激光雷达观测得到的密度、温度等数据被广泛应用于大气重力波研究.瑞利激光雷达可以获取激光路径上的大气密度、温度数据.对于大气中的三维波动而言,单条路径上的观测参量能提取得到的波动信息有限.本文首先以单色重力波为例,分析了利用激光雷达直接观测三维波动结构的可行性.激光雷达垂直观测即可得到重力波的垂直波长,当激光雷达以一定的天顶角斜向测量时,所得到的波长包含了重力波的垂直波长以及水平波长信息.因此,利用激光雷达同时以三个方向(垂直、向南(天顶角30°)以及向西(天顶角30°))测量,可以提取得到重力波的垂直波长和水平波长.本文利用中国科学院国家空间科学中心研制的车载532nm瑞利激光雷达的经向系统和纬向系统同时以不同的指向角观测大气重力波,对利用激光雷达获取三维波动结构的方法进行了分析研究.本文给出了北京地区激光雷达观测重力波的诸多案例,分析了30~60km高度范围内北京地区大气重力波的垂直及水平波长信息.并以2017年11月7日观测的准单色重力波为例,结合再分析资料的风场数据,分析了该重力波的水平波长,垂直波长及传播方向等信息.  相似文献

The possibility of the excitation of Farley‐Buneman turbulence in the solar atmosphere is examined. It is found that the conditions for the generation of the modified Farley‐Buneman instability can be realized in the chromosphere of the Sun 1000 km above the photosphere. While usual Farley‐Buneman waves studied in relation to the Earth's ionosphere are almost electrostatic, the modified Farley‐Buneman waves in the solar atmosphere are electromagnetic ones. This means, that not only the potential electric field caused by the charge distribution, but also the perturbations of the magnetic field and the circularly‐polarized electric field are essential. Although the physical pictures of usual and modified Farley‐Buneman waves are different, their dispersion equations are almost the same. However, the increment of the modified Farley‐Buneman waves is varied by additional electromagnetic effects. It is demonstrated that electromagnetic effects hinder a Farley‐Buneman instability in occurring while ξ < 1, where ξ is the square of the ratio of ion plasma frequency times ion‐neutral frequency to ion‐cyclotron frequency times wave number times speed of light in vacuum. Under the condition ξ > 1, no Farley‐Buneman disturbances appear at all. In weakly‐ionized solar regions, the modified (ξ < 1) and also the usual (ξ ≪ 1) Farley‐Buneman turbulence could make “electromagnetic” contributions to the process of energy dissipation of nonstationary streams of neutral gases. Besides, they may modify the low‐frequency acoustic noise. It seems that the modified Farley‐Buneman turbulence contributes to the sporadic radiation of the Sun. It is possible, that such an effect takes not only place in the chromosphere of the Sun, but also in the atmospheres of other stars.  相似文献

The 16-day planetary wave in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
A meteor radar located at Sheffield in the UK has been used to measure wind oscillations with periods in the range 10–28 days in the mesosphere/lower-thermosphere region at 53.5°N, 3.9°W from January 1990 to August 1994. The data reveal a motion field in which wave activity occurs over a range of frequencies and in episodes generally lasting for less than two months. A seasonal cycle is apparent in which the largest observed amplitudes are as high as 14 ms−1 and are observed from January to mid-April. A minimum in activity occurs in late June to early July. A second, smaller, maximum follows in late summer/autumn where amplitudes reach up to 7–10 ms−1. Considerable interannual variability is apparent but wave activity is observed in the summers of all the years examined, albeit at very small amplitudes near mid summer. This behaviour suggests that the equatorial winds in the mesopause region do not completely prevent inter-hemispheric ducting of the wave from the winter hemisphere, or that it is generated in situ.  相似文献

Tropospheric temperature and pressure fields on the Northern Hemisphere in the winter periods 1952–1996 were investigated. Composite maps of those fields, created for the high and low geomagnetic activity and individual quasi-biennial oscillation (QBO), phases show clear differences not only between different levels of geomagnetic activity, but also between the two phases of QBO. Special attention was given to the behaviour of the lower troposphere in January and February 1982.  相似文献

The total ozone distribution in March 1997 showed very low values in the North Atlantic-European region, even lower than in the years before. A spatial pattern correlation between the zonally asymmetric part of total ozone and that of the 300 hPa surface geopotential of the Northern Hemisphere was applied to examine the spatial structure of the low ozone values and its dynamic dependence. A trend analysis in the North Atlantic-European region was carried out to determine to what extent the low March 1997 ozone values are related to the decadal change of meteorological parameters in the lower stratosphere, observed since the 1980s, in comparison to the interannual variability. The conclusion is that the very low ozone values above the North Atlantic-European region in March 1997 were mainly induced by dynamic processes, namely their decadal change as well as their interannual variability.  相似文献

文章根据1996年在中国栾城农业生态试验站观测的田间试验资料,分析了土壤水分和土壤-大气界面对麦田水热传输的抑制和加速作用。对于显热和潜热输送,土壤水分起决定作用,土壤水分越小,显热通量越大,潜热通量越小,反之亦然。只在土壤水分较小时界面厚度对显热和潜热输送作用较大。对于土壤热输送,界面厚度起决定作用,界面厚度越大土壤热通量越小。分析还发现60cm深处土壤水势与叶水势和大气水势的相关系数较其它深度处的土壤水势大。0~60cm土层是确定土壤水分运动对界面水热传输影响的一个良好的指示层。  相似文献

Over the last decade spectro‐polarimetry evolved to ever higher sensitivity levels. New techniques and instruments allow us to address weak polarization signals, which are caused by scattering in the solar atmosphere. In this paper a review on the development of spectro‐polarimetric investigations of scattering physics and its coupling to the solar magnetic field will be given. Starting from a technical point of view it will be demonstrated how our understanding of scattering phenomena and their role in solar physics in general has reached its current state. An outlook on future spectro‐polarimetry with new large solar telescopes concludes this review.  相似文献
