华夏文明源远流长,家谱、正史与方志共同构成了中华文明史的三个重要成分,其中,家谱以家族中的个人信息为基本记录单元,以人与人之间的关系为框架,形成了富有中国特色的对家族从空间分布到时间演化的完整描述体系,家谱资料的蕴含信息和记录粒度是其他历史资料所不能比拟的。家谱GIS扩展了现有家谱信息描述的概念,通过强化其中蕴含的空间信息,以家族谱系为基础,在空间信息技术的支持下,重构个人的空间活动,重现一个家族的兴衰、繁衍与变迁,实现从宏观到微观角度家族历史的全面地反映。本文分析了家谱与GIS的关系,提出了家谱GIS构建所必须的统一的历史地理时空描述框架;在此基础上分析了家谱中信息的组织模式,设计了的家谱的核心数据模型;在Web2.0理念下,以公众参与的开放式系统构建为基础,设计了家谱GIS的系统架构并进行了系统实现。  相似文献

Modeling Spatial Accessibility of Immigrants to Culturally Diverse Family Physicians

This article uses accessibility as an analytical tool to examine health care access among immigrants in a multicultural urban setting. It applies and improves on two widely used accessibility models—the gravity model and the two-step floating catchment area model—in measuring spatial accessibility by Mainland Chinese immigrants in the Toronto Census Metropolitan Area. Empirical data on physician-seeking behaviors are collected through two rounds of questionnaire surveys. Attention is focused on journey to physician location and utilization of linguistically matched family physicians. Based on the survey data, a two-zone accessibility model is developed by relaxing the travel threshold and distance impedance parameters that are traditionally treated as a constant in the accessibility models. General linear models are used to identify relationships among spatial accessibility, geography, and socioeconomic characteristics of Mainland Chinese immigrants. The results suggest a spatial mismatch in the supply of and demand for culturally sensitive care, and residential location is the primary factor that determines spatial accessibility to family physicians. 成矿系列理论是目前国内地学界开展成矿规律研究的重要指导思想之一。为了使成矿系列理论既便于同成矿地质背景研究相衔接,又便于应用于矿产预测及勘查部署,阐明成矿系列与地质建造的关系具有重要意义。按照生成的相对时间,可将各类地质建造有关成矿系列细化为同生成矿系列、准同生成矿系列、后生成矿系列、表生风化成矿系列等类别。同一套地质建造有关的几个世代的成矿系列,可构成一个成矿系列家族。在区域成矿规律研究中应用时,首先划分成矿区带,然后对每个成矿区带,分别研究总结各类主要地质建造有关成矿系列家族。  相似文献

对新疆种子植物区系及其科的组成和地理成分进行研究,结果表明：（1）新疆野生种子植物中科的优势现象很明显,种类超向于集中在少数科内。（2）科的地理成分方面,世界广布科占有很高的比例（35．0％）,说明新疆区系具有明显的过渡性;但各类温带分布科比例更大（52．0％）。（3）新疆区系的表征科有特殊性,如含有世界广布的藜科、十字花科、蓼科、石竹科等,这是与热带、亚热带区系的组成完全不同的;但其它表征科、优势科仍以温带科或主产温带的科为主。  相似文献   

A political-cultural map of Europe. Family structures and the origins of differences between national political cultures in the European Union

Differences between the national political cultures of the European states are puzzling. They are too often taken for granted or treated as an elusive explanation for residual differences that can not be accounted for in comparative politics. Here they are put at the core of a comparative analysis. This article explores the origins of differences between national political cultures. It deals with national political cultures from the perspective of Cultural Theory or grid-group analysis. A national political culture is conceived as a ‘conversation’ between subcultures associated to national political institutions and practices (and not as an aggregated pattern of individual orientations toward political objects). National political cultures can be characterised on the basis of ideal typical patterns of relations between the basic cultures or rationalities distinguished by Cultural Theory. After an assessment of the differences between the national political cultures of the Member States of the European Union, the paper considers traditional family structures as possible sources of differentiation, elaborating upon the work of the French political historian Emmanuel Todd who has documented the correspondence between the geography of traditional family structures and the geography of ideologies in Europe. 双壳贝类CK1基因家族的鉴定及表达分析

酪蛋白激酶1 (CK1)是一种重要的蛋白激酶家族,其在DNA损伤应答和修复、细胞增殖和凋亡、胚胎发育和稳态等重要的生物学过程中都具有复杂多样的调控作用。为了理解CK1基因家族在双壳贝类中的特征、进化及生物学功能,实验采用比较基因组学及生物信息学的方法对双壳贝类CK1基因家族进行了鉴定分析,通过虾夷扇贝高温应激实验,研究了CK1基因家族在高温应激时的表达规律。结果显示,在虾夷扇贝、栉孔扇贝、长牡蛎与侏儒蛤中均存在CK1α,CK1αlike,CK1δ,CK1γ3,并发现CK1ε,CK1γ1,CK1γ2在双壳贝类中发生了丢失。时空表达分析发现,双壳贝类CK1基因均在胚胎发育早期集中表达,并以多细胞/囊胚期为界呈现出母源/合子特异性表达模式。CK1为关键基因的基因共表达模块显著富集在错配修复、核苷酸剪切修复等相关通路上,暗示了CK1基因在双壳贝类胚胎发育过程中参与调控DNA损伤修复过程,从而维持早期胚胎发育时的基因组稳定性。双壳贝类CK1基因在成体中呈现组织特异的表达模式,主要在鳃和雄性性腺中具有相对较高的表达量。虾夷扇贝受到高温应激后,其鳃中PyCK1α, PyCK1αlike和PyCK1δ...  相似文献   

花鲈Argonaute基因家族的快速进化与表达分析

RNA干扰(RNA interfering,RNAi)是广泛存在于动植物等生物中的一种高度保守、序列特异的RNA降解机制。Argonaute蛋白是RNAi途径的关键组成部分,其结构、功能和进化模式在无脊椎动物中已得到广泛研究,但在脊椎动物特别是硬骨鱼中的报道还十分有限。本研究从已测序物种的基因组中鉴定了12种哺乳动物和15种硬骨鱼的Argonaute家族基因。通过拷贝数、系统发生和共线性分析,本文验证了在脊椎动物中存在两个保守的Argonaute亚家族,即miRNA/siRNA介导的AGO亚家族和piRNA介导的PIWI亚家族。硬骨鱼类多样的繁殖发育方式是其生殖能力最大化的适应机制。为比较硬骨鱼中piRNA途径和miRNA/siRNA途径的功能和进化差异,本文对硬骨鱼(包括花鲈)和哺乳动物中的piRNA途径基因进行了全面的分子进化分析,并将这些基因与miRNA/siRNA途径中的Ago基因进行比较。结果表明硬骨鱼类的piRNA途径具有快速进化的特征,这可能适应了硬骨鱼基因组转座子数量大、种类多的特点。通过转录组分析,我们进一步证实了piRNA途径基因在四种硬骨鱼中的生殖特异性表达,预示其可能在配子发生过程中发挥作用。本研究为进一步解析硬骨鱼中piRNA途径基因的进化模式及其在鱼类生殖发育中的调控作用提供理论基础。  相似文献

A new family of scorpionflies (Insecta; Mecoptera) from the Lower Cretaceous of England

Seven specimens of fossil scorpionflies (Mecoptera) not assignable to any known family were discovered in the Wealden Supergroup (Lower Cretaceous) of southern England. They were found at Rudgwick Brickworks, West Sussex and Smokejacks Brickworks, Surrey and came from the Upper Weald Clay Formation, dated as Barremian (∼129.4–125 Ma). A new family – Englathaumatidae fam. nov., new genus – Englathauma gen. nov. and two new species E. crabbi sp. nov. and E. mellishae sp. nov. are described. A discussion of systematic position of these new taxa within the order Mecoptera is given. Englathaumatidae fam. nov. has been a nomen nudum since the year 2002, due to the first author's untimely death.  相似文献
