The bacterial flora in the digestive tube of Bullacta exarata Philippi and its rearing shoal were investigated. A total of 157 strains of heterotrophic bacteria, isolated from crop, stomach intestine and other parts of the digestive tube, mainly belong to the genera Photobacterium, Bacillus, Pseudomonas Vibrio and some genera of the family Enterobacteriaceae. There are significantly more varieties of bacteria in crop than in stomach and intestine. A total of 173 strains of bacteria were isolated from the rearing shoal, belonging to 13 genera. The 5 predominant genera, such as Bacillus and Photobacterium, are the same as those in the digestive tube, but greatly differ in percentages. The number of heterotrophic bacteria and Vibrio in rearing shoal change in line with the alteration of the temperature, and are significantly affected by the use of pesticides.  相似文献

The abundance and biomass of benthic heterotrophic bacteria were investigated for the 4 typical sampling stations in the northern muddy part of Jiaozhou Bay, estuary of the Dagu River, raft culturing and nearby areas of Huangdao in March, June, August and December, 2002. The abundance and biomass range from 0.98×107 to 16.87×107cells g-1 sediment and 0.45 to 7.08μgCg-1 sediment, respectively. Correlation analysis showed that heterotrophic bacterial abundance and biomass are significantly correlated to water temperature (R =0.79 and 0.83, respectively, P<0.01).  相似文献

惰性有机碳(RDOC, Recalcitrant Dissolved Organic Carbon)作为难以被生物降解的有机碳, 可以在水体中保存数千年, 构成长期碳储。岩溶区浮游植物利用岩溶水中丰富的HCO– 3进行光合作用, 为异养细菌生长提供充足的有机质底物, 促进异养细菌代谢, 形成RDOC。本文以广西柳江为例, 通过δ14C示踪法、荧光实时定量PCR法、原位微生物法对流域内细菌基因丰度、RDOC浓度等进行培养和测试, 结合环境因子对流域内RDOC的变化趋势进行分析讨论。研究区RDOC浓度介于1.46~2.66 mg·L–1之间, 平均1.85 mg·L–1, 占DOC的48.16%~92.61%, 平均占65.83%, 表现出明显的时空变化特征: 平水期水温升高、水体浊度降低, 浮游生物初级生产力增加, 产生较多内源有机碳, 为异养细菌提供充足的有机质底物, 细菌丰度和初级生产力增加, RDOC浓度明显高于丰水期, 主要受流域内异养细菌生物效应影响; RDOC浓度在水库坝后明显减小, 该采样点较缓的流速使有机质和生物聚合物更易沉降, 进而留存在水体中的DOC及RDOC减少, 主要受水动力条件控制。研究结果表明流域内RDOC受生物效应和水体理化性质共同影响, 异养细菌是流域内RDOC的主要贡献者, 同时浮游生物产生的内源有机碳对RDOC形成有促进作用。  相似文献

We examine effects of high river particulate flux and municipal wastewater effluent on heterotrophic organic carbon cycling in coastal subtidal sediments. Heterotrophic production was a predictable (r2 = 0.95) proportion (56%) of oxidized OC flux and strongly correlated with organic/inorganic flux. Consistent growth efficiencies (36%) occurred at all stations. Organic biomass was correlated with total, OC and buried OC fluxes, but not oxidized OC flux. Near the river, production was modest and biomass high, resulting in low P/B. Outfall deposition resulted in depleted biomass and high bacterial production, resulting in the highest P/B. These patterns explain why this region is production “saturated”. The δ15N in outfall effluent, sediments and dominant taxa provided insight into where, and which types of organisms feed directly on fresh outfall particulates, on older, refractory material buried in sediments, or utilize chemosynthetic symbiotic bacteria. Results are discussed in the context of declining bottom oxygen conditions along the coast.  相似文献

选择长江口崇明东滩两类植被区(互花米草、土著植被)纵向剖面,根据不同高程部位柱样土壤和植被根际硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)与异养菌的数量,颗粒有机碳(POC)含量与δ13C值,孔隙水Cl-/SO2-   4摩尔比等,研究盐沼SRB的空间分布特征与机制。自高潮滩向光滩,柱样氧含量降低,SO2-   4含量增加,导致SRB含量增加,SRB在有机质矿化中的作用增强。高潮滩柱样不同深度层位的异养菌数量明显大于中潮滩和光滩柱样的相应层位,这与由陆向海柱样氧含量及POC含量降低有关。SRB对植被根际环境的变化较敏感,芦苇根际最有利于SRB生长,藨草根际次之;互花米草根际不利于SRB生长,根系分泌物可能对SRB有抑制作用。土壤有机质含量是导致不同纵向剖面相同高程部位柱样之间微生物数量差异的主要因素。同一纵向剖面不同高程部位柱样之间在土壤氧含量与SO2-   4含量方面的不同,导致这些柱样微生物数量存在差异。盐沼柱样孔隙水Cl-/SO2-4摩尔比总体偏低,多小于19.33,指示有非海源SO2- 4加入。非海源SO2-4的加入掩盖了硫酸盐还原作用对SO2-4的消耗,增加了利用孔隙水Cl-/SO2-4摩尔比定量研究盐沼硫酸盐还原作用强度的难度。柱样中SRB越多,Cl-/SO2-4摩尔比就越大,硫酸盐还原作用就越明显。  相似文献

用平皿培养计数法测定了白令海和楚科奇海测区水和沉积物中的总好气异养细菌(GAB)的丰度 ,并进行了比较。分析了不同海区、测点、不同层次沉积物中GAB丰度及在不同温度中的适应性。结果表明 ,水中GAB检出率大于沉积物 ,但丰度仅为后者的 0 .0 7% ;表层沉积物中GAB检出率高于其它层次 ;白令海GAB检出率、丰度及变幅均高于楚科奇海。所有站点沉积物中GAB含量平均约为 31 66.3× 1 0 2 CFU·g- 1 (湿 ) ;沉积物GAB丰度大致显出低纬度区大于高纬度区之势。温度试验结果表明所试GAB中多数为适冷菌 ,少数可能为中温菌 ,显示出北极海洋细菌对温度有较强的适应性  相似文献

From Oct., 1999 to Oct., 2000, the heterotrophic bacterial flora in the aquaculture area around Xuejiadao was investigated. The result shows that the populations of the heterotrophic bacteria are heavier in summer and autumn than those in winter and spring. The average populations in seawater, sediment, the surface of seaweed and the surface of fish are 1.4×104cfu mL−1, 5.4×106cfu g−1, 1.5×106cfu g−1 and 1.8×103cfu cm−2, respectively. A total of 301 strains were isolated, among them 259 were Gram-negative. All the Gram-negative bacteria belong to 13 genera and some genera of Enterobacteriaceae. The communities of bacteria are slightly different among the samples. In the body surface of fish, Genus vibrio is dominant. In the remaining samples, dominant genus is Aeromonas.  相似文献

Abstract. The effect of artificially changing the concentration of naturally occurring free virus-like particles (VLPs) on growth of marine heterotrophic flagellates was tested in batch cultures using ultrafiltration technology. This manipulation influenced the course of flagellate growth markedly. During 1 week of incubation the growth of 4 tested flagellate strains ( Oxyrrhis marina, Paraphysomonas imperforata, Petalomonas cantuscygni, Pteridomonas danica ) was strongly favoured after increasing the VLP concentration. Bacteria, however, were repressed in these treatments beyond 50 h. In cultures with natural seawater microbiota, we both reduced and enriched the concentration of VLPs. In these cultures, reduction of material in the virus-rich 2–200 nm size fraction led to a strong positive growth response of heterotrophic flagellates. In VLP-enriched treatments of natural seawater microbiota a tendency toward growth stimulation was also found, although this was not significant. Enrichment with VLPs caused no recognizable mortality either in cultured flagellate strains or in naturally occurring flagellate communities. However, it is suggested that a highly bioactive component must be present in the virus-rich 2–200 nm size fraction. Virus-like particles are discussed as possible candidates influencing heterotrophic flagellate community successions.  相似文献

This paper presents new data on free-living heterotrophic euglenids (Euglenozoa, Protista) that occurred in the marine sediments at Cape Tribulation, Queensland, Australia. Twenty-nine species from 9 genera are described with uninterpreted records based on light microscopy, including one new taxon:Notosolenus capetribulationi n. sp. There was little evidence for endemism because the majority of heterotrophic euglenid species encountered here have been reported or were found from other habitats.  相似文献
