耗牛坪稀土矿床之氧化带,广泛分布泥化率为14.33%─24.60%的.黑色土状风化物,其次生REO含量在2.06%─6.67%;Eu_2O_3和Y_2O_3的配分为0.43%─0.63%和1.12%─5.18%,是矿石、工业矿物氟碳铈矿的数倍到数十倍。次生稀土是在弱碱性介质条件下发生分馏而富集中重稀土的,黑色土状风化物中的Mn-Fe非晶质体是富Eu、Y等次生稀土富集体,是选矿矿泥的主要部分,如能综合开发利用将产生巨大的经济和社会效益。 相似文献

Ohio took the lead in mandating the state control of waste by implementing a statewide, integrated solid waste management plan. This paper discusses the shift in management responsibility and key factors affecting variations in the amounts of waste managed by Ohio's 48 solid waste management districts. Federal regulations governing the disposal of high-level radioactive waste in deep, geologic repositories require an assessment of performance over thousands of years. Because of the long regulatory period involved and the complex nature of the events and processes of interest, prediction of the performance of the disposal system will inevitably include uncertainties. These uncertainties come from a variety of sources, and some are quantifiable and others are not. This paper discusses these uncertainties and outlines approaches for their treatment. Recommendations for the potential resolution of current limitations in the treatment of uncertainties in performance assessment are made. Some general issues, as well as a suggested approach for incorporating expert judgment into quantitative performance assessment analysis, are discussed also.This paper was presented (by title) at Emerging Concepts, MGUS-87 Conference, Redwood City, California, 13–15 April 1987. 相似文献

从济南裕兴化工厂含铬废水排放口及小清河等处的污泥中分离到一株属于假单胞菌属的杆菌。该菌在厌氧条件下以Cr(Ⅵ)作为电子受体,有机物作为电子供体,具有很强的还原铬酸盐、重铬酸盐的能力。研究了该菌的生长以及还原Cr(Ⅵ)的最适条件,并以生活污水为基质进行了实际净化含铬废水的实验,发现该菌生长迅速,还原Cr(Ⅵ)速率高,生态稳定性好,可用于含铬废水的净化。 相似文献

Due to the increasing pressure from the European Union, in the last decade the waste management landscape in Greece has been going through drastic changes, especially regarding policies and legislation. Shifts in management practices, however, have been considerably slower. A major component of this shift is the requirement by the Landfill Directive (LD) to divert increasing quantities of biodegradable municipal waste (BMW) from landfilling. Making use of the four-year extension allowed to countries heavily reliant on landfills, Greece will have to achieve the LD diversion targets in the period 2010–2020. In this paper the main aspects of the LD are outlined and critically placed in the context of the EU waste policy and the priorities of the new Waste Directive. The current state of waste management in Greece is presented with the main planning for new BMW treatment infrastructure. The complex and multifaceted barriers to successful implementation of waste policies in Greece are discussed using the case study of the LD, in an effort to draw lessons for the New Member States. 相似文献

A model of the mutual influence of macro- and micro salt diffusion upon migration of model industrial wastes in heterogeneously layered medium (sandy and clayey rocks alternation) is developed. We found that micro salt diffusion into blocks will be minimal, if it occurs under natural conditions. In the case of mutual diffusion and sorption of isotopes as one chemical agent, clayey blocks “shut” due to micro salt diffusion, and radionuclides do not penetrate into them. 相似文献
