利用不同浓度啤酒废水培养塔胞藻的生物学效应研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文主要探讨了以不同浓度的啤酒废水培养海洋微藻(塔胞藻)后的生物学效应,其目的是为合理开发利用啤酒废水,避免环境污染及海洋微藻的产业化提供必要的理论依据。方法:以不同浓度(0、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%)的啤酒废水替代海水配制培养基,培养海洋微藻,当培养液内细胞数达到一定密度后,再转到新的培养基中,即为下一轮;这样连续培养了4轮。结果发现,在前3轮培养中,当培养基中啤酒废水浓度在50%以下时,随着啤酒废水浓度升高,藻细胞的生长繁殖明显加快,细胞体积增大,细胞内多种重要成分(如蛋白质、可溶性糖、叶绿素等)含量均显著提高;当啤酒废水浓度超过50%时,上述效应有所下降。但培养至第4轮时,各种生理指标逐渐恢复到原来的状态。  相似文献

The unicellular cyanobacterium Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803, a model organism known for its unique combination of highly desirable molecular genetic, physiological and morphological characteristics, was employed in the present study. The species was cultured in BG11 liquid medium contained various initial concentrations of Pb2+ and Cd2+ (0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 mg/L). The experiment was conducted for six days and the metal induced alterations in the ultrastructure, growth and pigment contents were assessed. Alterations in the ultrastructure of the Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 ceils became evident with the increased (>4 mg/L Pb2+) metal concentration. The photosynthetic apparatus (thylakoid membranes) were found to be the worst affected. Deteriorated or completely destroyed thylakoid membranes have made large empty spaces in the cell interior. In addition, at the highest concentration (8 mg/L pb2+), the polyphosphate granules became more prominent both in size and number. Despite the initial slight stimulations (0.2, 3.8 and 6.5% respectively at 0.5, 1 and 2 mg/L Pb2+), both metals inhibited the growth in a dose-dependent manner as incubation progressed. Pigment contents (chlorophyll a, βcarotene and phycocyanin) were also decreased with increasing metal concentration. Cells exposed to 6 mg/L Pb2+, resulted in 36.56, 37.39 and 29.34% reductions of chlorophyll a, β carotene and phycocyanin respectively over the control. Corresponding reductions for the same Cd2+concentrations were 57.83, 48.94 and 56.90%. Lethal concentration (96 h LC50) values (3.47 mg/L Cd2+ and 12.11 mg/L Pb2+) indicated that Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 is more vulnerable to Cd2+ than Pb2+.  相似文献

The influence of Bacillus probiotics on the digestive enzyme activity and the growth of Litopenaeus vannamei were de-termined in this study. The shrimp was treated with five percentages (1.5, 3.0, 4.5, 6.0 and 7.5) of probiotics (Bacillus spp.) supple-mented to the feed and cultured for 45d. The growth measured as the weight gain at the end of culturing was significantly (P<0.05) higher in probiotic-treated shrimps than that of the control (without receiving probiotics). Activities of protease and amylase, two digestive enzymes of the midgut gland and the intestine were significantly (P<0.05) higher in probiotic-treated shrimp than in the control.  相似文献

血卵涡鞭虫是一类主要感染海产甲壳类的致病性寄生性甲藻。近年来,该寄生性病原在我国沿海主要经济蟹类养殖区域流行性发病,给当地蟹类养殖业造成了严重经济损失。为厘清血卵涡鞭虫的生活史形态,了解宿主的病理损伤机制,本文通过血涂片法和HE染色法系统研究了感染过程中该寄生虫的形态变化和宿主的组织病理变化。结果表明,血卵涡鞭虫在感染过程中经历丝状滋养体、单核/双核/多核滋养体、团聚体、蛛网状滋养体、孢子前细胞及孢子等不同生活史阶段。感染导致三疣梭子蟹发生系统性病理变化,肝胰腺、心脏、鳃、肌肉等器官和组织在不同感染阶段均发生相应程度的组织病理变化,主要表现为体细胞破损或坏死、细胞间隙模糊、疏松结缔组织充斥大量寄生虫细胞。最终由于寄生虫在宿主主要器官组织间隙内大量增殖,导致重度感染的梭子蟹器官或组织功能破坏、丧失而死亡。  相似文献

GSH system plays a role in the control of the redox balance state,anti-oxidation and protecting life from injury of ROS(reactive oxygen species).In present paper,the possible GSH system of Chlamydomonas sp.ICE-L has been investigated by evaluating GSH and GSH-related enzymatic responses at different temperatures using spectrophotometer methods.The results showed that the GSH system is correlated positively to low temperature,and other factors but GR are correlated negatively to high temperature.So GSH and GSH-related enzymes play an important role in the adaptation of Antarctic ice microalgae to low temperature.  相似文献

湛江海域6种常见经济海藻的营养成分分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
分析采自湛江海域的粗枝软骨藻Chondria crassicaulis、日本沙菜Hypnea japonica、鱼栖菜Acanthophora sp、芋根江蓠Gracilaria blodgettii、平卧松藻Codium repens、网地藻Dictyota dichotoma等6种经济海藻的营养成分。结果表明:碳水化合物是这些海藻的主要营养成分,占藻体干重的42.81%~66.11%,平均为55.93%;粗蛋白含量6.63%~11.13%;粗脂肪含量最低,除网地藻D.dichotoma(2.85%)外,其余5种皆不足藻体干重的1%;粗纤维和灰分含量在种间差别较大;矿物质含量丰富,其中磷、铁和锌分别在平卧松藻C.repens、网地藻D.dichotoma和鱼栖菜Acanthophora中占藻体干重的0.093%、0.13%和0.0055%;氨基酸含量较高,其中Thr、Val、Ile、Leu、Phe几种必需氨基酸的含量均高于FAO标准;不少种类中汞、镉、铅、砷等含量超出我国食品卫生标准。海藻体内的营养成分含量因海藻种类和生长海域的不同而有差异。  相似文献

从新鲜近江牡蛎中分离到一株拮抗细菌,命名为ZH1-6,该菌对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型副伤寒沙门氏菌及大肠杆菌等多种病原菌有较强的抑制作用。通过形态学观察、常规生理生化指标测定、16SrDNA序列测定和同源性分析,鉴定该菌株为短小芽孢杆菌。研究表明:ZH1-6能利用多种碳、氮源,其生长温度范围为10-50℃,生长pH范围为pH3-10,最适初始pH为6.0。  相似文献

Soils in New Zealand, and elsewhere, often contain substantial zones of ferro-manganese concretions and pans (laterally continuous layers) that can affect soil quality and management. Soils containing concretions and pans from Southland, New Zealand, were investigated to determine links between microbial ecology and geochemistry. Three soil profiles were sampled at 100-mm intervals to a depth of 1 m and then assayed for nine different populations of bacteria using selective media. Geochemical analysis was performed on the soils at the same intervals, and on shallow groundwater from nearby wells. The largest concentrations of iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn) coincide with concretions. Nitrogen (N) and carbon (C) are not correlated with Fe and Mn but may be depleted due to bacterial metabolism. Fe and Mn concentrations in groundwater are low, suggesting that the source of these elements in the concretions and pans is in situ weathering rather than groundwater. Numbers of iron oxidising organisms increase where concretions and pans are encountered, but manganese-oxidising organisms decrease. Heterotrophic, sulphur-oxidising, and anaerobic populations have relatively consistent numbers at all depths within the profiles. Fifty organisms were selected for phylogenetic characterisation, of which only Pseudomonas sp. is known to have significant interactions with Fe and Mn. These results suggest a link between concretion development and iron-oxidising microbial populations.  相似文献

The mechanism of cadmium resistance of a yeast strain Rhodotorula sp. Y11 isolated from mine soil was investigated. We found that the yeast cells treated with different methods showed different cadmium-adsorption models. Grown in medium supplied with 100 mg/L of cadmium, 3.29% of the cell-absorbed cadmium was accounted in the cytoplasm. However, only 1% was taken into the cytoplasm and 99% was bound to the cell wall using the lyophilized biomass to adsorb cadmium in double distilled water. Treatments with alkali, ethanol-chloroform and proteinase showed different influences on the biosorption of whole cells and isolated cell walls. FT-IR analysis showed that acetyl of chitin was the active compound in the cells to absorb cadmium. The production of Metallothioneins, proteins related to the resistance to heavy metal in yeast, was evidently induced by cadmium, achieving 638.8 μg/g wet weight, which was about 85 folds higher than that in the uninduced biomass and was also much higher than that reported previously. The molecular weight of Metallothioneins was 6500 Da estimated by SDS-PAGE.  相似文献

利用从油藏中分离的芽孢杆菌HBS4在兼性厌氧情况下作用于剧毒物质亚硒酸钠,36 h后1~11mM的样品中均出现了大量红色颗粒沉淀物.生物显微镜观察发现,在很多细菌内部出现一颗到多颗红色的圆形颗粒,排列方式有单链、双链、弧线和无规则排列,并且在细胞周围释放有游离态的红色颗粒.XPS测试红色沉淀物发现四价硒全部还原为零价硒.实验还发现添加葡萄糖对单质硒的产量有很大的促进作用.  相似文献
