红旗渠是20世纪60年代河南省林州市人民在国家极其困难时期依靠自力更生、艰苦奋斗，在太行山腰上修建的引漳入林水利工程。建成后灌溉着林州3．6万hm^2农田，解决了98万人口和37万头牲畜的吃水问题，发挥着巨大的经济效益。然而，红旗渠沿线地质条件极为复杂，地质灾害频繁发生，自红旗渠建成运行以来，几乎每年都有崩塌、滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害发生。1960～2000年，红旗渠总干渠因地质灾害造成的决口事件有19次。1996年8月3～4日，由于连降暴雨，引发崩塌、滑坡和泥石流等地质灾害，使总干渠沿线154处渠道淤塞，淤积达94402m^3，给工农业生产和人民生命财产造成巨大损失，直接经济损失达1．17亿元，灾后修复费用达1100万余元。多年来每年用于地质灾害后修复的费用达数百万元。如何有效地防治红旗渠沿线地质灾害，确保顺畅其流，千秋永固，是值得研究的一项重要课题。据调查，共发现各类地质灾害94处，其中危岩体44处，崩塌24处，滑坡12处，泥石流14处。作者基于地质灾害现状，采用定性分析结合定量分析方法，对各类地质灾害进行评价，将红旗渠沿线地质灾害易发性划分为4个区，即高易发区、中易发区、低易发区和不易发区，为红旗渠沿线地质灾害防治规划提供依据。  相似文献

我国草原生态环境日益恶化,要求加快研究进度,而培养专家周期长,寻找草原环境评价专家的替代或复制品就成了当务之急。笔者在听取大量专家意见并详细分析了相关资料后,通过快速原型与增量式开发建立了松嫩平原西部草原生态环境专家系统。本专家系统使用功能强大的VisualC++完成数据库的建立、知识的表示、推理机的设计、解释的给出和人机交互界面的形成,实现了数据信息的可视化、图形显示、结果输出以及其它系统功能。它包含大量的松嫩平原西部草原现状资料、遥感解译图及系统的环境现状评价、适宜性评价、土地退化程度评价等模块。通过在长岭县、大安市的应用测试,证明该系统运行稳定,结论正确,应用前景广阔。  相似文献

Estimating the seismic displacement of friction pendulum isolators based on non‐linear response history analysis

A procedure for developing equations that estimate the isolator displacement due to strong ground motion is applied to buildings isolated with the friction pendulum system. The resulting design equations, based on rigorous non‐linear analysis, offer an alternative to the iterative equivalent‐linear methods used by current U.S. building codes. The governing equations of the system are reduced to a form such that the median normalized displacement of the system due to an ensemble of ground motions is found to depend on only the isolation period—a function of the curvature of the isolator—and the friction force at incipient slip normalized by peak ground velocity. The normalization is effective in minimizing the dispersion of the normalized displacement for an ensemble of ground motions, implying that the median normalized displacement is a reliable estimate of response. The design equations reflect the significant (20 to 38%) increase in displacement when the excitation includes two lateral components of ground motion instead of just one component. Equivalent‐linear methods are shown to underestimate by up to 30% the exact median displacement determined by non‐linear response history analysis for one component of ground motion, and building codes include at most a 4.4% increase for a second component. A comparative study on the illite crystallinity and the clay mineral reflectance spectral index for subdividing the very low-grade metamorphic belt along the Lizhou-Hekou geological section in the Youjiang sedimentary basin, Guangxi, China

To examine the application potential of hyperspectral remote sensing techniques in classifying very low-grade metamorphic belts, the composition of clay minerals and the cyrstallinity of illite from mudstones were measured using XRD and VIS-SWIR (400-2500 nm) reflectance spectroscopy. Based on the illite cyrstallinity, Kubler Index (KI), the Early Triassic LuoLou Group and the Middle Triassic lower Baifeng Formation were classified as the lower Epizone with KI△2θ° ranging from 0.22 to 0.25, the upper Baifeng Formation as upper anchizone with KI△2θ°ranging from 0.26 to 0.33, and the Hekou Formation as lower anchizone with KI△2θ° ranging from 0.38 to 0.40. According to a KI△2θ° value of 0.43, it is possible that there may exist a local diagenetic zone in the upper strata. The illite cyrstallinity Kubler index and the metamorphic grade increase from the bottom to the top of the stratigraphic sequence. The metamorphic grade boundaries nearly match the stratigraphic boundaries, indicating a burial metamorphism nature for the stratigraphic sequence. From the bottom to the top of the sequence, the spectral absorption band center of clay minerals from fresh rocks is around 2200 nm. The absorption band centers change towards shorter wavelengths: the Luolou Group being at 2220 nm, the Baifeng Formation at 2217-2213 nm, the lower member of the Hekou Formation at 2214-2206 nm, and the upper member of the Hekou Formation at 2205-2197 nm. The spectral absorption band center of illite shows the same change pattern. These results indicate that very low-grade metamorphic belts can be subdivided using spectral indices of clay minerals, which are measured by using field portable spectroradiometers. However, it may not work well with satellite and airborne sensors.  相似文献

利用风云2号水汽通道的云图进行强对流天气的临近预警，发现每小时1次的风云2号云图对强对流天气有着重要指示作用，尤其水汽图反映了大气中上层的水汽分布，水汽区的活动、干湿区边界、暗区等都与强对流的发生发展有着密切关系，并找出了可以作为临近预警的关键指标，在2003年的几次强对流天气预报中，风云2号云图发挥了很好的作用。  相似文献
