稀土元素Ce对雨生红球藻生长及虾青素积累影响的研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
采用反相高效液相色谱分析法(RP-HPLC)研究了稀土元素铈(Ce^3+)对雨生红球藻(Haematococcus pluvialis)生长及虾青素积累的影响。结果表明,低质量浓度的Ce^3+对微藻生长和虾青素积累均具有明显的促进作用,当Ce^3+的质量浓度为0.1mgm时,对藻生长的促进效果最佳,细胞密度较对照组提高34%;当Ce^3+的质量浓度为1mg/L时,虾青素质量分数可达到细胞干质量的3.2%,较对照组提高167%。此外,高质量浓度Ce^3+的对雨生红球藻有抑制作用,当Ce^3+的质量浓度高于40mgm时,红球藻的生长完全被抑制,虾青素质量分数也明显降低。 相似文献

Gas hydrate‐bearing sediments (GHBSs) have been considered as a potential energy resource. In this paper, the mechanical properties of GHBS are firstly investigated by the integrated test apparatus for synthesis of GHBS using silty sand as skeleton. Triaxial tests indicate an obvious transition of stress‐strain relationship from strain hardening under low hydrate saturation and strain softening under high hydrate saturation. The hypoplastic models coupled with Drucker‐Prager criterion and the Mohr‐Coulomb criterion are proposed to analyze the stress‐strain relationship of GHBS with considering the effective porosity because of the hydrate filling in the pores of GHBS. The strain hardening and softening behaviors are well predicted with less material parameters compared with the classical models. Compared with the test results, the proposed hypoplastic models are verified to be capable of capturing the salient features of the mechanical behaviors of GHBS under the conditions of little temperature change and no hydrate dissociation. 相似文献

The Neotethyan oceanic Diamante‐Terranova unit (DIATU; southern Apennines–Calabria–Peloritani Terrane system) includes basic rocks that during the Cenozoic were subducted and metamorphosed to lawsonite‐blueschist facies conditions. Petrological and structural observations (both at the meso‐ and micro‐scale) show that lawsonite growth was continuous during three distinctive ductile deformation stages (D1–D3). These likely occurred close to the metamorphic peak, estimated at 350–390°C and 0.9–1.1 GPa, producing an equilibrium assemblage made of blue Na‐amphibole, lawsonite, chlorite and pumpellyite. Locally, pods dominated by quartz and epidote (plus chlorite, calcite and green Ca‐amphibole) developed at similar conditions (350–370°C, 0.8–0.9 GPa). Post‐peak evolution during the final exhumation of the DIATU along the subduction channel, also consisted of three deformation stages, defined by folding (D4) and normal faulting (D5) and finally by strike‐slip faulting (D6), affecting both the blueschist unit and the unconformably overlying Tortonian conglomerates. Vorticity analysis on syn‐tectonic lawsonite crystals indicates that severe flattening occurred during the D2 stage, with a significant secondary non‐coaxial strain component along the W–E plane. This is associated with an eastward tectonic vergence, consistent with the subsequent D3 and D4 folding stages characterized by a dominant ENE tectonic transport. It is suggested that exhumation started from the D2 stage and continued during D3 at similar HP/LT metamorphic conditions. The widespread occurrence of unreacted lawsonite crystals suggests that exhumation was very fast and supports the idea that concurrent ductile deformation might play a role in its preservation. 相似文献

Hydrological and hydrochemical parameters for two mountain basins are presented and compared. The analysis focuses on the hydrology during the winter, the cumulative outflow of sulphate and nitrate from the basin and a mass balance. Lyapunov指数是判断动力学系统演化趋势的主要依据之一。本文根据Lyapunov指数的定义,导出了形变能到达临界状态时地壳中弹性模量与应变状态之间的关系,计算了青海门源6.4级地震过程中不同弹性模量所对应的Lyapunov指数,得出以下结论:(1)在Lyapunov指数稳定的意义下形变能的稳定性与应变张量ε和弹性矩阵D的乘积有关,当2ε~TD大于单位矩阵I时,形变能随应变的变化不稳定;当2ε~TD小于单位矩阵I时,形变能系统稳定。(2)在门源6.4级地震过程中,震后弹性地形变动力学系统的稳定性大于震前的稳定性。 相似文献

The appearance of shear banding in granular materials has been investigated intensively during the last decades and is still of ongoing importance in terms of understanding the stress–strain behaviour of the material, the localization phenomena and the interaction between soil and structure. Only less attention has been paid to the occurrence of systems of shear bands although such systems can be identified in geotechnical structures as well as in geological formations. In this paper we present results of experiments on sand specimens under extensional load in natural gravity as well as in increased gravity in the centrifuge where the influence of the stress level on the geometry of a shear band pattern, specified by the spacing of the shear bands and the angle between failure surfaces and minor stress direction, has been investigated. X‐ray technique has been used to visualize the failure zones inside the specimen, an optical measurement system called Digital Image Correlation has been applied to identify and observe the appearing deformation mechanism on the sides of the specimens in natural gravity as well as during the flight in the centrifuge. It can be shown that the geometry of the shear band pattern is sparsely influenced by the change of the stress level. Copyright © 2004 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献
