The influence of dissolved organic matter (DOM) on mineral extraction from salt lake brines depend on DOM quality. This study contributes to our knowledge of DOM’s metal binding behavior in hypersaline environments by characterization of DOM from lakes in the Qaidam Basin, i.e., Qarhan Lake (LQDOM), Da Qaidam (DQDOM) and West Ginair Salt Lake (WGDOM). The DOM was fractionated based on solid phase extraction (SPE) and ultrafiltration (UF), and the spectral and metal binding behavior of these fractions were studied by absorption spectroscopy, Pb(II) titration techniques and fluorescence parallel factor (PARAFAC) analysis. The results showed that bulk DOM generally contained more dissolved organic carbon (DOC), lower specific UV absorbance (SUVA254), higher fluorescence and biological indices, comparable humification index, and lower condition stability constants compared to the other nature waters. Compared with UF, SPE-derived DOM exhibited higher DOC recovery and aromaticity and lower carbohydrate yield. It appeared that the SPE procedure used affects the spectral composition of bulk DOM to a larger extent than UF. Source and molecular weight (MW)-dependent differences in abundance and quality of brine DOM was indicated by higher SUVA254 in high MW DOM, for LQDOM and DQDOM, and humic-like fluorophores were mainly in high MW-DOM in each lake. Moreover, the high MW humic-like component exhibited higher metal binding potential than the bulk and low MW counterparts for LQDOM and DQDOM, while the inverse was observed for WGDOM. This study revealed the effects of isolation techniques on interpretation of DOM characteristics, and meanwhile highlighted the importance of origin- and MW-dependent DOM in manipulating the behavior, fate, and bioavailability of heavy metals in salt lake brine.  相似文献

目前使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定环境水样中的溴和碘,方法较为成熟,但应用于高盐卤水中溴碘的检测研究很少见报道.本文针对柴达木盆地盐湖卤水矿化度高、钾含量高的特点,建立了ICP-MS直接测定卤水中溴和碘的方法.采用碰撞反应接口(CRI)模式,以H2为碰撞气体,降低了检测过程中的多原子离子质谱干扰(例如39K40 Ar+对79Br+的干扰);选用Rh作内标元素,校正高盐样品引起的基体效应、仪器漂移等非质谱干扰;通过延长快泵冲洗时间消除测定过程中的记忆效应.在优化的实验条件下,盐湖卤水样品稀释200倍后用ICP-MS测定,方法检出限溴为0.036μg/mL,碘为0.027 μg/mL;方法精密度(RSD,n=12)溴为2.77%,碘为2.19%;加标回收率溴为91.6% ~ 106.1%,碘为94.4% ~ 107.7%.本方法也可应用于钾含量高的岩盐样品中溴和碘的测定.  相似文献

首次对江陵凹陷深层天然卤水成因进行研究,初步明确江陵凹陷的天然卤水为沉积成因,具有分布广、矿化度高等特点。其中砂岩中天然卤水高矿化度分布具有明显的规律性,即越靠近洼陷或盐岩地层,天然卤水的矿化度越高;并通过化学成分分析,表明了江陵凹陷存在大量富含微量元素卤水的流体矿床,且矿化度越高所含的微量元素含量越高,部分元素为国家紧缺矿产资源,如钾、铷、铯等。  相似文献

A 13-day feeding trial was carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of a microbound diet for rearing the larvae of Chinese shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis in comparison with the live foods that consist of Isochrysis galbana, Chlorella vulgaris, Tetraselmis chuii, rotifer (Brachionus plicatilis) and Artemia sp. Larvae of 0 to 13d post-hatch (dph) were reared in a temperature-controlled semi-open culture system and stocked at a density of 100 larvae L−1 in tanks, each containing 50 L sterilized seawater with salinity 30–32. Larvae were manually fed either the live foods or the microbound diet 6 times per day. At 13dph, the growth of the larvae fed on the microbound diet was approximately 84% of that fed on the live foods. The survival rate of the larvae fed on the microbound diet was 44.29% at 13 dph, which was not significantly different from that of larvae fed on live foods (63.55% ). The body length and development index (DI) of the larvae fed on the microbound diet were always lower than those of larvae fed on live foods. However, the differences reached significant levels only at 11 and 13dph (P<0.05). The mean dry weight loss of the microbound diet was 9.2% after 90min immersion in seawater, indicating that this diet has a good water stability. The microbound diet contains 5223% crude protein and 10.27% lipid and is easy to prepare. These characteristics of the diet suggest good potentials for its successful use in the larviculture of other penaeid and fish species.  相似文献

Comprehensive data on the chemical composition of reservoir rocks and geothermal brines from the geothermal well doublet Groβ Schönebeck (North German Basin) drilled into a Rotliegend sedimentary and Permo-Carboniferous volcanic rock reservoir were sampled over the past years. They were characterized with respect to their major and minor elemental composition including various isotope ratios. The study considered the impact of drilling and reservoir operations on fluid composition and aimed at determining fluid–rock interactions to gain information on fluid origin and hydraulic pathways.The highly saline fluids (up to 265 g/L TDS) show δ 18O and δD of water (2.7–5.6 and −3.1–15, respectively) as well as δ 34S of sulfate (3.6–5), and 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.715–0.716) that resemble Rotliegend brines from an area located around 200 km in the west (the Altmark). Halogen ratios indicated that brines developed predominantly by evaporation of meteoric water (primary brine) together with halite dissolution brine (secondary brine). Indication for mixing with Zechstein brine or with younger meteoric water was not found.No geochemical distinction was possible between fluids deriving from different rock formations (dacites or sedimentary rocks, respectively). This is due to the evolution of the sediments from the effusive rocks resulting in a similar mineralogical and chemical composition and due to a hydraulic connectivity between the two types of rock. This connection existed probably already before reservoir stimulation as indicated by a set of faults identified in the area that could connect the Rotliegend formation with both, the volcanic rocks and the lower units of the Zechstein. Additional geochemical indication for a hydraulic connectivity is given by (1) the very high heavy metal contents (mainly Cu and Pb) in fluids and scaling that derive from the volcanic rocks and were that were also found in increased amounts up at the Zechstein border (Kupferschiefer formation). (2) The 87Sr/86Sr isotope ratios of fluid samples correspond to the ratios determined for the sedimentary rocks indicating that initially the fluids developed in the sedimentary rocks and circulated later, when faults structures were created by tectonic events into the volcanic rocks.  相似文献

铜和锌是普遍存于对虾养殖池塘中的重金属污染物质,查明铜和锌在水环境中的迁移规律对有效防控养殖环境铜和锌污染以及对虾健康养殖具有重要意义。作者在不同铜和锌暴露时间下测定了条纹小环藻(Cyclotella striata)铜和锌富集富集率,研究了条纹小环藻铜和锌富集动力学,并探讨了温度、盐度和光照度对条纹小环藻铜和锌富集的影响。结果表明:条纹小环藻铜和锌富集过程分为快速、慢速和富集平衡3个阶段。快速富集在30 min内完成,富集率可达70%以上;慢速富集大约分别在4 h和6 h完成,富集率均可达90%;以后达到富集平衡。温度、盐度和光照度对条纹小环藻铜和锌富集有显著影响。条纹小环藻铜和锌富集的最适温度范围分别为25~35℃和15~35℃,盐度范围分别为20~35和25~30,光照度均为3000~7500 lx。条纹小环藻铜和锌富集的光饱和点为3000 lx。条纹小环藻在亚热带虾池中对铜和锌均具有较强的富集能力。  相似文献

我国柴达木盆地蕴藏着丰富且极具开发潜力的卤水钾锂资源,但随着产能的不断扩大和持续开发,浅部易开采的优质资源不断减少,走向深部开采成为必然选择。与浅部相比,盐湖深部卤水储层质量相对较差,富水性弱且不稳定,开采难度极大。本文以查明察尔汗盐湖别勒滩区段深部卤水储层特征为目的,通过分析钻孔岩性和物性数据,研究了别勒滩区段深部卤水储层的平面分布特征和厚度变化规律,结果表明研究区以东南部储层厚度最大且石盐岩储层质量最优。卤水储层三维建模研究显示,富锂卤水主要分布在研究区中北部,南部锂含量相对较低;平面上第Ⅱ含矿层在中部石盐厚度大且粉砂和黏土夹层少,有利于卤水的开采。  相似文献
