the dispersed oil slick. Assuming the coagulation rate is directly proportional to the concentration of the water dispersed oil slick (i. e. R' =KC),, the integral form of the dynamic model can be expressed as C=R*[1-exp(-K*t)]/K and parameters R and K can be regressed with a computer. The relative deviation of model results from the experimental data was mainly less than 10%. To use the water resources reasonably in the midstream of Yinma River is of great significance to Changchun City which is short of water. With the runoff data of physical measuring, the paper analyses the characteristics surface rtmoff of the area, by means of the groundwater flow numerical simulation, and represents the characteristics of the groundwater runoff in the area. In view of the pivotal role that continental water storage plays in the Earth’s water, energy and biogeochemical cycles, the
temporal and spatial variations of water storage for large areas are presently not known with satisfactory accuracy. Estimates
of the seasonal storage change vary between less than 50 mm water equivalent in areas with uniform climatic conditions to
450 mm water equivalent in tropical river basins with a strong seasonality of the climate. Due to the lack of adequate ground-based
measurements of water storage changes, the evapotranspiration rate, which depends on the actual climatic and environmental
conditions, is only an approximation for large areas until now, or it is based on the assumption that storage changes level
out for long time periods. Furthermore, the partitioning of the water storage changes among different storage components is
insufficiently known for large scales. The direct measurement of water storage changes for large areas by satellite-based
gravity field measurements is thus of uttermost importance in the field of hydrology in order to close the water balance at
different scales in space and time, and to validate and improve the predictive capacity of large-scale hydrological models.
Due to the high spatial variability of hydrological processes temporal and spatial resolutions beyond that of GRACE are essential

The objective of this study is to experimentally investigate the effectiveness of Tuned Liquid Dampers (TLDs) for suppressing the dynamic response of a platform structure subjected to wave loading and to explore the applicability of TLDs for suppressing the structural vibration of fixed offshore platforms. The experimental model is scaled according to a full size platform by matching its dynamic properties. Rectangular and circular TLDs of various sizes and water depths are examined.The experiments were performed in a 2-D wave flume. The effectiveness of TLDs is evaluated based on their response reduction. By observing the performance and the behavior of TLDs through laboratory experiments, the effects of a number of parameters including container shape, container size, number of dampers, frequency ratio, mass ratio, and incident wave characteristics are investigated. 相似文献
