摆纪磷石膏堆场渗漏分析 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
摆纪磷石膏堆场区域内断裂构造及岩溶发育,地下水径流途径较复杂,该堆场自投入使用后第二年开始渗漏,现今已成为重安江的最大污染源。通过连通试验,结合摆纪磷石膏堆场所在区域的水文地质条件,对该堆场的渗漏区、渗漏途经进行分析,确定磷石膏堆场渗漏主方向为发财洞方向,并计算该堆场的渗漏量,进而对该堆场渗漏污染对当地地下水的影响进行预测。 相似文献

采用再力花和菖蒲构建湿地床,以考察其对污染河水的净化效果。6个月的连续试验表明:在水力负荷为0.24 m3/(m2.d)、植物种植密度大于158株/m2的条件下,2种植物存活率均大于93%,说明植物能适应低污染负荷、高种植密度的无土培养环境;再力花和菖蒲湿地床月均去除率分别为:总氮(TN),48.22%~78.53%和43.23%~72.42%;总磷(TP),77.62%~85.67%和58.07%~80.77%。再力花湿地床对TN、TP的净化效果好于菖蒲湿地床;2种植物吸收N、P含量分别占去除总量的比例:N为44.14%、37.75%,P为73.43%、62.05%。湿地床技术可有效去除来水中的TN、TP,通过植物吸收作用累积N、P含量较高,不同种类的植物构建湿地床对污染河水中N、P去除效果存在显著差异,且硝化反硝化和植物吸收是去除N的主要途径,而植物吸收是去除P的有效手段。 相似文献

The effect of dietary phosphorus on the growth and body components of juvenile Synechogobius hasta was determined. Different percentages of dietary phosphorus (0.63, 0.77, 0.93, 1.06, 1.22 and 1.36) were tested by feeding the fish (body weight, 15.81 g ± 0.32 g; 20 individuals each group; 3 groups each percentage) at a surplus of 5%–10% above satiation for 35 d. The Zhelin Bay is one of the most important bays for large-scale mariculture in Guangdong Province, China. Owing to the increasing human population and the expanding mariculture in the last two decades, the ecological environment has greatly changed with frequent harmful algal blooms. A monthly survey of water content, organic matter (TOM), and various forms of nitrogen and phosphorous in sediment from July 2002 to July 2003 in the bay was conducted. The results showed that the water content was correlated significantly with TOM and various forms of nitrogen and phosphorus and can be used as proxy for quick and rough estimate of these factors in the future surveys. TOM was also correlated significantly with various forms of nitrogen and phosphorus, indicating that it was one of the key factors affecting the concentrations and distributions of nitrogen and phosphorus in the investigated waters. Average total Kjeldhal nitrogen (TkN) content was( 1 113.1 ± 382.5)μg/g and average total phosphorus (TP) content was(567.2± 223.3)μg/g, and both were much higher than those of similar estuaries in China and elsewhere. Average nitrogen and phosphorus tended to be higher inside than outside the bay, higher at aquaculture than non-aquaculture areas, and higher at fish-cage culture than oyster culture areas, suggesting that large-scale mariculture inside the bay played an important role in the eutrophication of the Zhelin Bay. Various forms of nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations were higher during the warm season (July--September), which was due to the increased decomposition and concentration of organic matter resulted from the fast growth and high mortality of the cultured species. Compared with July 2002, TkN and TP contents were much higher in July 2003, in consonance with the eutrophication of the Zhelin Bay. 综合运用 SEDEX化学法、ASPILA化学法和 XRF仪器分析法 ,对在东海赤潮多发区花鸟山外海域采集的柱状沉积物进行了总磷及其不同形态磷含量的系统分析。研究表明 ,总磷及其不同形态磷在沉积柱垂向上的分布有一定的变化规律。在采样深度范围内 ,总磷 (TP)、有机磷 (OP)和铁结合态磷 (Fe - P)的含量自下而上增高 ,而吸附态磷 (Ad - P)、自生钙结合态磷 (Ca- P)与碎屑态磷 (De- P)的含量向上递减。样品柱具有较均匀的粒度及矿物、化学组成 ,基本可以排除沉积物质来源和沉积环境变化对沉积物中磷含量的影响 ,而且也不能仅仅用早期成岩作用来解释磷的上述行为。不同形态磷在柱状沉积物中的分布规律 ,在一定程度上反映了近年来陆源区环境污染加剧的趋势。 相似文献

Uptake and recovery of soil nitrogen by bryophytes and vascular plants in an alpine meadow 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0
Due to their particular physiology and life history traits, bryophytes are critical in regulating biogeochemical cycles and functions in alpine ecosystem. Hence, it is crucial to investigate their nutrient utilization strategies in comparison with vascular plants and understand their responses to the variation of growing season caused by climate change. Firstly, this study testified whether or not bryophytes can absorb nitrogen(N) directly from soil through spiking three chemical forms of 15N stable isotope tracer. Secondly, with stronger ability of carbohydrates assimilation and photosynthesis, it is supposed that N utilization efficiency of vascular plants is significantly higher than that of bryophytes. However, the recovery of soil N by bryophytes can still compete with vascular plants due to their greater phytomass. Thirdly, resource acquisition may be varied from the change of growing season, during which N pulse can be manipulated with 15N tracer addition at different time. Both of bryophytes and vascular plants contain more N in a longer growing season, and prefer inorganic over organic N. Bryophytes assimilate more NH4+ than NO3– and amino acid, which can be indicated from the greater shoot excess 15N of bryophytes. However, vascular plants prefer to absorb NO3– for their developed root systems and vascular tissue. Concerning the uptake of three forms N by bryophytes, there is significant difference between two manipulated lengths of growing season. Furthermore, the capacity of bryophytes to tolerate N-pollution may be lower than currently appreciated, which indicates the effect of climate change on asynchronous variation of soil N pools with plant requirements. 相似文献

2008年8月~2009年11月,研究了水平潜流湿地的总磷去除效果及影响因子。采用主成分分析方法,提取主要影响变量,构建了出水总磷含量的多元回归模型。结果表明,水平潜流湿地单位面积总磷去除率在8月最高,A、B和C处理单元的总磷去除率分别为(0.44±0.14)g/(m2·d)、(0.41±0.11)g/(m2·d)和(0.35±0.07)g/(m2·d)。9~11月,随着温度的降低,总磷去除率逐渐降低,并在11月出现最小值,A、B和C处理单元的总磷去除率分别为(0.20±0.04)g/(m2·d)、(0.18±0.10)g/(m2·d)和(0.17±0.06)g/(m2·d);利用多项式函数对出水总磷含量与不同环境因子之间的关系进行拟合,发现进水与出水总磷含量之间存在正相关关系,水温、溶解氧和浊度与出水总磷含量之间负相关,水体p H对出水总磷含量的影响呈单峰变化,p H为7.6时,出水总磷质量浓度出现最大值,为0.047 mg/L,随水体电导率升高,出水总磷含量呈先升高后降低的变化,电导率在6.05μS/cm时,出水总磷质量浓度达到峰值0.014 mg/L。通过主成分分析,提取了4个综合变量,分别为进水总磷含量、氧化还原条件、电导率和浊度,利用逐步回归算法,构建了回归模型。不同处理单元出水总磷含量的实测值和模拟值对比结果表明,模型能够基本反映出水总磷含量的变化趋势和范围(R2为0.745~0.835)。 相似文献
