Gradient profiling (GP) has been successfully utilized as a preliminary tool to identify fractured zones saturated with groundwater in hard-rock areas of Robertsganj, Sonebhadra district, Uttar Pradesh, India. Conducting geoelectrical sounding at randomly selected places may not provide fruitful results since fractures are sparsely distributed in hard rocks. In gradient profiling, current electrodes with large separation remain fixed while the potential dipole is moved between the current electrodes in the central one-third portion of the profile at a small station interval. A GP survey was conducted along seven profiles having different lengths in two small sectors of the study area. Low resistive zones have been identified which correspond to the fractured zones. A few geoelectrical soundings were carried out to investigate the depth and thickness of the fractured zones. Two test boreholes, one drilled in each sector, yielded continuous discharge of fresh water (18,000–24,000 L/h). The present study confirms the findings of previous work that the GP survey is a powerful initial technique that identifies the presence of a fractured zone, especially in a hard-rock area covered with a thin soil layer.  相似文献

初至波走时层析成像是利用地震初至波走时和其传播的射线路径来反演地下介质速度的技术.该问题本质上是一个不适定问题,需要使用正则化方法并辅之以适当的最优化技巧.本文从数值优化的角度介绍了初至波走时层析成像的反演原理,建立了Tikhonov正则化层析成像反演模型并提出求解极小化问题的加权修正步长的梯度下降算法.该方法可以从速度模型的可行域中迭代找到一个最优解.数值试验表明,该方法是可行和有应用前景的.  相似文献

本文根据最新的国际地磁参考场模型(IGRF11),结合梯度法分析能够很好的表现细微变化部分特征的优点,计算和绘制了1900—2010年期间间隔5年的全球地磁场水平分量H的水平梯度和垂直梯度,分析其时空分布,各磁异常中心位置和强度的变化规律。结果表明,地磁场的各个异常中心位置在水平方向和垂直方向上都有变化,主要以西漂为主,南大西洋正磁异常区水平分量梯度异常中心点强度值变化最大。  相似文献

跨孔雷达全波形反演是一种使用全波形信息反演两钻孔之间地下信息的层析成像技术.常规的层析成像反演大部分采用射线追踪方法,其中基于初至时的射线追踪方法可以反演出速度剖面(介电常数剖面),基于最大振幅的层析成像可以反演出衰减剖面(电导率剖面).常规射线追踪方法有许多不足,究其原因是该方法仅使用了小部分的信号信息.为了进一步提高成像分辨率,本文全面推导了全波形跨孔雷达层析成像反演方法,该方法利用雷达波全幅度相位信息能够反演出地下高分辨率的介电常数和电导率图像.本文通过基于局域网的分布式并行算法,有效地解决了巨量数据正演计算问题.文中首先建立了基于单轴各向异性介质完全匹配层的时间域有限差分二维正演算法,进而通过应用包括时间维度在内的全波场信息与残场逆向传播的全波场信息乘积来计算梯度方向,通过求取以步长为自变量的目标函数的极值确定步长公式,并提出以第一次介电常数反演作为同步反演的初始模型,能够有效提高收敛速度.本文对多组模型进行成像实验,取得了较好的反演效果.  相似文献

The exploitation of fossil fuels in the Mediterranean Sea will likely lead to an increase in the number of offshore platforms, a recognized threat for marine biodiversity. To date, in this basin, few attempts have been made to assess the impact of offshore gas and oil platforms on the biodiversity of benthic assemblages. Here, we adopted a structured experimental design coupled with high taxonomic resolution to outline putative effects of gas platforms on soft-bottom macrofauna assemblages in the North Ionian Sea. The analysis was based on a total of 20,295 specimens of 405 taxa, almost entirely identified at species level. Multivariate and univariate analyses showed idiosyncratic patterns of assemblage change with increasing distance from the platforms. Potential reasons underlying such inconsistency are analyzed and the view that structured experimental monitoring is a crucial tool to quantify the extent and magnitude of potential threats and to provide sound baseline information on biodiversity patterns is supported.  相似文献

本文从质量和电荷守恒方程出发,分析了控制电离层等离子体R-T不稳定性线性增长的各种因素,重点研究了热层风和背景电场的空间梯度对R-T不稳定性线性增长的影响.结果表明,热层风场和背景电场两者的空间梯度对R-T不稳定性线性增长有不可忽视的促进或抑制作用;对R-T不稳定性线性增长起促进作用还是起抑制作用,依赖热层风场和背景电场及其空间梯度的方向;对R-T不稳定性线性增长影响的显著程度主要依赖于热层风场和背景电场两者空间梯度的大小.数值计算结果表明,对典型的背景电离层条件,磁力线顶点高度为330 km时,对线性增长率的影响最高达到120%.  相似文献

Graphic Processing Unit (GPU), as a computing device, has upgraded from single-subject graphical processors to multi-core processors with tremendous computational horsepower. This paper proposes to accelerate the DDA using parallel Jacobi Preconditioned Conjugate Gradient (JPCG) technique on GPUs. Based on the results of two numerical examples, the calculation accuracies of the DDA with serial and parallel solvers are validated, and we found that the DDA with parallel solvers exhibits a much higher execution efficiency. The movement process of Daguangbao landslide triggered by the Wenchuan earthquake is replicated and the modeled deposit pattern coincides well with the actual topography after earthquake.  相似文献

The Normalized Full Gradient (NFG) method was proposed in the mid–1960s and was generally used for the downward continuation of the potential field data. The method eliminates the side oscillations which appeared on the continuation curves when passing through anomalous body depth. In this study, the NFG method was applied to Slingram electromagnetic anomalies to obtain the depth of the anomalous body. Some experiments were performed on the theoretical Slingram model anomalies in a free space environment using a perfectly conductive thin tabular conductor with an infinite depth extent. The theoretical Slingram responses were obtained for different depths, dip angles and coil separations, and it was observed from NFG fields of the theoretical anomalies that the NFG sections yield the depth information of top of the conductor at low harmonic numbers. The NFG sections consisted of two main local maxima located at both sides of the central negative Slingram anomalies. It is concluded that these two maxima also locate the maximum anomaly gradient points, which indicates the depth of the anomaly target directly. For both theoretical and field data, the depth of the maximum value on the NFG sections corresponds to the depth of the upper edge of the anomalous conductor. The NFG method was applied to the in-phase component and correct depth estimates were obtained even for the horizontal tabular conductor. Depth values could be estimated with a relatively small error percentage when the conductive model was near-vertical and/or the conductor depth was larger.  相似文献
