The effects of natural fish oil,DHA oil and soybean lecithin in microparticulate diets on stress tolerance of larval gilthead seabream(Sparus aurata)were investigated after 15 days feeding trials.The tolerance of larval gilthead seabream to various stress factors such as exposure to air(lack of dissolved oxygen),changes in water temperature(low)and salinity(high) were determined.This study showed that microparticulate diet with natural fish oil and soybean lecithin was the most effective for in-creasing the tolerance of larval gilthead seabream to various stresses,and that microparticulate diet with natural fish oil and palmitic acid(16:0)was more effective than microparticulate diet with DHA oil and soybean lecithin.  相似文献   

Study on Application of Polyenzyme Method to Offal of Harengula zunasi

The new polyenzyme method for making gravy from Harengula zunasi offal involves protein enzymolysis with flavorase after proper alkaline and neutral protease levels were established by orthogonal trials to select the best hydrolytic conditions for processing offal with alkaline and neutral protease. The conditions for the polyenzyme method were pH of 7.0, temperature of 50℃ , alkaline and neutral protease concentration of 1.5% respectively, hydrolysis time of 120 min, andflavorase concentration of 2.0% , for 60 min. The new gravy-making technology yields a nutritious and delicious gravy containing 40.3 % of total essential amino acids, with delicious amino acids Glu, Asp, Gly, Ala, Pro and Ser comprising 49.5% , total and amino nitrogen being respectively1.9 and 1.1 g/100 g (amino acid nitrogen being 61.0% of total nitrogen), The polyenzyme method was used to make 14.8% protein gravy from Harengula zunasi offal. In addition, in inorganic elements, the phosphorus content is the highest.  相似文献

运用源控含油气系统理论与综合分析技术,按成藏“层次分析”方法,通过对生、储、盖、圈(闭)静态要素及其内生、排、运、聚、散(失)动态过程的综合研究,对松辽盆地中央坳陷的三肇凹陷葡萄花油层成藏条件进行探讨,提出了以次级凹陷为中心、不同类型的油气聚集带紧邻并围绕次级凹陷最低部位呈环带状分布的大型凹陷内成藏模式,并进一步提出永乐次级凹陷中心及其三级聚油环带及徐家围子次级凹陷以西为"网式"运聚特征;在凹陷级成藏模式的指导下,通过对大面积密井网开发区综合解剖,提出三级构造带中单个的局部构造圈闭(群)、单个的(局部构造——)岩性圈闭(群)控油和成藏规律,为认识本区基本控油单元、油水分布规律、油气勘探及扩大新探区提供重要的理论依据。  相似文献

On 12 May, 2008, at 14：28：04 local time, an Ms 8.0 earthquake struck the Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province, in southwest China （Figure 1）. This quake left about 70,000 people dead, 18,000 missing and over 370,000 injured. In the 75 days after the main shock, 20,000 aftershocks were recorded, which included 241 with Ms≥4.0, 205 with 4.0≤M≤4.9, 30 with 5.0≤Ms≤5.9, and 6 with Ms≥6.0. The largest aftershock took place 13 days after the main shock, in Qingchuan County, 110 km northeast of the epicenter of the quake （Chen, 2008）. The losses from the quaketriggered geological disasters accounted for over a third of the total quake losses, which is extremely rare in the history of earthquake disasters. Secondary disasters, such as landslides, rockslides, landfalls, debris flows, etc., were widely distributed. Large numbers of buildings collapsed, including ones with steel reinforcing in the area of the epicenter. Infrastructure was badly damaged. In many areas, communications, and power and water supplies were cut off. The earthquake left over 35 large quake-dammed lakes, which threatened further disasters in the catchment areas.  相似文献

对多种经济双壳贝类和养殖中的污损动物的N和P排泄进行了测定 ,包括排泄成分和排泄速率。在这些动物的N排泄中 ,NH4 N占主要部分 ,如笼式养殖的双壳贝类NH4 N占总N排泄的平均值范围为 70 8%— 80 1 % ;氨基酸是第二大排泄成分 ,平均占总N排泄的 1 0 %—2 5 %。其他形态的N ,如尿素、亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐也有检出。在P排泄中 ,有机磷 (DOP)约占总溶解磷 (TDP)排泄的 1 5 %— 2 7%。据估算 ,整个四十里湾所养殖的双壳贝类在夏季每天将排泄4 5 4t总溶解氮 ,其中NH4 N 3 36t、Amino N 0 69t、Urea N 0 2t。同时每天磷的排泄为 0 5 7tTDP ,其中DOP 0 1 5t。对面积为 1 3× 1 0 4 hm2 的海区而言 ,贝类的N、P排泄分别能满足浮游植物生产所需N、P的 44%和 40 %。高密度的贝类养殖对养殖生态系统营养循环的影响是很显著的。附着动物 (柄海鞘等 )的N、P排泄及其对营养循环的影响也不容忽视。  相似文献

测定了2株球形棕囊藻Phaeocystis globosa P1、P2的psbA基因序列。发现得到的2个序列完全相同。以P2序列对比分析了P．globosa和P．antarctica的psbA基因在DNA序列、氮基酸序列和RNA二级结构上的差异性，发现2种棕囊藻psbA基因DNA序列和氨基酸序列非常保守，无插入／缺失，其核苷酸和氨基酸变异率分别为1．88％和1．13％。与核基因核苷酸的碱基替换不同，psbA基因核苷酸的碱基替换主要发生在密码子的第1位上。且不引起氨基酸的变化，引起氨基酸变化的碱基替换都发生在密码子的第2位和第3位上。在RNA二级结构上两序列的1～4茎环结构完全相同，表现出明显的棕囊藻属的特异性，其它结构区域差异较大。种间差异表现明显。由于psbA基因DNA序列和氨基酸序列非常保守，可能不适宜棕囊藻属的系统发育分析。但其RNA二级结构可能对于棕囊藻的分子分类有一定的参考价值。  相似文献
