指明了城郊物流的特殊性和规划的基本要求,明确了可用于城郊物流规划中的G IS技术。采用G IS手段,制作了区位图,界定了城郊的性质,展现了本区的空间结构、交通体系和物流现状,结合模型分析预测出物流需求。重点探讨了3级物流结点的体系架构,阐述了各级结点的规划依据,设计了对应的算法,定位了物流园区、物流中心、配送中心的具体位置;以上位规划原则和可视化分析,提出对内、对外物流通道建设方案。  相似文献

Although theoretical studies have contended that telecommuting could cause residential relocation to peripheral areas, empirical evidence regarding this argument is scant and inconclusive. Moreover, previous studies have given little consideration to telecommuters' job locations. Using data from the 2006 Seoul Metropolitan Area Household Travel Survey, this study investigates the relationships between telecommuting and residential location, considering job location. Regression results suggest that telecommuter households are indeed more likely to reside in outlying areas, consistent with theory. However, this does not necessarily mean that telecommuting facilitates living in outlying areas, nor, conversely, that long commutes stimulate telecommuting: causality cannot be established with these data. But contrary to both hypotheses, the result partially arises from the fact that firms allowing telecommuting also tend to be located in peripheral areas, with telecommuters having shorter commute distances compared to office workers. Consequently, issues regarding telesprawl need to be discussed considering the distribution of telecommuting-conducive occupations.  相似文献

以北京市大兴区为城乡交错带的分析样区,对1982年、2000年土地利用方式变化和两期不同土地利用方式的土壤养分变化情况进行分析。结果表明:与1982年相比,2000年土壤有机质含量在不同土地利用方式下增加的顺序为:果园>水浇地>稻田>菜地>林地>旱地; 土壤全氮含量增加的顺序为:稻田>菜地>水浇地>果园>旱地>林地;土壤碱解效氮含量增加的顺序为稻田>水浇地>菜地>果园>旱地>林地;土壤速效磷含量增加的顺序为果园>水浇地>稻田>旱地>菜地>林地;土壤速效钾含量在不同土地利用方式下变化规律为, 在果园和稻田中略有增加,在其他利用方式中有不同程度降低。水稻田转变为水浇地、菜地、果园后,土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮含量增加幅度顺序为旱地>果园>水浇地>菜地;速效磷含量增加的顺序为果园>水浇地>菜地>旱地。旱地转变为果园、水浇地后,除速效钾含量降低外,其他养分含量都有不同程度的提高。沙荒地转变为旱地、水浇地、菜地、果园、林地后,除速效钾含量降低外,其他养分含量都有不同程度的增加。  相似文献

Pollution characteristics of the rivers in suburban Shanghai

Forty middle and small rivers in three towns of Fengjing, Songjiang and Zhujiajiao of suburban Shanghai were chosen as sampling sites for water quality research. Measurement results of DO, CODCr, TP, TN and so on show that the rivers are under heavy eutropic conditions, which are several times greater than the critical values of the worst level (Type V) of water. Water pollution situation has different temporal and spatial characteristics. Non-point pollution, such as village domestic sewage, farmland runoff, livestock feces, has become the primary source of pollution of the middle and small rivers in suburban Shanghai.  相似文献

选取贵州省清镇市近郊村域王家寨地区为研究对象,在GIS支持下,利用该区域1963年、1982年、2005年、2010年和2015年5期土地利用图形数据叠加分析,提取出研究区50余年来的土地利用/覆盖信息,并结合相应的社会经济统计数据,分析了其驱动力因子,其结果表明:(1)1963—2015年间,土地覆盖类型的总体变化为高被草地和平坝旱耕地明显减少,低被草地、农村居民点、工矿用地、公路用地面积大幅增加,其中,平坝旱耕地有向经济效益更高的土地利用方式转变的趋势;（2）景观格局演变的总体趋势是:自1963年起,斑块数量、斑块密度持续增加,到2015年呈下降趋势,而最大斑块指数逐年减小,形状趋于不规则,同时,近50年景观的多样性指数持续增加;（3）区内土地利用/覆盖和景观格局呈阶段性变化,从1963年到2005年,坡地土地利用活动较强,2005年后,平地土地利用强度增加、农业逐渐转型、聚落持续扩展;（4）区内土地利用及景观格局的变化主要受经济、人口和政策因素的影响。   相似文献
