甘肃金川Ⅱ号岩体辉石化学特征及其地质意义   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
金川Ⅱ号岩体主要由二辉橄榄岩和硫化物橄榄岩构成,单斜辉石和斜方辉石为岩相中主要造岩矿物,单斜辉石含量一般高于斜方辉石.矿物间的结构关系表明主要造岩矿物的结晶顺序为:橄榄石-斜方辉石-单斜辉石-斜长石.单斜辉石的TiO2,Al2O3,Cr2O3和Na2O质量分数依次为:0.29%~1.26%、3.17%~3.59%、0.86%~1.14%、0.29%~0.57%,斜方辉石的TiO2,Al2O3,Cr2O3和Na2O质量分数普遍低于单斜辉石,依次为:0.16%~0.40%、1.85%~2.38%、0.48%~0.68%、0.03%~0.10%.元素间的相关关系显示辉石的类质同像置换方式为:M1Fe2 2 Si=M1Ti 2IV Al,M1Fe2 Si=M1Fe3 IVAl,Fe3 和Ti进入矿物晶格置换Fe2 来平衡Al置换Si产生的正电价差.两种辉石较低的TiO2,Al2O3和Na2O质量分数显示出母岩浆为拉斑玄武岩浆的特征.二辉石温度计和单辉石温度计算表明斜方辉石的结晶温度下限和单斜辉石结晶温度上限大致在1146℃~1166℃之间,单斜辉石的结晶一直持续到1032℃或者更低.金川Ⅱ号岩体单斜辉石演化明显表现出向透辉石端员偏离,暗示岩浆在结晶分异过程中,可能与富钙质围岩发生了同化混染作用.  相似文献

This study focuses on the causes, modalities and obstacles of sediment transfer in the longest cell of littoral sand drift documented on Earth so far. Sand derived from the Orange River is dragged by swell waves and persistent southerly winds to accumulate in four successive dunefields in coastal Namibia to Angola. All four dunefields are terminated by river valleys, where aeolian sand is flushed back to the ocean; and yet sediment transport continues at sea, tracing an 1800 km long submarine sand highway. Sand drift would extend northward to beyond the Congo if the shelf did not become progressively narrower in southern Angola, where drifting sand is funnelled towards oceanic depths via canyon heads connected to river mouths. Garnet–magnetite placers are widespread along this coastal stretch, indicating systematic loss of the low‐density feldspatho‐quartzose fraction to the deep ocean. More than half of Moçamedes Desert sand is derived from the Orange River, and the rest in similar proportions from the Cunene River and from the Swakop and other rivers draining the Damara Orogen in Namibia. The Orange fingerprint, characterized by basaltic rock fragments, clinopyroxene grains and bimodal zircon‐age spectra with peaks at ca 0·5 Ga and ca 1·0 Ga, is lost abruptly at Namibe, and beach sands further north have abundant feldspar, amphibole‐epidote suites and unimodal zircon‐age spectra with a peak at ca 2·0 Ga, documenting local provenance from Palaeoproterozoic basement. Along with this oblique‐rifted continental margin, beach placers are dominated by Fe–Ti–Cr oxides with more monazite than garnet and thus have a geochemical signature sharply different from beach placers found all the way along the Orange littoral cell. High‐resolution mineralogical studies allow us to trace sediment dispersal over distances of thousands of kilometres, providing essential information for the correct reconstruction of ‘source to sink’ relationships in hydrocarbon exploration and to predict the long‐term impact of man‐made infrastructures on coastal sediment budgets.  相似文献

夏日哈木铜镍硫化物矿床的发现在矿床规模、成矿时代及成矿区带方面都有重要意义。辉石作为最主要的造岩矿物之一,广泛赋存于该矿床的各岩相中,在橄榄岩相中多为填隙相,而在辉石岩相及辉长岩相中多呈堆晶相;总体上,斜方辉石含量大于单斜辉石含量。辉石Cr_2O_3含量在橄榄岩相、辉石岩相、辉长岩相具有依次降低的趋势,说明从早到晚含矿的橄榄岩相、辉石岩相、辉长岩相先后结晶,并非所有辉长岩相的结晶均早于橄榄岩相和辉石岩相;单斜辉石SiO_2、TiO_2及Na_2O含量之间的关系显示夏日哈木矿床母岩浆属拉斑玄武质岩浆,较高的Al_2O_3含量(2.55%~10.61%)暗示岩体形成过程中与富铝围岩发生了同化混染作用。  相似文献

文章在研究闽中地区铅锌矿床蚀变矿物组合的基础上,将辉石矿物的化学成分与典型矽卡岩Pb_Zn矿床的辉石成分进行了对比,认为该区铅锌矿床的辉石与典型矽卡岩中的辉石类似,为透辉石和钙铁辉石,富锰,具有远温端矽卡岩辉石的特征。因此推论本区铅锌矿床大部分类似于矽卡岩型Pb_Zn矿床,少数为受断裂控制的热液脉型矿床,是海底火山喷发沉积形成的初始矿源层经变质作用、燕山期构造_岩浆热液顺层交代、强烈叠加改造或活化并重新定位的矿床。  相似文献

High-grade metamorphic rocks were used to explore oxygen isotope fractionations between pyroxene and garnet, and to investigate the effects on fractionation factors of the cation substitutions Fe3+Al?1 and Ca(Fe,Mg)?1. Recrystallized, granulite facies (725 °C) wollastonite ores from the northern Adirondack highlands contain essentially only the minerals clinopyroxene (a Di–Hd solid solution)+garnet (a Grs–Adr solid solution)±wollastonite, and exhibit a systematic dependence of measured fractionations on the Fe3+ content of calcic garnet: Δ(Cpx–CaGrt)=(0.14±0.12)+(0.78±0.20)XAdr and Δ(Wo–CaGrt)=(0.15±0.22)+(0.57±0.33)XAdr. In eclogites formed at T ≤650 °C, measured compositions of Ca-poor garnet and omphacite combined with experimental data indicate that Ca-poor, Fe-rich garnet is enriched in 18O compared to both diopside and grossular: extrapolating to 1000 K, Δ(Alm–Di)≈c. 0.2 and Δ(Alm–Grs)≈c. 0.5. Orthopyroxene and clinopyroxene from Gore Mountain, New York, show a constant fractionation that is independent of rock type, as expected if they have the same closure temperature. These data imply Δ(Opx-Cpx)≈c. 0.7 at 1000 K. Measured fractionations among Ca-poor garnet, orthopyroxene, clinopyroxene and hornblende in the Gore Mountain rocks further indicate an 18O enrichment in Ca-poor garnet over Grs (≈c. 0.5 at 1000 K). The new measurements are indistinguishable from expected equilibrium values based on experiments for the minerals enstatite, diopside, grossular, wollastonite and feldspar, but consistently indicate a significant isotope effect for the simple octahedral cation substitutions Fe3+Al?1 (Grs vs. Adr) and Ca(Fe,Mg)?1 (Ca-poor garnet vs. Grs; Opx vs. Cpx). Neither cation substitution has been directly investigated for its effect on 18O/16O fractionation with experiments in silicates. Chemical characterization of minerals is required prior to petrological interpretation of oxygen isotope trends.  相似文献

Equipartition is an assumption that preserves the same relative fraction of the cations on each site, originally used just to distribute cations such as Fe and Mg over two or more sites during mineral recalculation. This approximation has been used in almost all thermometry and barometry applications in petrology involving pyroxene, amphibole, chlorite and biotite mica. It has also become the default approach used in deriving activity–composition relations in multisite minerals where details of element partitioning among the sites is unknown and therefore assumed to be random. It is shown that, where a third element, such as Al, resides on just one of the sites, equipartition introduces a serious logical and numerical inconsistency between the enthalpy and entropy of mixing. In particular, application of equipartition is demonstrated to be equivalent to treating the solution as one in which all cations reside on one type of site. For example, in the case of aluminous orthopyroxene the equipartition assumption implies that Fe, Mg and Al are distributed across two identical sites, and that end‐members such as Mg‐tschermak's pyroxene have enthalpies characterized by a totally disordered distribution of Mg and Al over the M2 and M1 sites. Clearly this is unsupportable, and solid solutions should be treated with appropriate thermodynamics for order–disorder. For phases where element partitioning data are unavailable, we offer a simple alternative strategy, using the ordering of Fe and Mg on M1 and M2 sites in biotite as an example.  相似文献

五台山地区的黄金山辉石闪长岩侵入早元古代滹沱群中,同时又被早元古代末期辉绿岩脉穿切。辉石闪长岩锆石SHRIMP U-Pb定年结果为1 755±12 Ma,与华北克拉通广泛分布的基性岩墙群的时代相近。辉石闪长岩高TiO2、Fe2O3、P2O5、K2O和Na2O,低MgO(Mg#值为36~39)。稀土元素总量较高(365.75×10-6~411.97×10-6),轻重稀土元素分异强烈,其中轻稀土元素分异较明显,重稀土元素分异较弱,具有微弱的负铕异常。微量元素中,富集Rb、Ba、Sr、Zr和Hf,Cr、Ni含量低。(87Sr/86Sr)i和(143Nd/144Nd)i变化范围小,εNd(t=1.76 Ga)值为-6.08~-4.81。综合分析认为,黄金山辉石闪长岩为富集岩石圈地幔部分熔融后发生分离结晶形成的,与华北克拉通广泛分布的基性岩墙群具有相同的源区,可能代表华北南缘地幔柱活动时同一岩浆旋回不同阶段的岩浆侵位记录。辉石闪长岩中锆石具有岩浆成因锆石特征,但锆石的Th/U比值普遍较低,与变质锆石类似。辉石闪长岩中Th/U比值高,同时Th、U在斜长石、单斜辉石和角闪石中配分系数低。因此推测,低Th/U比值锆石的形成与原始岩浆和主要成岩矿物结晶无关,很可能与富含Th的副矿物结晶有关。辉石闪长岩中低Th/U比值岩浆锆石的出现表明,利用Th/U比值解释锆石成因和年龄结果意义时应慎重。  相似文献
