Most practical reservoir simulation studies are performed using the so-called black oil model, in which the phase behavior
is represented using solubilities and formation volume factors. We extend the multiscale finite-volume (MSFV) method to deal
with nonlinear immiscible three-phase compressible flow in the presence of gravity and capillary forces (i.e., black oil model).
Consistent with the MSFV framework, flow and transport are treated separately and differently using a sequential implicit
algorithm. A multiscale operator splitting strategy is used to solve the overall mass balance (i.e., the pressure equation).
The black-oil pressure equation, which is nonlinear and parabolic, is decomposed into three parts. The first is a homo geneous
elliptic equation, for which the original MSFV method is used to compute the dual basis functions and the coarse-scale transmissibilities.
The second equation accounts for gravity and capillary effects; the third equation accounts for mass accumulation and sources/
sinks (wells). With the basis functions of the elliptic part, the coarse-scale operator can be assembled. The gravity/capillary
pressure part is made up of an elliptic part and a correction term, which is computed using solutions of gravity-driven local
problems. A particular solution represents accumulation and wells. The reconstructed fine-scale pressure is used to compute
the fine-scale phase fluxes, which are then used to solve the nonlinear saturation equations. For this purpose, a Schwarz
iterative scheme is used on the primal coarse grid. The framework is demonstrated using challenging black-oil examples of
nonlinear compressible multiphase flow in strongly heterogeneous formations. 相似文献

赤水地区具有较大的勘探资源潜力,总资源量3400×108m3,圈闭资源量2157.34×108m3,探明储量仅占圈闭资源量的2.1%;赋存海相、陆相两大油气系统及原生型、次生型、残存型、复合型等多种子油气系统;储集层非均质性极强,气藏富集规模及分布受沉积微相、溶蚀作用、成岩作用和构造圈闭因素的影响外,更主要是裂缝系统对油气富集成藏及油气藏规模、展布起主导作用;茅口组是赤水地区油气勘探的主体气藏,提出"以加强裂缝性储层预测为重点,以致力寻找孔缝洞大型储渗系统为核心,以钻探官渡构造带茅口组缝洞系统获规模气藏为突破口,解决赤水气田产能瓶颈问题,实现官渡构造海相领域油气勘探的突破和赤水气田新的储量接替"都具有积极的、现实的重大意义。 相似文献

ArcInfo and ArcView GIS packages were used to analyze and manipulate the spatial operations of the KFD of Minnesota. Spatial
operations were classified into three data manipulation categories: single layer operation, multiple layer operation, and
other spatial transformation in the KFD. Most of the spatial operations discussed in this paper can be conducted using ArcInfo,
ArcView, and ArcGIS. A set of strategies and rules were proposed and used to build the spatial operational module in the KFD

Different types of crude oils have different light hydrocarbon compositional and geochemical characteristics. Based on the light hydrocarbon data from two kinds of oils, i.e., coal-generated oils and marine oils in China, light hydrocarbons in marine oils in the Tazhong area are generally relatively enriched in n-heptane, and coal-generated oils from the Turpan Basin are enriched in methylcyclohexane. The K1 values, reported by Mango (1987), range from 0.97 to 1.19 in marine oils, basically consistent with what was reported by Mango on light hydrocarbons in terms of the majority of the crude oil data. But the K1 values of coal-generated oils are particularly high (1.35-1.66) and far greater than those of marine oils; heptane values in marine oils, ranging from 32.3% to 45.4%, and isoheptane values, ranging from 1.9 to 3.7, are respectively higher than those of coal-generated oils, indicating that the oils are in the high-maturity stage. In addition, expulsion temperatures of coal-generated oils from the Turpan Basin are obviously lower than those of marine oils from the Tazhong area. 相似文献

在地籍信息的管理建设中,将地籍数据的属性数据与矢量数据一体化,建立小型的地籍信息管理系统,可以降低管理成本,为地籍信息管理工作提供便捷的管理手段和有效的决策。本文对地籍信息管理系统的现状进行了研究,总结了系统的总体框架,并且阐述了所涉及的关键技术,选用.NET架构搭建平台,利用C/S模式实现了小型地籍信息管理系统的开发。根据系统的需求与数据的特征,以ArcGIS Engine、VS2010、C#为开发工具,在ArcCatalog中建立文件地理数据库,实现了查询、统计、数据的编辑更新、空间分析、专题图制作、统计与输出等功能。通过实验数据验证,本系统操作简便,可满足对地籍数据管理的需要。 相似文献

Community Recovery Following the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill: Toward a Theory of Cultural Resilience

Culture plays an important role in communities’ abilities to adapt to environmental change and crises. The emerging field of resilience thinking has made several efforts to better integrate social and cultural factors into the systems-level approach to understanding social–ecological resilience. However, attempts to integrate culture into structural models often fail to account for the agentic processes that influence recovery at the individual and community levels, overshadowing the potential for agency and variation in community response. Using empirical data on the 2010 BP oil spill’s impact on a small, natural-resource-dependent community, we propose an alternative approach emphasizing culture’s ability to operate as a resource that contributes to social, or community, resilience. We refer to this more explicit articulation of culture’s role in resilience as cultural resilience. Our findings reveal that not all cultural resources that define resilience in reference to certain disasters provided successful mitigation, adaptation, or recovery from the BP spill. 相似文献
