Environmental governance through “Speaking Like an Indigenous State” and respatializing resources: Ethical livelihood concepts in Bolivia as versatility or verisimilitude?

This research addresses recent environmental governance in Bolivia through its relations to indigeneity and respatializations. It introduces and develops the concept of “speaking like an indigenous state” to examine the Bolivian state’s recent use of a pair of indigenous linguistic concepts, Living Well and Earth Mother, representing the identities of citizens and their rights to resources and livelihoods. State relations to indigenous social movements highlight the use of Living Well and Earth Mother concepts through accommodation, resistance, and protaganism. Six active issues of environmental governance are examined: (1) climate change and justice movement; (2) agrarian reform, agrobiodiversity, and food justice; (3) water resources; (4) indigenous territories; (5) Protected Areas; and (6) extractive industries (mining, hydrocarbons). The usages of Living Well and Earth Mother show versatility as they have been mobilized in the respatializing of the politics and social-power dynamics of environmental issues at scales of the state, global and international institutions, and community and local levels. Analysis also reveals deployment of Living Well and Earth Mother that is discursively influential and yet conceptually reduced and unevenly applied, thus suggesting a characteristic of verisimilitude. My analysis determines that respatialization at various levels, including territorial transitions of sub-national regional spaces, are associated with the heightened articulation of environmental governance through indigeneity and “speaking like an indigenous state” amid resource nationalism. Linkages and logics operating within this conjuncture differ from the prevailing interpretation of the Bolivian state’s use of Living Well and Earth Mother as solely an unwitting contradiction or instrumentalist camouflage.  相似文献

回顾柠檬酸发酵生化机制的发展历史，综合多年来的研究成果和结合生产实践中出现的问题，推断最有可能的柠檬酸发酵途径。影响柠檬酸发酵的限制性因子有Ｆｅ２＋、Ｍｎ２＋、Ｍｇ２＋、Ｋ＋、Ｐｉ、ＡＤＰ、ＡＴＰ、ＧＴＰ、ＣＯ２等，它们分别作用于发酵的关键酶顺乌头酸酶、丙酮酸羧化酶、柠檬酸合成酶、丙酮酸激酶等。生产实践中应该根据不同菌株而选择控制Ｆｅ２＋、Ｍｇ２＋、Ｍｎ２＋，Ｋ＋等金属离子。  相似文献

Comparison of food compositon of clupeid fishes in the Bohai Sea

Analysis of stomach contents of samples of clupeid fishes (Japanese anchovy, half-fin anchovy, zunas' scaled sardine, rednosed glassnose and tapertail anchovy) collected from the catches of a 1982–1984 fishery resource survey showed they are zooplanktonivorous. Similar food groups, such as copepoda. Chaetognatha, Amphipoda and Mysidacea were found in the stomach. Dietary similarity coefficients were studied to evaluate the degree of similarity in the dietary species-pairs. Seasonal variation is discussed. 非洲粮食生产与发展面临着诸多的困难与挑战,其粮食问题一直是国际社会关注的热点之一。本文研究的非洲粮食问题主要是指其粮食生产、消费及其自给能力方面存在的问题,从时间与空间视角对非洲粮食此类问题的演化过程和成因进行了初步探讨。时间视角上,考虑到20世纪90年代中期到21世纪初期非洲粮食问题表现较为典型,同时限于相关数据获取因素故,仅研究了1994-2007年,非洲粮食生产量、粮食消费量及生产性粮食缺口量的演化;空间视角上,从整体与区域两个层面,探讨了非洲不同粮食自给类型国家的空间差异及演化。最后提出解决非洲粮食问题的相关对策与建议。  相似文献

 正确认识天山北坡城市群的空间组织结构以及空间发展形态,对于完善绿洲城市群的发展理论和规划具有重要意义。以天山北坡城市群为研究对象,通过资源环境承载力的分析,总结出未来城市群发展面临的客观制约因素;通过中心性分析、断裂点理论修正的Voronoi多边形等方法识别出城市群的中心城市及各自的辐射范围城市;通过引力模型识别出城市之间的社会经济联系强度。据此,利用多维尺度分析的方法,可视化地展现了天山北坡城市群发展的空间组织形态。经调查了解：（1）乌鲁木齐市与克拉玛依市是未来城市群发展的两个中心城市,五家渠市、阜康市、昌吉市、石河子市周边目前属于乌鲁木齐市的辐射范围城市,奎屯市,乌苏市属于克拉玛依市的辐射范围城市;（2）城市群内部的城市之间的联系比较松散,特别是两个中心城市之间联系较弱;（3）城市群的空间发展形态为串珠式,是一种特殊的走廊式空间形态。  相似文献   

基于流域DEM遍历的3维淹没分析算法

在基于DEM遍历进行淹没分析基础上,提出了基于流域范围约束的DEM遍历算法,减少DEM遍历阶数,以提高计算速度。同时,将算法付诸于代码实现,在算例中与全局遍历进行对比测试。其对比结果表明,基于流域DEM遍历的淹没分析算法速度更快,计算结果可信。在大数据量条件下,速度优势更为明显,而在流域特征显著的地形条件下,计算结果精度高,与全局遍历结果基本一致。本文所研究的基于流域DEM遍历算法使得淹没分析更高效,对水文水力的研究与生产提供了捷径。  相似文献

With the advances of numerical weather simulation and reduced data assimilation updating cycle, surface observation data assimilation becomes more and more important in data assimilation systems. It is widely accepted that a better data assimilation system should contain the restriction of thermodynamic processes in the surface layer. Therefore, in this paper, a new surface wind observation operator is utilized in Global and Regional Assimilation PrEdiction System_3D-Variance (GRAPES_3D-Var), with the restriction of thermodynamic process in the planetary boundary layer (PBL). In order to research the ability of this new surface wind observation operator in assimilation and forecasting, a series of experiments are operated by using the GRAPES model. The main results indicate that this new method of surface wind observation operator has positive impact on the forecast with the GRAPES model.  相似文献
